We practically stopped thinking in images enclosed in the ancient Slavic signs of our ancestors. How deep are the meanings of these signs at the first examination, second, third, but in a plane, in volume?.. What could they give if we tried to think in these images and where can the answers lead?..

For those who doubt "is it worth doing this?", I want to give an example that COSTS!Let us consider the old embroidery of the Russian folk kokoshnik: stylized leaves run along the upper edge of the embroidery edging, and towards the middle of the field they "go out" to the edging of the "tree trunk". In embroidery, it (tree) often appears under the name "tree of the Sort". Further from the trunk, on both sides of the tree, there are schematic human half-bombs - the head and shoulders of "men", and in a mirror image of each other relative to the shoulders. Now let's try to collect the meaning of the encrypted message using the keywords: shoulder with shoulder, back with back, a tree trunk (apparently of its KIND) covered (protected) by the backs of men. … This is nothing more than our ancient battle cry … Here is such a simple, at first glance, image in embroidery.

But that was just an example. Now I want to turn to the main topic of the article - spirals. The spiral is found in the nature of plants, in galactic "vortices", in architecture. There are already articles on this topic with good photographic design.

I would like to try to reveal the meaning of the "stone spirals" that abound in the entire coast of the Arctic Ocean.

You can endlessly wander back and forth in a spiral, looking at your feet and not understand or see anything. Or you can raise your head to the sky and be surprised that the Sun inside the Arctic Circle moves in the same way - spiraling towards the center until the very day of the summer solstice! And back along the same spiral to the outer circle after the solstice. You can build such a spiral yourself by sticking a suitable stick or stone into the ground and fix the shift of the shadow from the top until June 22 (the lower the height of the stick, the more compact the form of the spiral).

9 days of observation is enough to create a stone spiral. There is only one point: in the current location, the stone spirals of the White Sea will give a somewhat elongated, oval appearance. A the closer to the North point "0", the more the spirals will acquire a rounded shape.

It was precisely this thought that made us take a closer look at the northernmost lands of our country, specifically at the Franz Josef Land archipelago! If I didn’t know what our old Russian folk kokoshniks and other hats look like, I wouldn’t see anything but ice, water and rocks. By a happy coincidence of circumstances, images of the similarity of forms from about a dozen mountains and rocks with our kokoshniks, koruns, kichkas, etc., appeared right away. I just want to give examples without any comments:

Round and egg-shaped stones are ready-made bases for felting headdresses:

It used to be strange: why not make a kokoshnik in the shape of the head, why "puff up and be sophisticated"? Now I begin to understand that in this way the ancestors tried to convey the images of the ancient sacred places of their former ancestral homeland, since all other sources of knowledge in writing were destroyed by the carriers of the newly arrived religion.
