Phil had a friend, Ron Rummel, a former Air Force scout and publisher of Alien Digest. He died on August 6, 1993, he allegedly shot himself in the mouth with a pistol. Friends say, however, that no blood was found on the pistol, and there were no fingerprints on the barrel and grip of the weapon. In addition, the deceased's suicide note was written by a left-handed person while Rummel was a right-handed person.

Phil himself was found dead in his apartment next to the piano. Wires were wound around his neck. According to some sources, he was brutally tortured before being killed. This is his last, dying lecture.

Interestingly, in this lecture, he talked about US snipers in Bosnia (Bosnian War of 92-95), who fired with the aim of knocking two sides head-on and overthrowing the government, as was done on the Maidan in Kiev.

And the name of this place has no number and it is not a military base (officially), although at the same time it remains one of the most secret places in the United States. Outside, nothing at all indicates any super-secret military facility, ordinary houses in which real people live, even unaware that there is a super-secret object under them and next to them. Everyone is already intrigued enough !? I will not test your patience any longer …

This super-secret base is tucked away in a small town called Sausalito, which is located near San Francisco, just north of this city. It is enough just to leave San Francisco via the Golden Gate Bridge, and immediately after it turn to the exit to the right.

Sausalito is famous primarily for the fact that in this small town there is a cozy cove, which houses the yacht marina of the wealthy residents of San Francisco. This town is located on the gentle slopes of low mountains on the Pacific coast of the Richardson Bay. This town is full of restaurants, shops, places for recreation and entertainment, and it somewhat resembles a small European town, which is completely unusual for American towns. It is always full of people, tourists, constant circulation of people, cars … Just a great place to hide a top-secret object.

And the object itself is hidden in the depths of those very low mountains of the Pacific coast! It is incredible in size and has an underground underwater parking for submarines that quietly enter the bay and moor in an underwater bunker cave. And the workers of this top-secret facility come to this town like everyone else, enter the shopping mall … in the right place they enter the “right” door and after a while find themselves at their work, and after work, they also imperceptibly merge with the crowd and go to their families … And this will not arouse any suspicion in anyone, because this place is very popular among the residents of San Francisco and among tourists who very often come to this town just for dinner. Many restaurants are open until late at night, so that cars arriving and leaving do not even arouse the slightest suspicion in anyone. Well, isn't it the perfect cover and the perfect place to hide a top secret object ?!

There is another perfect cover for this top-secret base. During World War II, the entrance to the San Francisco Bay was defended by a coastal artillery military base. On both sides of the bay, powerful reinforced concrete bunkers and bunkers were equipped, from which all sea approaches to the bay were completely shot through. You can still see impressive nests for coastal artillery guns. Everything and everything was hidden inside the same low coastal mountains. Now all these structures are abandoned, but it is still impossible to get inside. The women apparently managed to establish contact with the ship, but … they can be seen under pressure from their superiors did not stop contact attempts after the ship denied them access. And even this small fragment struck the aggressors, only the power of these attacks was proportional to the size of this fragment and therefore did not manifest itself in such dramatic versions. People could get dizzy, nosebleed, but no one understood the reasons for this phenomenon, considering all this to be a manifestation of contact with alien technologies. Only with prolonged interaction with this wreck did serious problems arise.

But they managed to report before their death that the ship telepathically forbade them to continue telepathic contact, with appropriate comments. And that meant one thing - they would bring people over and over again until someone was let through by the ship's security system. And if the essence of a person passes the test, and his consciousness is at the level of a person from the Stone Age, then, once inside such a ship, this person with his thoughts can launch such processes that will lead to an annihilation explosion with all the ensuing consequences. And therefore it was impossible to admit even the possibility of such a scenario.
