This article appeared on my website after I was tired of answering the same question: "Why are flat feet and other foot defects becoming a mass phenomenon today?"

How I first corrected flat feet

Since childhood, I had absolutely flat feet and was very shy about it. Every time I asked myself the same question - Why? And how do you fix it? At the same time, he was very seriously involved in sports all his life, hoping to fix his feet. With a fanatical faith in doctors, I went through all the standard orthopedic correction methods. With incredible persistence, I wore these "miracle insoles" - instep supports, rolled sticks, raised pencils and did a bunch of stupid exercises. The problem only got worse. Awkward gait and constant subluxation of the foot resulted in constant aching pain in the ankle joints by the age of 35.

The answer came very unexpectedly. At 2.5 years old, my little daughter fell from a high horizontal bar and dislocated her foot so that her toe looked outward (with an almost flat heel) and did not come back for a long time. Then I still did not understand how many and what joints my baby twisted. While I was running, looking for a car to go to the hospital, my foot somehow returned to its place in an incredible way. There were no visible tears, edema, limitation of mobility (and other signs of severe trauma). Moreover, to my sincere surprise, after a while the child continued to play on the floor. After observing the leg for a couple of days for swelling and pain, I admired the elasticity of children's ligaments and forgot about this incident. Business, work and other everyday routine distracted so much that only after 5-6 months I noticed the injured foot, comparing it with the other and was horrified. Heaven and earth! All the arches were practically absent at the foot. Moreover, the foot sagged in the opposite direction (in relation to the arches). It was then that I ran around the orthopedists and bone setters. Alas! Some, despite the obvious disagreement between one foot and the other, with fanatical stubbornness argued that it's okay, and up to 7 years old children do not have flat feet. Others, after X-ray and palpation, refused to set the joints in place, citing the fact that the joints had already become "ossified" in a deformed position and that it was required either to break and in a cast for a long time, or to fix the joints in the correct position with knitting needles.

This prospect, and most importantly its consequences, did not suit me, and I took up independent research and solution of this problem. I rummaged through all the medical libraries and bookstores of the city (in the Internet, except for the standard orthodox method with instep supports, I did not find anything), remembered physics, mechanics and strength of materials, sports and coaching skills and got down to business. As a result, our own comprehensive method for correcting defects of the musculoskeletal system, a patent for inventions, and most importantly, my daughter's foot corrected without surgery appeared! I also corrected my feet, but so far only, by 90 percent.

Paradoxes that make one think about the objectivity of the study of foot problems

Here are some of the ones that struck me the most.

1. They try to explain the principle of the foot operation in absolutely isolated (torn off) from the whole body, including the leg itself!

2. However, the causes of flat feet are seen in everyone! parts of the body except the foot itself.

3. Medicine and even the shoe makers themselves talk about the wrong shoes, about their non-physiological nature, but nowhere is there any evidence of why? and what kind of footwear is considered physiological?

4. Over the past hundred years, the methods of correcting flat feet have not changed, and the statistics of the disease is deteriorating.

5. There is not a single corrected foot (an operation is not a correction, it is its appearance).

6. People who make diagnoses related to biomechanics musculoskeletal system, do not have basic knowledge of theoretical mechanics, physics, strength of materials, descriptive geometry. Those. at the very initial stage of the medical institute, the basis for a deep and clear (in full) understanding of the main “drawing of a person” - his skeleton and how this mechanics works - is not laid.

So, what is flat feet?

Flat feet is an artificially created defect - the result of exposure to medications, shoes and mediocre sports training. The first chemically, and the second and third - mechanically affect the muscles and joints of a person.

Honey. drugs and shoes suppress fine motor skills of the foot, and mediocre training, together with the same shoes, form an incorrect sequence of muscle work. As a result, not only joints become defective, but also gait - the main source of problems of the musculoskeletal system. I draw your attention to the fact that modern footwear works negatively in all these areas.

Now, in more detail on each impact.

Medicines

Remember what is prescribed to our children literally from the first days of life? ….

The answer is vaccinations and medications that lower muscle tone!

