The government wants to make it mandatory, and psychologists-molesters from UN funds come to schools, hiding behind the Church.

The government of the Russian Federation did not confine itself to the idea of introducing "lessons" of sex education in elementary grades through educational psychologists. The other day on the website of legal documents appeared a government bill on the administrative responsibility of the media, bloggers, as well as other persons who urge not to attend classes of sexual abuse (sexproveta) under the guise of AIDS prevention. Employees of RIA Katyusha, together with experts from the Public Commissioner for Family Protection, studied some psychological and pedagogical programs, trainings, seminars, etc. for schoolchildren. It is obvious that in a conservative country with the demand of the majority of the population for traditional values, child molesters must act very subtly, up to the cover of teaching children "universal" and "spiritual" values. The Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education have mastered the Western social technology of promoting perversion under the guise of HIV prevention and days of tolerance, but now a new trouble comes from where they did not expect it at all - from church psychologists and seemingly Orthodox charitable programs, which are essentially "chaste sex education" …

Despite the recent statements by President Putin about the collapse of liberalism and the need to rely on traditional values, the "Chicago boys" from the Russian government continue to try to turn Russia into an analogue of the Eurosodom, where (in particular, in Germany) the prohibition of child abuse classes (sex education) threatens parents with a fine and even the removal of children.

Recently, on the portal of government regulations, a bill appeared on Amending the Federal Law "On Preventing the Spread of Disease Caused by the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV Infection) in the Russian Federation" in terms of establishing a ban on the dissemination of information containing calls for refusal of medical examination. diagnosis, prevention and / or treatment of HIV infection”, which makes sex education lessons like“Family Studies”and other child molestation activities mandatory, providing for administrative punishment of parents for trying to protect their children from molestation.

In such conditions, it is advisable to take a closer look at exactly how the proponents of Western values will try to defile our children. As an example, consider the program of primary prevention of HIV / AIDS and risky behavior for older adolescents (13-17 years old) "Ladya". The annotation of the program says that it was developed with the support of the Russian Orthodox Church by a team of ecclesiastical and secular specialists: teachers, psychologists, psychiatrists, and narcologists. Then there are, at first glance, beautiful and correct words:

“The Ladya program, in contrast to the educational programs, does not address the question“what?”, But the question“why?”. It is based on the principles of non-specific prophylaxis, aimed at the formation of such spiritual and moral guidelines in adolescents, which, realized in the behavior of program participants, would reduce the risk of infection and, consequently, the spread of HIV infection to a minimum.

The program is focused, first of all, on the upbringing of the spiritual principle in adolescents. However, since the program is designed for mass educational institutions (schools, secondary specialized educational institutions), where teenagers of various faiths study, the organizational forms of work are of a purely secular nature. Today the programs are being implemented in 10 regions, more than 10 thousand people have been trained”.

We note right away that we did not find a single teacher or priest in the list of authors of "Ladya" - the team consists of almost one psychologist and one narcologist. The program is promoted by the Diakonia charitable foundation, which works with the assistance of the Synodal Department of Charity and Social Service of the Russian Orthodox Church, based in St. Petersburg, on the territory of the Alexander Nevsky Lavra. The Foundation's Board is headed by Archpriest Maxim Pletnev. Among its employees are the developers of the Ladya: narcologist Elena Rydalevskaya - executive director of Diakonia, psychologist Sergei Yatsyshin - the head of the prevention department.

We would not see anything particularly alarming in the water, but only until the real customers and beneficiaries of the Ladya program appear on the stage. To do this, let's make a short excursion into history. On June 5, 2009, the DECR chairman at that time, Archbishop Hilarion of Volokolamsk, met with the representative of the United Nations Population Fund in the Russian Federation (UNFPA), acting resident coordinator of the United Nations system in Russia, Karl Koulessa, at the Department for External Church Relations of the Moscow Patriarchate.

