Once again I am convinced that until the respectable townspeople in their houses do not agree, do not self-organize, no chiefs will establish order from above. The same "Blag" really needs support from above, but as a rule you cannot question it. The mayor's office, the police, not to mention political parties, are of little interest in the concentration of youth from Central Asia and the abundance of illegal immigrants in specific neighborhoods. But the gopota and the diaspora unmistakably recognize the artel force of citizens and try to stay away from it. Everywhere there is an unwritten law: where there is a real house partnership, housing and communal services are working properly, violent drinking and crime ends, the expansion of Caucasians and Asians stops. It is no coincidence that the friends of this HOA are already thinking about creating a Russian community. Is this not the answer to my outrageous question "how to be?"
