The third part of the article, which examines the main aspects of containing breakthrough and fuel-free technologies and secret control over the technological development of human civilization. Specific examples of closed technologies and organizations that are responsible for this are given.

What are the capabilities of the secret weapon?

The English-language Internet is replete with references to Tesla's "scalar weapons" and complexes that affect the environment on a regional scale. It is characteristic that the Americans frighten the Americans with the fact that the Russians are ahead of us, and in our alternative media they most often write about the superiority and achievements of the Americans, and in each publication they mention the notorious HAARP. However, the concept of the HAARP system has long grown beyond the scope of radiator antennas located in Alaska and in several other regions of the Earth.

Over the past 20 years, the planet has been covered by a network of interconnected stationary and mobile installations (including numerous multipurpose radar complexes and individual natural "amplifying elements"). (This topic has been discussed in detail and covered on the Dutchsinse blog.) And the Alaskan complex itself (according to the official version) was closed. Indeed, why do we need a stationary low-power radiator if there is a whole network of newer and more functional complexes?

The area of knowledge of the Universe, which Nikola Tesla invaded more than a century ago, continued to develop all this time. To the great chagrin of specialists, zombified by the idea of the purity of Einstein's axioms about the absence of the world ether, we have to admit: the scientific community has been fooled, but for almost a hundred years it stubbornly refuses to admit this and get rid of the lies imposed on it. I address unbiased readers to the fundamental and comprehensive in coverage and explanation of various-scale phenomena of the aetherdynamic theory, developed, among others, by Doctor of Technical Sciences, Academician V. A. Atsukovsky ().

Here are some theoretically calculated values and experimentally established facts (I'm sorry if the reader hears about them for the first time):

- Space is filled with gaseous ether, which has a number of physical properties [p.108-116]. All corpuscular objects and wave processes are explained by objects that are sufficiently stable in time, which arise in the ether as a result of the combination of seven basic types of motion [p. 117-125]. Ether, in turn, is formed by the phenomena that take place in the sub-ether; that is, we are talking about mutually nested worlds of different scales. The diameter of the amer (ether element) is less than 4, 6 x 10-45; its weight is 1.5 x 10-114 kg [p. 115]. The kinetic energy (energy content) of amers in 1 cm3 is equal to 1.3 x 1030 J (which at 260 trillion. times the energy released by the explosion of a megaton bomb) [With. 112]. That's what kind of responsibility, in fact, we are talking about. Therefore, Tesla's and Hutchison's technologies were intercepted by the Global Predictor and taken out of the public consciousness.

- Ether was experimentally discovered after measuring instruments - interferometers of the "open type" (not in a metal case) - were placed at a height at which the observed result exceeded the measurement accuracy limit. “A Cossack woman sent to theoretical physics”, A. Einstein for about 15 years without proof denied the existence of the ether, but then in the works “Ether and Theory of Relativity” (1920) and “On Ether” (1924) he expressed himself as follows: “According to the general theory of relativity ether exists … Physical space unthinkable without ether ". However, by that time, his theory of relativity, as the “false goal” pleasing to the GP, had already “gone into circulation”, and it turns out that the so-called “scientists” have been promoting lies, elevated to the rank of the pinnacle of human thought, for almost 100 years.

- The etheric wind has two main components - galactic and solar. There is also a much smaller daily component. Within the solar system, the external stream of ether comes from the region of the star Zeta of the constellation Draco (declination + 65 °, right ascension 262 ° or 17h 28 ') [p. 68].

- The speed of the ether flow near the earth's surface is close to zero; at a level of 250 m above sea level - already about 3 km / s); on mountain tops with a height of about 2 km, it is 8-10 km / s, and in open space - 50-60 km / s [p. 67-70, 527-528].

- In the spiral arms of the Galaxy, ether jets move at a speed of the order of tens of thousands of km / s. Due to the laws governing the behavior of the ether in such conditions, a proton gas (toroidal screw vortices) and electrons (an attached ether vortex) are formed from its jets. The galactic nucleus (Milky Way) emits about 1.5 solar masses per year in the form of a proton-hydrogen gas [p. 490]. This gas has a velocity of the order of 50 km / s; in the vicinity of the Sun, its speed drops to 7 km / s. Stars (including our Sun) move in the spiral arms from the center to the periphery. In the opposite direction, free ether ("etheric wind") moves from the outskirts to the core of the Galaxy [ibid., P. 495].