“In 2008, UNFPA established the World Interfaith Network for Population and Development, whose task is to establish cooperation between the Fund and religious organizations on demography, migration, youth, gender-based violence, maternal mortality, HIV / AIDS, and emergency assistance. During the meeting, issues of cooperation and interaction were discussed, in particular, in the implementation of joint educational programs aimed at maintaining a healthy lifestyle for young people and forming a healthy family, as well as HIV prevention,”the official website of the Moscow Patriarchate reports.

Soon after this “fateful meeting”, on November 26, 2009, a round table “Development of interaction between the Russian Orthodox Church and UN agencies in Russia”, organized by the same DECR with the support of the same UN Population Fund, began work in Moscow. The event was attended by representatives of UN agencies and church organizations working in the social, educational, charitable and cultural fields.

“In recent years, the Russian Orthodox Church has already had a positive experience of interaction with UN agencies in the field of HIV / AIDS prevention and assistance to refugees. For his part, Karl Kouless, representative of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in Russia, expressed great interest in social and charitable projects carried out by the Russian Orthodox Church and church organizations. “We strive for one goal, - noted K. Kuless, - although not all our views coincide”. He spoke about the agreement signed the day before on the implementation of a program of spiritual and moral education and prevention of risky behavior and HIV / AIDS among young people and stressed that this is only the beginning of cooperation with the Russian Orthodox Church,”the official website of the MP tells about the event.

And since 2009, "dear partners" from the UN, together with the DECR, began to implement in our country a project to develop and widely implement three educational programs: Ladya, Zhivaya Voda and The Road to Home, as well as to train teachers / trainers working with these programs in the regions of Russia. The programs are being implemented within the framework of the UN project "Support to Initiatives of Religious Organizations in the Field of HIV / AIDS Prevention and Palliative Care". That is, it is actually THEIR liberal-globalist project, wrapped in a wrapper of "spiritual and moral education."

Let us remind you that the DECR as a separate structure in the Church and its leader, the ecumenist-philo-Catholic Metropolitan Illarion (Alfeyev), who publicly advocates "chaste sex enlightenment", more than once became the heroes of Katyusha's materials (by the way, Illarion personally left a positive review of the Ladya program - Ed.). Well, the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) is the main globalist instrument for solving the “problem of overpopulation”, which is “humanely” solved, primarily through sex education. This structure of globalists was formed in 1969 and is the main world conductor of the programs of the International Federation for Planned Parenthood, "sex education", propaganda of contraception, HIV prevention, and abortion. The Foundation has also participated in various programs for organizing forced abortions and sterilization in third world countries, to which "respected partners" have always included Russia.

Let us take the liberty of distracting our readers a little more from the Ladya program and cite a quote from the scientific journal Problems of National Strategy, published by the Russian Institute for Strategic Research (RISS is a large research and analytical center established by the President of the Russian Federation, formerly the analytical center of the Foreign intelligence of Russia). This is an excerpt from the material “Demographic fraud (on the scientific“value”and the ideological component of the analytical reports of the United Nations Population Fund)” (“Problems of a National Strategy”, No. 3 (30), 2015):

“Like many previous UN publications, this report boils down to aggressive Malthusian rhetoric, according to which there are too many young people in the world …

At the same time, we have not come across a single UNFPA speech or publication where they, with the same concern or at least in neutral tones, reported on the dangers of hormonal contraception, forced abortion in China, forced sterilization in India and Sri Lanka, mass infertility in Russia, about the anti-reproductive effects of GMO products and some vaccinations, etc. Unfortunately, all UNFPA actions are aimed solely at blockade of reproductive function and destruction of family foundations."

Now you understand that when a satisfied UNFPA representative after a meeting with a delegation of the Russian Orthodox Church declares: “We are striving for one goal …” and announces the start of long-term programs to “prevent risky behavior” of Russian children, this cannot but cause alarm. However, if the goal of Mr. Illarion and his comrades is a radical depopulation of the population of the Russian Federation, then we have no more questions for him.

