Games of the 70-80s
Both boys and girls of the 70s and 80s were united by such outdoor games as “Cossacks-robbers”, where they had to run fast, hide well and show a lot of ingenuity in placing marks, “Sticks-knocks for themselves”, “Lapta”, "Fisherman and Fish", "Fifteen". Ball games such as "Square", "Ten" and "Bouncers" were also very popular.
Role-playing games were based on the most "fashionable" at that time films "The Elusive Avengers", "Chingachgook" or "The Three Musketeers". All of these games were exciting, captivating, and very fluid.
Of all the games that boldly looked into the face of time, the most coveted for children was the electronic game with the Wolf, who was catching eggs in the basket, called "Well, wait!". Without a doubt, children with more than 1000 points would be able to defend the Brest Fortress alone, since they had no nerves and reactions.
What are the children of our time playing?
The progress of the 21st century eliminated the need for children to make doll houses or cars from natural materials. Everything is already ready-made. Our time offers a wide variety of computer games that are increasingly taking possession of the brain of modern children. And those, in turn, are not particularly resistant to this impact. Thus, most of today's children spend all their free time at the computer. Many "exploits" of the youth of our time are virtual. Nowadays, children with slingshots and crossbows are not visible, since all childish aggression remains on the Internet. Now children do not write on desks: why, because there are numerous social networks and forums.
As you can see, computer games and social networks, in which the current generation lives their childhood, are not so harmful. There are many educational and useful games, for example, games designed to teach children languages, train logical thinking.
At all times, children never stop playing war. It is a pity, but humanity in its entire history has lived without wars for about a year, because this game will never become obsolete. It's just that before all the children were Chapaevs, and now most want to become Batman and Harry Potter. Children's games mirror the life and interests of society and its time, and there is nothing you can do about it.
I would like to note that not everything has gone into oblivion. Like many years ago, children lead round dances, play hide-and-seek, catch-up, choose a driver with a counting-rack, and play with toys. At some time it made some adjustments, but their essence will remain unchanged for many years to come.
Everyone has their own childhood and we are all children of our time. It's just that sometimes parents should more often enthrall their children with their games. This is the only way to preserve the continuity of generations.
