Our beautiful and self-sufficient Motherland - the Country of Glorious Rusichi and hundreds of peoples and nationalities that have come to nature, living in a single language, is again in an alarming and unstable situation.

We have entered a new era. The technical, communication and intellectual capabilities of our civilization have made a fundamental revolution in the economy, everyday life and the social sphere. Events multiply, cycles shorten, processes accelerate - the world is integrating in dynamic and information flows.

The main driving force behind this accelerated development is the synergy of three known constituent factors;

the accumulation of knowledge due to the continuous advancement of human thought into the depths of the universe and how the materialization of this knowledge is a set of breakthrough technologies, an increase in the population of the Earth, an engineering class and, finally, modern fabulous communication and information technologies. The future has burst into reality and in some areas we are not aware of and do not control violent social and economic processes.

However, life in Russia, thanks to the "democratic transformations", lost the Soviet social foundations of the social structure, and the new capitalist ones (now they are bashfully called "market" ones) lead to a stable degradation of society and the state. A shameful low standard of living - a catastrophic demographic situation - the absence of strategic plans and the loss of high ideals of justice and humanity. Most of our people have resigned themselves to this, another has comfortably adapted, the third cannot recognize such an end to the Russian world and is looking for a new road to eternal values.

For half a century, in one or two generations, some countries flew through several socio-historical formations and from the Middle Ages found themselves in a post-industrial way. And we are stuck and confused. There is no coherent idea and a coherent multi-level development plan. Our pathological sluggishness and chronic semi-convulsive state of the economy must be overcome in the shortest possible time by reorganizing power, working out and introducing qualitatively new forms of economic activity.

Individual thinkers and figures are waging a feasible struggle and trying to wake up society, but such an irrational reality, when the richest, most powerful and talented country is always creaking, and in terms of living standards is in an alien environment of developing countries of the third world, it is necessary to ban, cancel and forget forever. This is my will and that of many tumens of my compatriots. It is necessary to declare war on mismanagement, poverty and vegetation - this does not suit us. This is what I dedicate this article to.

In order to make the necessary transformations, let us take a closer look at the causes of our troubles against the background of global trends.

Our troubles:

1. Large spaces (time flows more slowly) - a different dimension. It is more difficult to manage and fit into the port-city, commercial and industrial economy, which over and over again tries to push us back to the swamps and shores of the Arctic Ocean.

2. Huge natural and intellectual resources - excess power. You can play the fool with impunity - a problem arises, festers for decades, sometimes dissolves by itself. Our people will endure everything.

3. Adjusting to market (monetary) relations, we crowded together in big cities, condemning the countryside, peasant life and the foundations of Russianness to a quiet death - morals, fortitude, health.

Dangerous global tendencies that our leadership "successfully" ignores.

We are moving into a new reality characterized by the redundancy of the aggregate capabilities of mankind in the sphere of production and consumption; the flip side of this phenomenon is environmental and structural social problems (garbage, excess money, declining jobs and crowds of degrading idlers).

2. Threatening and dangerous global processes - massive movements of people due to the impossibility of self-sufficiency in work, food and water.

Exacerbation of tensions due to extreme income polarization both within countries and in the world situation - there is no just world order - there is no universal conciliatory uniting center - there is no viable structure opposing world globalization, which is leading us at great speed to the tartar.

And the main conclusion; we have dropped out of the general stream, in the presence of all the necessary conditions for growth and development, we can hardly solve pressing problems, left people, villages, regions, branches of the national economy to the mercy of fate, drifting indifferently in world streams. The problem of weakening and dying out Russia is not being solved.

The world in different parts of the planet has enormous and intangible resources, knowledge and capabilities. If you find a healthy form of cooperation, reduce costs, unify air (high-speed and universal), sea (large-tonnage and cheap) transport and move to reasonable sufficiency through the formation of a new, healthy (Russian) standard of living, then you can make a leap towards the general well-being and harmony of peoples and states. Such, another, modern fix idea - technical communism, as a natural integral result of engineering thought and a new harmonious form of human community. Synthesis of unlimited possibilities and moderate consumption at the highest quality. Do you need an idea, a manifesto, a struggle? I don’t think, I want to believe that as a result of previous wars and catastrophes, racial mixing and the interpenetration of cultures and customs, it is possible and necessary to obtain a stable form of universal human morality and order, where each national melody will merge into a harmonious, pathetic symphony.

And the main violin in this symphony should be played by us, the people of the Russian skete, stitched with the idea of justice, always putting common interests above personal ones.