And now we return directly to the content of the program. Maybe we got something wrong and really everything is all right with the Rook? No, it doesn't look like - here are excerpts from a detailed examination (on 323 pages) carried out by an experimental commission of candidates of psychological, pedagogical and philological sciences of the Ural State Mining University in response to a request from the FSB Directorate for the Sverdlovsk Region (by the way, one of the experts is a clergyman - Archpriest Igor (Bachinin), Chairman of the John the Baptist Brotherhood "Sobriety" of the Russian Orthodox Church). Based on the conclusions of the experts, public figures from the All-Russian Parents' Meeting prepared a statement to the Prosecutor General's Office with a request to prohibit the introduction of the Ladya in Russia.

“On May 31, 2018, in response to a request from the head of the FSB of Russia for the Sverdlovsk Region, a Comprehensive, Commission expert opinion of specialists was prepared. As a result of the analysis of the submitted materials by the commission of specialists, the following opinion and answers to the questions posed were formulated:

In the material presented in the study, namely: "The program of primary prevention of HIV / AIDS and risk behavior for older adolescents (" Ladya "-" In harmony with myself ") - Russian Roundtable, Moscow, 2015 - 201 p. there are linguistic and psychological means that have a destructive effect on the emerging personality of adolescents 13-17 years old.

The content and focus of the educational program "Ladya" - "In harmony with myself" and the methods implemented in the educational and upbringing processes in the municipal education system for the prevention of "risky behavior" and the formation of "Christian" values among minor students, as well as used in this educational and methodological aids and exercises can harm the physical and mental health of adolescents 13-17 years old, their moral, spiritual and social development.

In the course of the assessment, it was revealed that in the material under study psychotherapeutic means and methods of influence are used, designed to change the behavior of adolescents, and at the same time bypassing the appeal to the consciousness of the object of influence (adolescents), using the means of "spiritual manipulation".

The Program uses exercises that correspond to the age category "18+". This fact violates the age limit for the exercises used by the authors and violates the interests of adolescents.

The ethical values declared by the authors of the Program: happiness, life, communication, friendship, love, family, health, illness, in their form and content, do not belong to the doctrine of the Orthodox Church. The values considered in the Program are replaced by a content other than the Christian doctrine (since they exclude the concepts of God, faith and salvation) and have an eclectic character. This is largely due to the fact that there are no teachers or representatives of the clergy among the authors of the Program.

The text of the Program "Ladya" - "In harmony with myself" contains information that many exercises offered for adolescents are real or potentially dangerous for their psychological state, as a result of which adolescents will need psychotherapeutic help.

A linguistic study of the materials presented has determined that the text of the Ladya - In harmony with oneself program contains linguistic signs of propaganda of inferiority of people on the basis of their religious affiliation, incitement of hatred (enmity, hatred) in relation to a group of persons or its representative according to on the basis of their national, social, racial, religious or linguistic affiliation.

In particular, the program contains an exercise that deliberately immerses children in a situation of inciting hatred (the presenter informs about the inferiority of one group of persons on the basis of eye color and convinces the listeners of this). Replaying this situation can contribute to the consolidation of this discriminatory model of behavior in adolescents, since the authors of the Program define play “as a method in working with value content”. This exercise has nothing to do with the prevention of HIV / AIDS, as well as the prevention of "risky behavior" in adolescents. The effect of the exercise we have considered may be provoking an intragroup conflict (among the training participants), bringing the latent (latent conflict) into the area of open confrontation with elements of inciting hostility and hatred, as well as the manifestation of physical and verbal aggression of the training participants (by the way, this exercise was developed by an American teacher Jane Elliott (born May 27, 1933 in Riceville, Iowa), best known as an activist in the field of feminism, anti-racism and "advocacy" of LGBT people - approx. "Katyusha").

The authors' manipulation consists in “blurring the boundaries” of “friend or foe” groups and, as a consequence, in the formation of “excessive” trust in representatives of the “alien” group, which largely violates the physical safety of adolescents. It is possible that this attitude may make adolescents "easy prey" for representatives of out-groups (HIV-infected and drug addicts). In addition, this approach makes it possible to "introduce" into the minds of adolescents a tolerant attitude towards identification on any basis (for example: value orientations, religion, sexual orientation, etc.).