According to immunologists, the main side effect of vaccinations is a blow to the central nervous system, after which the child's “unreasonable” incessant crying very often appears. Remember your babies, especially in the first year of life. They have not slept for a long time, even in the first weeks after birth, “20 hours a day,” as it is written in the old rules for caring for babies. For the most part, from the first day the whole family does not let them get away with it, unable to understand the reason for whims and crying.

All healthy children, before starting to walk, train their feet, prepare them for the upcoming load, including tucking my fingers … For the most part, this is an excellent response from a healthy body. We, however, called her a defect and are doing everything to prevent the child from forming the feet on time and correctly.

The smallest leg muscles are located on the foot. They are responsible for the coordination of movements, the correct formation of the joints of the foot and the maintenance of its arches. Vaccinations destroy the immune system and redistribute muscle tone, our musculoskeletal system, towards the defect. If you closely observe the development of motor skills of your child, then you will see for yourself. Here is part of comment # 322 from my site's guestbook

Instead of solving the problem by increasing the amount of movement (moreover, the correct movement), we strongly recommend drugs that lower muscle tone. Do you think that sedatives act selectively on a specific muscle, reducing only its tone, or reduce the tone of all muscles? If you drank valerian (or alcohol), did a specific muscle relax or everything?….

Now let's think logically - what happens to muscle tone after taking medication. And the following happens - the tone of the strong will decrease slightly, and the weak, in general, can lose it and atrophy! In any case, the balance of power (for the better) will not change. The weak will remain weaker than the strong. Then why lower the tone and poison the child with chemistry? … And if we remember that the effectiveness of the drug also depends on the dose, and the dose of a particular muscle received depends on the mass of the muscle itself, then we get the following. The smallest leg muscles, and they are on our feet, will receive a shock dose of relaxation (lose their tone). Let me remind you that the small muscles of the foot are responsible for coordinating movement and maintaining the arches. What do you think will happen to the foot when the child starts to walk?..

Is it because about 80% of children today have pronounced foot defects!

One should not neglect one more fact - the almost regular use of drugs by future mothers to soothe the tone of the uterus under the slogan - "the threat of miscarriage." Which muscles do you think will "calm down" the most in a developing fetus? ….

Shoes

Contrary to all the laws of biomechanics and physiology, it has ugly forms, elevated to the rank of "fashion". And again we skillfully kill fine motor skills, in particular, toes, pinching them with narrow and thin toes of boots. With the help of unnatural forms of the sole, we create negative moments aimed at the destruction of joints and impaired coordination of movement of the whole body.

The mechanism of occurrence of these moments is described on my website in the article - "the influence of modern shoes on our feet or my appeal to shoe makers."

Look at the photo and answer - Where does our sole initially touch the underlying surface? And then look at Figure 2 (section of the foot at the point where the sole touches the underlying surface). It shows the result of such a touch - a negative moment Δm. directed perpendicular to the movement. Further in Fig. 3 shows a graph - the reaction of the underlying surface (in the experiment - a swinging platform) to such an effect of our shod foot.

Fig. 3 Lateral component of the support reaction.

This graph was obtained quite a long time ago by Professor, Doctor of Medical Sciences A. S. Vitenzon, who conducted an experiment to study the human step.

The only thing, by analogy with photo 1 (a person is moving towards us), the graph must be turned 180 degrees. So that the axis of the cycle duration (roll of the foot from heel to toe) coincides with the direction of movement, i.e. with the axis of the foot.

Notice the crazy magnitudes of lateral forces that instantly reverse the direction of impact. Horror!!! The whole foot, especially the heel modern shoes throws left and right. Complete imbalance! And this is with EVERY step, instead of having smooth small fluctuations along the direction of travel!

Hopefully now it’s clear how shoes break the joints of our feet.

In addition to this disgrace, we supply it with insoles-instep supports, which are used for: “… instep support "SIESTA" apply for wearing no more than 4 hours a day, in order to avoid weakening of the muscles of the foot and the progression of flat feet. The instep support design allows you to replace the lost function longitudinal and transverse vaults. … ". Note, everything is honestly said!

Yes, yes, that's right - treating flat feet with insoles - instep supports, the same as treating bedsores with comfortable lying.