TECHNICAL COMMUNISM

The increased technical power and abundance of goods and services, observed in developed countries, allows one to take the next step and obtain a new quality: to move to a different type of economy - from a market oriented towards profit and cost reduction, to a diversified one, where the old and good communal order will be combined. machine-capitalist production and military-state administration of regions and power structures. The latter should solve the main issues of healthy, happy and conflict-free cohabitation of different peoples and associations, guided by the ideas of justice and prudence.

1. Sufficiency at the current level of industrial and scientific potential is a settled issue, and the integral power of our civilization tends to grow in any historical period - which is quite accurately designated as "progress". All processes tend to develop, and the living world has incredible fertility and vitality. Human civilization, thanks to its intelligence, can not only adapt to any external conditions, but also equip the external environment for a beautiful life and the main resources - nature, society and knowledge.

2. Humanoid (trainable) robotics joins wonderful information technologies, capable of not only doing hard, monotonous work better and faster, but also organizing complex activities in a new way with remote employees and anywhere in the world with great productivity.

3. The rapid advancement of highly efficient technologies and the development of territories are hindered by expensive air transport, international barriers, and excessive competition. Cheating in finance and redistribution of income generates new and endless problems - here, too, we will have to resist.

And so: what will we use in creating new forms of community life to improve the level and quality of life of the powerless majority.

The main formula of the Russian solution: reasonable human well-being is ensured in a planned-military manner, and freedom of action is given to those talented and otherwise active. A high level of education and technical equipment of enterprises is provided, the movement of personnel and specialization is supported, large regional projects and science-intensive technologies are financed. Regions are being created, woven into a single economic and cultural complex on the basis of mutual complementarity and joint development.

1. A planned economy with a new function - state purchases of certified (high-quality) goods and services for a single sufficient provision, while at the same time they must be brought to the highest level of requirements for working conditions, wages and environmental standards. The main criterion should be not minimization of production costs, but the well-being of the region, team, people and development prospects.

2. Involvement of new numerous inactive masses of people and empty regions of the earth in fruitful economic activity. Naturally, this should be done through the implementation of large-scale development projects, where the main driving force will be the creation of favorable spaces and high-performance enterprises.

3. Creation of large regional educational and technological centers, taking into account national and other characteristics, to create a new world caste of moderate, active and healthy, benevolent, educated and multilingual workers and highly professional specialists who speak, think and live in Russian - Russian billion.

RUSSIAN BILLION

All sober experts notice the main threat hanging over our statehood (integrity) - this is depopulation, degradation and determinism of society (a practical absence of common goals, if you do not take into account the populist projects of hollow Kremlin strategists). Russia will not recover if it does not put on the agenda a triune task - the reunification of Russian lands and people, the revival of the village and natural life, an increase in the population of both the title component and various, border, related and other through the creation of Russian, multilingual clusters united through state structures management and protection. The idea of creating an ethnic Russian billionaire is mystical, absurd and defeatist, and add to the heap - passivity, slowness and liberal "ideological drunkenness" - are mortally dangerous for us. Slender ideas, a military rhythm and real landmarks - we lost this in the last perestroika sabbath and just can't find our place in the world market booth.

Integration and unity, as a global trend, we, the Russians, must promote in the opposite direction - from ourselves, from our roots and conform to our traditions, because we are the center and area of crystallization of the highest values of justice, moderation, and benevolence.

The Russian billion as a new form of international statehood and the consolidation of different peoples who sympathize with us and have a relationship to our free and natural nature is a completely realizable project with multifaceted forms and continuous development. The best; worthy and prudent, hardworking and purposeful, we will naturally join our many-sided Russian family for the good and without prejudice to our sovereignty and security.

The creative activity of millions of people, for whose life (education and economic breakthrough), we have enough resources, knowledge and everything else, will help us solve all pressing problems without strain and loss. For simplicity, in modern terms, we need to create a networked Russianness and universal statehood, which, by definition, can only be military - the Horde - order, clan, order. People of honor voluntarily go to the Horde, serve and receive salaries, mature, acquire property and weight in society - develop interaction between public and private interests on the basis of simple provisions.

As the first and victorious rush to new heights, I consider the implementation of the state program for the development of transport aviation and engineering and construction paramilitary units, made up of young, strong and suffering people of our Eurasian community. There are enough people, territories - darkness, tasks and applications - not to count. Rule - Russians.

TRANSPORT AVIATION - ENGINEERING TROOPS - GREAT PROJECTS

The main striking force of this project is the Russian paramilitary transport aviation and engineering and construction troops operating on criteria and standards other than market ones. We are applying the Soviet experience

The main energy (driving force) basis will be the disclosure of the immense deep heterogeneous potential of different regions, peoples and successful companies

The main idea will be development through mutually beneficial cooperation based on mutual understanding and solidarity, the creation of active and prosperous regions of new Russianness - territories of the Russian spirit and speech, order and age-old traditions integrated into Russian statehood through government bodies

Aviation solves the problem of activating any region of Russia and communication with other points of the earth; be it a powerful enterprise or vice versa - a depressed region with human and other resources. Financing (purchase and leasing of aircraft) - budgetary. Fuel - own (at cost)

Specialized construction teams are solving the issue of creating a safe infrastructure. Financing through the execution of long-term contracts.

