There are still heated debates among scientists about this, which means that the nature of this constant, which was very accurately calculated by Max Planck empirically, still remains a mystery!

I will give just one opinion:

To the scientific community Avramenko is known as a specialist in missile defense systems and the author of a guaranteed protection system based on new physical principles. Accordingly, due to the importance of the problem being solved, he was allowed any research. His wide range of scientific interests included both fundamental problems of physics and the issues of the applied use of new physical phenomena to solve problems of defense, energy, communications, medicine, etc.