The same can be said about the "wonderful" properties of orthopedic shoes. Structurally, such shoes are made even worse than ordinary ones and therefore increase the negative moments Δm described above by an order of magnitude.

Sports training

If we discard the advertising of sports and look with sober eyes at the training methods from the point of view of physiology, then you can easily notice that the promised health does not smell there. Does anyone know long-lived athletes? Unlikely. And what about athletes who have become disabled (physically and mentally)? As much as you like !!!

Essentially, each section prepares its own "freaks", tk. the main task of any coach is to deliver the result in the shortest possible time !!! Therefore, training is structured in such a way as to quickly develop some motor skills cultivated in this sport, to the detriment of others. One-sided load on the muscles, the joints are not formed correctly. The result is slouching boxers, volleyball players, even acrobats and swimmers, bow-legged wrestlers and gymnasts, scoliosis dancers and weightlifters, etc.

This phenomenon is called - disharmony - NOT harmony - NOT health - DISEASE.

Sport is a war for victory, medals, money, glory, etc. And in a war, as in a war, victory - at any cost, to the detriment of health.

٭ ٭ ٭

Summing up the above, the conclusion suggests itself - the whole SYSTEM works on the formation of foot defects, and flat feet in particular.

Modern orthopedics has not been treating flat feet for a long time, it does it

Today, no orthopedist will tell you what a healthy foot should be and why.

In the best case, he will pull out separate common thoughts without explaining other "white spots" and without a comprehensive solution to the problem.

Ask specific questions:

1. What shape of the foot is considered correct (regardless of the type and individual characteristics of a person)? Let them show at least a few photos of the correct foot, with explanations why this is the case, and not otherwise.

2. What criteria (specifically in numbers) can be used to evaluate a well-formed foot? What scientific data (studies) are these figures based on?

3. How should the main axis of the foot be positioned and why?

4. How are the axes of the joints of the foot relative to each other (in particular, the axis of the subtalar joint - Hankey's axis) and what is their relative position relative to other joints of the leg?

5. On what principle does the foot work and with the help of what scientific knowledge can this be verified? I’ll make a reservation right away that the “spring principle” does not work. If only because there is no spring with hinges.

6. Where can you read about the results of scientific research in this area? Who are the authors of these studies?

Maybe you are lucky and you will find a person who can give you answers to such questions. Personally, I have not met a single one. For that, every day I came across people who easily make diagnoses: flat feet, clubfoot, adduction, X-shape, shin varus, etc.

And, surprisingly, without knowing the principle of the foot, they are "successfully" treated, increasing every year the percentage of people with similar defects. Paradox!!!

To confirm the above, I will quote from my correspondence with one of the Moscow orthopedists, a candidate of medical sciences (I will not name my surname purely for ethical reasons): “… You have completely confused me … the concept of the norm in medicine is very vague and you shouldn't demand precise non-existent formulations from me”.

Great answer from the "professional" !!! Personally, I was taught differently - it is impossible to confuse a person who has solid knowledge.

Note, this is the answer from someone with a medical scientific degree. What then can we say about the privates ?!

Can anyone answer me how people with a "very vague" idea of / u200b / u200bthe norms (normal form) of the foot can cut, saw, drill, sew LIVE LEGS ??? ….

On my website, in the guest book number 100, there is a record of a person who had surgery in Moscow and Switzerland. They sawed his bones, spliced joints, cut ligaments, tendons, drove 7-centimeter screws into the heel. He blindly believed and hoped for such "professionals". When there was nothing to cut, and it was completely impossible to walk, I turned on my head and found another way out - my method.

Here is another example of my communication with a traumatologist, the head of the children's department, who is working on acquiring another scientific degree.

After I briefly outlined the essence of my invention and gave her the opportunity to familiarize herself with my arguments and drawings explaining the biomechanics of the occurrence of negative aspects from shoes (some of them I cited at the beginning of the article, photos and figures) injuring my legs, I heard the following: "I'm a doctor, and I don't understand anything about your biomechanics."