This is only a part of the conclusions reached by experts in their conclusion, set out in more than 200 pages, but it is already clear from the excerpts given that the implementation of this Program is very dangerous for the health and development of children, which is unacceptable, contradicts the provisions of the Federal Law of 2010-29-12 N 436-FZ "On the protection of children from information that is harmful to their health and development" and must be suppressed.

This program "Ladya" - "In harmony with myself", which is a translated version of a foreign preventive program for marginalized youth groups leading an asocial lifestyle, was recognized as illegal and harmful by the scientific community of specialists both in 2005 and 2018 year.

The illegality of the Ladya - In harmony with myself "program is also characterized by the fact that" … it must be approved by the structures authorized to conduct an examination of educational programs at the level of the municipality, the region and the Russian Federation. All preventive programs of this type should be based on scientific advances in psychology, education and culture. They should take into account the specific features of the regions and those target groups for which they are intended …”.

The illegality of its implementation, as well as the activities of AIDS centers in the field of prevention, is also confirmed by the fact that, according to the Concept of scientific, scientific, technical and innovation policy in the education system of the Russian Federation (Appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Ministry of Education of Russia dated June 6, 2000 No. 1705), “for the effective implementation of these (preventive) programs, targeted training of highly professional specialists with higher pedagogical, medical or psychological education, who are able to engage in preventive education, is required. All specialists employed in this area must have documents confirming their right to conduct preventive activities in an educational environment. With the above necessary aptitude requirements, these specialists are absent everywhere."

Unfortunately, the official comprehensive examination of accredited experts of the USMU at the request of the FSB did not interest either Roskomnadzor or the prosecutor's office of the Sverdlovsk region. But the Ministry of Education, in response to the statement of the VRS, traditionally issued a completely inappropriate voluminous certificate on the current legislation and thanked for an active civil position.

Meanwhile, in the camp of distributors of "chaste sex education" and tolerance among children and adolescents, there is a great joy - at the end of May 2019, the Diakonia Foundation received 4.5 million from the Presidential Grants Fund to distribute the Ladya program. So his psychologists, at least until mid-2020, will work in the field of reducing the Russian population within the framework of the UN Population Fund project and will continue to implement the Ladya program throughout the country, including organizing training seminars in Orthodox monasteries.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Education replied to one of our readers about the likely mandatory introduction of sex education in school curricula under the guise of a new subject "psychology", which was recently reported by the chief freelance psychiatrist of the Ministry of Health Zurab Kekelidze. It follows from the answer that the listed "disciplines" are not included and do not plan to be included in the list of compulsory for study, textbooks on them are also not included in the federal list of textbooks permitted for use in the implementation of state educational programs.

So for now they are reassuring us: they say, there will be no obligation. However, in the light of the government bill indicated in the first paragraph of this material, this is not obvious. There is a danger that the modular approach, copied from the Western education system, will, if desired, allow including the same "psychology" with sex education as a module in the same OBZH or social studies. Today, the introduction of destructive information that corrupts young people in schools takes place within the framework of additional disciplines - for example, during the implementation of the program on a healthy and safe lifestyle, which is spelled out in the Federal State Educational Standard. Fortunately, it hasn’t come to textbooks yet, but individual textbooks on sex education approved by the Ministry of Education can be released today - at least within the framework of the above-mentioned state program.

In any case, the parental community will try to keep on a hungry information ration - we, as before, will have to keep track of everything ourselves and keep our ears open. As for the "chaste sex enlightenment" from the UN and Metropolitan Hilarion, "Katyusha" and OUZS urge to wind down the Ladya program as soon as possible and redirect the presidential grant to more important charitable causes. Otherwise, the authority of the Church as a whole among reflective Orthodox citizens will only decline. And the government bill on compulsory sex education needs to be wrapped up urgently. While it is in the stage of public comment, it is the duty of every normal person to write negative reviews on the website of government regulations.
