Substitution of an alternative, or a slave fork

This is a fairly common scheme of manipulation, thanks to which it is possible to calm down the indignant seekers of justice. They are in any society in which the wrong system of values, relations is imposed, the philosophy of which is built on consumption and all kinds of formal statuses. There are always people who see disorder, understand that everything is bad and want to fix the world, make it better. Fighting with such people is pointless - it is a waste of time and effort, because the old ones are replaced by new ones inspired by the history of the struggle of their predecessors, and besides, the struggle makes the recalcitrant stronger according to the principle “here, the state is at war with him, so he is brave, he is not afraid to openly say such things, we are for him. " It is much more profitable to redirect the "energy of justice" of such people to serve the same system against which they are fighting. How can I do that?

This can be done in different ways (see the picture-diagram), one of them, which will be discussed, is a "slave fork", which creates the illusion of choosing from a variety of deliberately false options (option 1 in the diagram), but presented in this way, that they outwardly seem to be different from each other, although they have the same root. In other words, the alternative is substituted for the same, the opposite of which it was created, and the slave who pecked at it will help (or simply not interfere) with the System, thinking that he is acting against it.

The simplest examples of such forks: market and planned economy, atheism and religion, democracy and monarchy (or whatever), etc. There are many options, but these are large forks, they are required to govern an entire people and, generally speaking, each deserves a separate discussion … There are smaller options. We will consider these little forks in some general system of deception.

So, here we see young men and women with burning eyes, overwhelmed with the desire to make the world a better place. Enormous energy, inexhaustible potential … these need to be tracked and recruited right away. Various contests, at the end of which someone will be sure to stick a certain formal status such as "Miss Russia" or "the smartest", as well as competitions in getting to this or that "prestigious" place - all this and much more, where there is a chance to excel and show everyone that you are on a "step higher" will allow you to take up a significant part of the energy capable of destroying such a carefully constructed System of slave relations in society.

This is not enough. Losers, less talented, or simply having a different mindset and other physical qualities, people will quickly leave idiotic contests. They need to instill the idea that these contests are really idiotic, that everything is bought there, the seats are allocated in advance, and in some cases, no one really cares who you are and what you are, the audience wants a show that they will forget tomorrow. Fine! But not everyone will calm down and become ordinary people when they understand that there is deception around, and not everyone will actively promote alternative contests with essentially the same content, but presenting them as something fundamentally new, honest and more significant.

The rest must be told that in fact they are special, it's just that these mass events are not for their subtle creative natures, that their intellect is too strong to adequately fall under the standard rating scale created for the ordinary gray mass. They need to be convinced that they are created for more … For example, to offer a seat in the "youth parliament" under the government of the subject of the federation where the person lives. Tell him that here he will be able to influence the decisions made by the authorities, he will be able to introduce his ideas, they will be carefully listened to and studied. Someone will lead to this divorce and, surrounded by the illusion of having some instrument of influence on the world, will go to meetings, take part in debates, sign minutes and do other things important for saving the world.

Not all are suckers, so the rest of us need a different alternative. Structures that oppose the government, including the so-called opposition, are closely monitored by the same governing body as the government. People are lured there in the same way, promising that they will now: overthrow the government and everything will be fine, make a revolution, “then we'll live!” and so on. From time to time, the government leaks information about this or that stolen official to its rivals, and seekers of justice, greedy before exposure, quickly pick up the information and carry it as proof of their innocence, as well as the opposition from time to time (it is clear that it is no coincidence) makes such stupid steps that the authorities have a real opportunity to laugh at inexperienced youngsters.

Not everyone can change the world by acting actively through the government or the opposition. Social movements designed to do some small things are created for those who cannot cover all existing problems globally, but can concentrate only on one thing, which he is good at and what he likes or seems to be the most important. "StopHam", "Leo Against", "Blue Buckets", "Piggy Against" - these, as well as hundreds of other movements, both political and not so, successfully cope with the task of relieving tension in souls seeking justice, redirecting their energy to all sorts of nonsense.

There are those who cannot do these simple things, but whose brain still itches. In order to somehow scratch the brain, there are circles of different directions. Philosophical circles, religious, poetry, etc. It does not matter whether the System is being criticized or praised, these people at least do not prevent the System from continuing to exist.

And, finally, there were the armies of the couch. These are people who do not know how to do anything. All they can do is create or collect some pictures, quotes that expose the System, mock cattle and consumer-oriented philistines, ridicule those who watch TV, those who live like a slave and do nothing, those who drinks and smokes, etc. Such pictures are created specifically to satisfy their sense of justice, to give them a chance and hope that it is possible to awaken humanity from hibernation (sitting on the couch), each of them thinks that having copied the picture for himself “on wall”, he will teach someone something … teach that someone will copy it for himself too, so that someone else will copy it … like it … copy it and like it. These people are not fundamentally different from those who watch TV and believe in zombie news. Thinking that they are making fun of the common people, they themselves are the common people who can be ridiculed in the same way. Some watch TV and eat slop from there, while others look at pictures and quotes about those who eat slop from TV. It looks something like the following picture.

Guys, do not twitch you, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Even this article, written for those who have gone through the mentioned stages of attempts to change the world and become disillusioned with them, is also a variant of sidetracking.