Out of etiquette alone, I did not ask her a question: “And then who should understand in“MY”biomechanics,“studied”by you in a higher medical institution? Maybe a plumber?"

It's sad, but this list of "winged" sayings can be continued.

Open any orthopedic site (for example - - Chapters from the book of American orthopedist Dr. Simon Wickler, "Take off your shoes and go"). The situation PAINLY comic - he claims that - shoes cripple legs, squeeze toes, etc., but instead of insisting on making physiological shoes, he suggests - walking barefoot. And how much do you go through like this? Who will create the right shoes? Silence!

Marasmus! At least write a feuilleton. It is a pity that our GOSTs and fashion do not yet provide for nails to stick out of the seat with the point upwards on the chairs. You won't walk all the time, you have to sit down. Hurt! All your ass is scarred! And where to go ?!

- So make a different shape or at least bend the nails!

- Not. Not allowed. State standards and fashion do not allow, the equipment needs to be rebuilt. And in general, who told you that it is from nails? As "OUR" orthopedists say - "The reasons for your" flatness "are anomalies in bone development, muscle problems, neurological problems + genetic, chromosomal syndromes. And what has to do with the nails, you do not sit on them all the time, as soon as you got up, the ass took the same shape again."

- And what does valiant medicine offer us (users)?

- But what:

1. Let's get up from a chair more often and walk with a "barefoot" ass (without a chair).

2. There are no conservative treatments for your problem. When you feel unbearable, come to the operation.

Class?! "Wonderful" conclusions!

If someone says, reading these terms, that this cannot be, that these are the author's fantasies, divorced from reality - WALK TO EARTH and look around or look in the guestbook of my site - comments No. (158 - 293) - my discussion with Petersburg orthopedist. The above-described feuilleton is a brief essence of our conversation.

Indeed, very sad !!! But, only as long as you hope for someone. As soon as you, on your own (or better together with like-minded people), begin to solve your own problems, everything falls into place. There are no problems in life! There are solvable problems! They just need to be set in front of you and solved.

What I am doing now.

The world is very simple! That is why he is a genius

With respect and love to my readers and associates.

Alexander Kiselev

The son is three years old. The surgeon diagnosed flat feet. Familiar situation? What to do? With great surprise, I discovered diametrically opposite approaches and recommendations. Great interest was aroused by the site of Alexander Kiselev. Honestly, everything is upside down or from head to foot? Let's try to figure it out.

As in many similar situations, the impetus for Alexander was the problem - flat feet as a result of an injury in his two-year-old daughter and his own flat feet. After lengthy research, a technique was developed. What is its fundamental difference?

What does official medicine say about flat feet in children:

- the child has increased muscle tone - we use drugs that reduce the tone;

- as soon as the child starts to walk, we put on shoes, at home we only wear shoes with small heels;

- in children under 5-7 years old, there is practically no real flat feet;

- flat feet were found - we wear orthopedic shoes.

What Alexander says:

- taking drugs that reduce tone, relaxes all muscles, including weak ones. And, as a result, it leads to flat feet. Instead, you need to strengthen weak muscles;

- it is the shoes that disfigure our feet. Adults and children. Even tight socks can lead to pathology. At home, you need to walk barefoot or in loose woolen socks. Useful socks with fingers, like gloves, they allow the fingers to move freely;

- orthopedic footwear is harmful - it only enhances the existing shortcomings;

- there are no physiological shoes on sale. Shoes can and should be fixed. How to do it? We look here and here;

- most of the simulators and sports complexes for the prevention and correction of flat feet are absolutely ineffective. The best gymnastics is the right gait! A pebble path and some sports complexes can be used as a simulator;

- after 5-7 years, it is much more difficult to eliminate flat feet!

To be honest, Alexander's approach seemed to me much more logical and balanced. Well, we arrange a pebble path, buy socks with toes and, most importantly, we are very attentive to the choice of shoes and fix them!

Facts:

The vast majority of shoes are physiologically inadequate for the foot:

According to the repair shops, 96.8% of the wear on the heels and the bottom of the heels is located on the outer-back of the heel, further confirming the presence of the angle β described in the article. Pay attention to your shoes.