- Ether is captured by celestial bodies [p. 467-476]; while the speed of its particles (amers) is sharply reduced; the captured ether penetrates to the center of stars and planets; there is an indirect transfer of kinetic energy and the "reification" of the ether and the synthesis of elements (due to this effect, the mass and size of stars and planets grows). Accordingly, the primary cause and source of energy for the synthesis of atoms in the depths of stars and planets is the kinetic energy of ether particles. Part of the ether energy is also spent on the formation of cyclones and hurricanes in the atmosphere of natural vortices [p. 528-534] and in general the global climatic situation.

- The physical properties of metals are such that they are impermeable to ether particles, which means that the release of ether energy in planets occurs mainly at the border of the core and the lower mantle (hence the heating of the earth's core). Additional effects also arise during the interaction of the destabilized "etheric heating" of the Sun and the Earth.

- As you can see on the chart by Henrik Svensmark (top right), these periods are 125-140 million years, or half a galactic year. The periods of passage by the solar system of the large spiral arms coincide well with the fluctuations in the temperature of the world's oceans. An increase in cosmic radiation can provoke the creation of continuous clouds and prolonged cooling in the earth's atmosphere. We are currently entering the spiral arm once again. The physical parameters of the ether in the spiral arms of the Milky Way differ significantly from those in the more rarefied regions of the Galaxy [p. 491].

From the above figures it can be seen that the creation of devices capable of even to an insignificant degree use the inexhaustible energy of the "etheric wind" would once and for all close all the present and future needs of mankind. But this is the case if such devices are used by people with a humane structure of the psyche. In the event that groups of people obsessed with the ideas of world domination for the glory of Lucifer start looking for their use, the disappearance of the Earth in a short bright flash could become a real threat (for the purpose of blackmail).

False targets

Microwave anomalies are now observed in different regions of the planet (for example, the recent devastating Hainan in the Pacific Ocean was accompanied by a number of anomalies, as reported in detail by the Dutchsinse researcher; it is also worth seeing how Microwave radiation forms a microwave-scale vortex). The physical relationship of relatively low-power microwave electromagnetic radiation and destructive atmospheric vortices, along with the electromagnetic (etheric) nature of hurricanes, provide a key to understanding feedbacks. These connections can be in the form of two interacting coils. One coil is a vortex of a natural (artificially created or “guided”) hurricane; the other is a repeater system that captures the electromagnetic energy of a hurricane and converts it into a combination of static and alternating fields corresponding to the resonant frequencies of certain molecular and crystal structures.

Apparently, deeply classified technologies predicted at the end of the 19th century were used to destroy the Twin Towers in the United States. An analysis of the observed "special effects" and related phenomena, on the one hand, indicates a direct attitude of the world "elite" to the events of September 11, and on the other hand, indicates that it is basically impossible to explain what happened with the help of banal C-4 explosives and nanothermite. Nevertheless, from the first days after the "terrorist attacks", large groups of American scientists by hook or by crook tried to justify the cause and effect either by the collapse due to a fire (lie No. 1), or blamed everything on the controlled demolition of the twin towers using explosives and termite (lie # 2).

It should be understood that this information / misinformation refers to the first and second levels of "matryoshka" (false goals about Al-Qaeda and irrelevant facts and false theories regarding the "controlled collapse" (CD) of the two WTC towers and building # 7). Moreover, the second matryoshka is falling apart, at least five "false subgoals" … And each such false target is "accompanied" and protected by its own group of disinformers and engaged or zombified scientists, journalists and special service groups.

For the official explanation of the "physics" of the destruction of three New York skyscrapers, the following versions were used:

1. The official theory of hijacked planes crashing into towers; a fire that weakened the supporting steel structures, and the subsequent "natural" collapse under the influence of gravity forces (floor "folding");

2. Natural processes (earthquakes and hurricanes);

3. Malicious arson and its derivatives (fires), supplemented by bombs planted by Arab terrorists.

These "mechanisms" were suitable only for the zombie media representatives of American society.