I foresee the crooked grin of a modern bourgeois and a man of power with the question - where to get the money and are we capable of anything real and ambitious at all? You do not need to take money; you need to create it with labor applied to resources and consumption and various financial instruments. Money loves space (markets), profit and investment security. We are the only country in the world with unlimited biological resources, energy resources, land, water and scientific and technical personnel. It is only required to launch the machine of economic growth through the development of regions and the movement of capital. Our sovereign essence will be the best guarantee of stability and order. In addition to the state levers we have, we will apply a new universal system of raising regions, regions and territories by attracting free human, material and natural resources. Our national wealth, when combined with the energy of the young and the strong, will be the driving force behind explosive development. I repeat; this requires the strictest discipline, planning and project management, transportation and the involvement of new human and financial resources in complex projects. Let me remind you that the world has a surplus of money, production capacities, tens of millions of qualified specialists who have found themselves out of work due to a vicious market economy. We have a successful Soviet experience of activating the masses and involving them in a common cause (industrialization and construction brigades).

We are the richest country and the time has come to turn our spiritual and intellectual power into the well-being of the people and show the world the advantages of the sovereign structure.

The best form of international cooperation and the strengthening of friendly relations is participation in large life-affirming projects. As such, I propose to take for consideration the habitation of the greatest desert in the world - the Sahara and its transformation into a blossoming new formation of the united Arab and African population. The task is practically impracticable, given the size and totality of the problems of the Arab world, and therefore the real one from the Russian root is "worthwhile". Africa and the divided and numerous Arab world are the most dangerous point of the planet. The largest and most daring project will be an adequate response to the creeping problems of overpopulation, lack of water and living space, which, one way or another, will turn into brutal bloodshed and massive uncontrolled migration. This is where forces and technology should be directed, there is a place for will and deeds. In addition to the scale of the task and issues of coordination of interests, there is nothing insurmountable in this project. Create infrastructure and irrigation systems, and bring the best that our technical civilization has developed, the rest will be settled by internal forces.

But I propose to start a large health improvement project from my land, my walls and with my neighbors and kindred peoples. The common opinion that Russia has no friends and allies is deeply mistaken and extremely harmful, because it presents us as some kind of "Siberian monsters" that do not fit into the "civilized world" in any way. We live in a self-limited space, constantly cling to the ground and conduct a flawed, defensive policy, moreover, where we have no equal and only we have both strength and truth, resources and a scientific and technical basis for the development of joint activities. It should also be noted that the core for the unity of peoples should be cultural, linguistic and kinship, and the soil for the germination of various fruits of cooperation should be common interests.

Our allies were and are peoples for whom traditional values are higher than expediency. We must cooperate with kindred peoples, be present where not everything is bought and sold, where there is a conscience and a sunny Russian language. In three steps we will establish relations with Finns and Hungarians, Bulgarians and Moldovans, Irish and Icelanders. It is even easier to involve Kazakhs and Mongols, Kyrgyz and Pashtuns, Pamiris and Nepalese in a common home. It is necessary to bring Russian Jews and Armenians to oneself, to support Russian traditional Islam.

In one step, the issue of Russians - Belarusians, Ukrainians, Serbs, etc., as well as the Russian Soviet fraternity - if a person wants to be Russian and is ready to obey Russian laws and orders, then he gets the right to Russian citizenship, and we must take care so that he has a job, housing, property and development opportunities.

"And why unite?" - for broad opportunities, for land without borders, for conflict-free development, for minting the highest values and humanizing the masses of people.

Hundreds of new airports, thousands of new modern enterprises focused on the production of high-quality products and services, tens of thousands of militarized engineering and technical formations and well-equipped settlements - a ten-million army of young and strong-minded, educated Horde people, continuously replenished by those who seek and want a better life than prepared by the global soulless economy - this is the basis of another Russia. Male brotherhood and great goals are needed by the young and strong, not Lexus and show-off. Russia will be reborn in a campaign to new heights - this is the genetic code of the Russian people. In order not to break the "Eurodrops", we will do it slowly, thoughtfully, teaching the language, traditions, fostering masculinity and moderation, solidarity and benevolence. To do this, you need to nominate responsible, experienced husbands from your ranks and form a new class of sovereigns, focusing on will and knowledge.
