Who are the Slavs, and why the search for Slavic history is being conducted in the wrong direction.

Sklavens are tribes living near the veins, that is, with the Balts. Recently, by the standards of history, the Slavs and the Balts were one people. In particular, the Slovenes, who lived in the territory located between the Slavs and the Balts, chose a Slavic rather than a Baltic fate, although they were veins. Hence the confusion with the Vani and the Wends.
