Two elderly teachers from Moscow, husband and wife, founded a private comprehensive school in the village of Ivanovsky, Borisoglebsk district, between Rostov and Uglich, which has absorbed and absorbs all the best over a thousand years of development of Russian education. For ten years, our school has turned from "dying" into a very promising and one might even say a successful educational institution. “Dying” is when 57 people studied there in 1997, and (due to its lack of prospects) found itself on the sidelines of all educational development programs, even at the district level. Its success today is indicated by the fact that in 2009, for the first time in its 130-year history, admission to the school was suspended, and on September 1, 150 students sat at the desks, and by competition now children are admitted here not only to the boarding school (where the competition for one place reaches 6 people), but also to the school itself. The prestige is also indicated by the fact that over the past five years, in order to study at school, more than 130 people have moved to the village of Ivanovskoye and its environs with their children, and the geography of students stretches from Izhevsk to Vinnitsa.

What motivates people who abandon their habitable nests and rush to a nondescript dilapidated village and send their children to this school for education? Director and creator of the school model V. Formally, the school is an ordinary municipal educational institution, like all other schools aimed at three-stage education. Our school is often referred to as school of spiritual and moral education … And this is also true. Indeed, one of the main goals of the teaching staff in their work considers the spiritual and moral education of students. Moreover, since 1998, the school has for a long time been, according to this project, an experimental platform of the Ministry of Education.

You can often also hear names such as school of arts, local history school, school of Russian traditions. And these names also largely reflect both the essence of our school and its activities. For the Ivanovo school, one of the main directions of development is the sphere of the arts, here in all 11 classes music, choreography, painting are taught, there are 10 music and choir studios and circles, an art studio, and clay toys. No less attention is paid at school to local history: from the second to the tenth grade, native studies are taught, over the past ten years the children have written more than 60 scientific papers on local history, they spoke at dozens of conferences. The spirit of the school is permeated with Russian traditions: cultural, pedagogical, folk … In this respect, it could be called and folk school … Here we have a lot in common with the school of Sergei Alexandrovich Rachinsky and that is why our school is often called the modern version of the school of this famous teacher.

Often the Ivanovo school is called cadet school … But this is only partly true, although indeed over the past five years, the main organizing core of the school has been the cadet corps and the class of sisters of mercy, in which up to 40 students study, but this is only a quarter of all students.

It could well be called our school Full day school since its doors are open from morning to night. And the name is even more suitable Full year school … After all, the school is open during the holidays, including the summer. And other names will fully reflect the essence of our educational institution, for example school complex, because it includes a school, a kindergarten, a boarding school. She is often called in the press a school of philanthropy, a socio-cultural center, a town-forming village, a school-museum, a school-family

But no matter how we call our school, none of the names listed above reflects its activity in its entirety. In our opinion, the name of the school could most accurately reflect the idea of the school. Paternal school, for the leading idea of our educational institution is the authority of the fatherly principle: the Heavenly Father, the Earthly Fatherland and the dear father. Organizational and theoretical principles, the content of educational and educational processes are most accurately expressed in the name INTEGRAL DEVELOPMENT SCHOOL.

School rules

1. Understands that he is studying in a school of traditional values, therefore he tries to lead a good, moral life, close to the piety of his ancestors, showing and constantly caring for his own honor and dignity.

2. Knows and remembers that norms and rules of behavior based on traditional values oblige a person to live according to the same rules both at school and outside its walls.

3. Strives to acquire high-quality knowledge in order to become an educated person and serve his Motherland.

4. Treasures the honor of school and class as his own.

5. She treats her studies as her most important duty, therefore she always prepares for lessons, talks respectfully with teachers, listens to them attentively during classes.

6. Must study diligently, do not be late for classes and do not miss them without a good reason.

7. Respectfully treats parents, teachers, school staff, elders.

8. Goes to school dressed in a uniform, without jewelry, clean, combed and tidy, changes street shoes at school; in sportswear, she is engaged only in physical education lessons and training.

9. Does not bring any type of portable audio or video players with headphones, radios or electronic games to school. Within the walls of the school and on its territory, he does not use a mobile phone.

10. He takes care of school property as his own, takes care of it, and if something is damaged, he must repair or replace it.

11. Behaves modestly and piously, setting an example for the younger and everyone around, not only in the school building, but also outside its walls; never uses rude and abusive expressions.

12. Remembers that television, computer games, immoral magazines, smoking, alcoholic beverages, drugs cause irreparable harm to the spiritual and physical health of a person, therefore, are unacceptable in the life of school students.

13. Understands that relationships between boys and girls in and outside school should be strict, respectful, humble, chaste and beautiful.