Second, "protective layer" versionswas intended for those who are considered "conspiracy theorists" (the most prominent representative of this camp is Alex Jones). Long-known technologies were used to explain what happened, but they are not capable of explaining all the observed "special effects":

4. Destruction with conventional explosives (dynamite, RDX, etc.)

5. Destruction using termite or its derivatives (nanothermite, nanothermate)

6. "Clean", thermonuclear or atomic bombs

7. Conventional controlled demolition with the help of numerous bombs implanted at different levels of buildings.

Thus, "as if spontaneously" were formed two actively opposing groups of "researchers", for 12 years already challenging the arguments, assessments and methods of each other.

Behind the created disinformation curtain, formed by the dual pair "lie No. 1" and "lie No. 2", the third group of theorists and researchers remains practically unknown. We are talking about experimental application of new destruction systems, produced under the cover of pp. 1, 5 and 7. Namely:

8. ONPE; weapons of directed energy transfer (it is also - DEW; Directed Energy Weapon);

9. Scalar weapons.

Deeper and more serious information is carefully guarded and practically inaccessible (it is with it that the murders of witnesses of key events are associated; the destruction of important material evidence from the material base of the investigation and a farce called "Report of the Commission on the Investigation of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks"). Disclosure of third level data(about seemingly “non-existent” dual-use technologies requiring the demolition of the foundation of the natural sciences and the transition to completely different technologies) will immediately entail fourth level questions: who exactly are their "owners" to this day; in what connection they are with the management periphery and numerous ordinary performers.

According to the first group of versionsMuslim terrorists are behind the explosions, and the scale and consequences of the terrorist attacks "justify" the crusade against the carriers of the "wrong" ideology and "tightening the screws and customary freedoms" in Western countries.

Second versionuses the clearly observed actions of certain shadow structures and special services (CIA, Mossad, MI6 and some lobbyist groups and secret societies). These actions quite logically fit into the covert global governance on the part of Israel, striving for total domination on Earth through a policy leading to a big war, which "will provide it with the opportunity" to expand to the borders promised by the Jewish god Yahweh - from the Nile to the Euphrates - and will reduce it to a vassal provisions of most countries in the world.

Third versiongoes to the priests-Atlanteans (invisible Global Predictor), who carried through the millennia the knowledge of the structureless management of society and secret technologies, which they reserve for "special cases" (it is possible that "thanks" to the Union of Nine). From the same considerations, technologies that could lead humanity out of control and change its “bestial” outlook were “filtered out” and fundamentally suppressed. The Global Predictor cannot take such a risk of "exposure", therefore there is only a theoretical probability of information leak of this kind (and hardly insider pawns of the level of E. Snowden and repeatedly turned agents know anything about this).

The details of the disintegrator test (on gold-bearing quartzite) and the Keely engine test also seem interesting to me.

From Theo Paijmans' book The Discoverer of Free Energy: John Worrell Keely, we learn (pp. 79-80) that in 1895 the American government was on the brink of bankruptcy. Sponsor of the researcher Nikola Tesla, J. P. In addition, the rich opponents of the plan to create the Fed were drowned on the Titanic. It can be assumed that the pocket press worked for Morgan, so if it were not for the persecution unfolded against Keely in the press, events could have turned differently.

With his discoveries and ideas ahead of time, Keely (and after him Tesla) went through the same misunderstanding, human envy and greed and oblivion. A hundred years after his sudden death, the American Dale Pond was one of the few successors of his ideas. However, Pond distributes the unique books of both inventors, and experiments with their devices. Inflating information bubbles usually precedes real actions and events. This is a kind of "artillery preparation" in the minds of the inhabitants, directing their thoughts "where necessary", in accordance with the plan for the given period of management. The administrative resource allows carrying out practically any information policy - including even absurd and inhuman in nature. Press girls and journalist whores (aka SMRAD, mass advertising, agitation and disinformation) play the role of "couriers delivering filtered disinformation and various abominations and idiotic stereotypes to the brains of ordinary citizens." Like street prostitutes, the media report what they are told. Or vice versa, they do not report something important.
