Let's now find out if the experts are right in their "expert opinion" that the call to "drive the Jews out of the country" is equivalent to the call "to drive ethnic Jews out of the country"? Or have the experts sinned against their conscience and misled themselves, and the investigator, and also the judge?
For me, as a writer, a member of the "Union of Writers of Russia" who knows the Russian language deeply enough, at the expert level, it is obvious that the term "ethnic Jews" carries a meaning - it means the genetic, or, in other words, the tribal origin of people called Jews.

And the so-called "official experts" make deliberately false linguistic examinations and inform them that this is "a direct appeal to an indefinite circle of addressees so that the addressees carry out violent actions against ethnic Jews.."
The question is, who are these experts ?! They are simply illiterate idiots or disguised enemies whose purpose is to mislead decent FSB officers or to play along with enemies like themselves who have entrenched themselves in the Russian special services.
I repeat once again: the demand "Drive the Jews out of the country …" is addressed specifically to the Guarantor of the Constitution and the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, as well as to his subordinates - employees of the special services and the Prosecutor's Office.
