This is not the first year in schools, colleges, boarding schools, orphanages and other places where adolescents gather, such an ideological infection as "AUE", which is translated as "the prisoner's way of life is one", has been spreading.

Children are drawn into criminality and they themselves are drawing more and more children into it. Those who are quicker are drawn into committing crimes - thefts, robberies, robberies. Other children, less harsh and insolent, are exposed to threats and extortion from the first category. Children are told about "prison unity" and other thugs romance, and they extort money from them, allegedly to help criminals in custody. Everything is organized quite cleverly and massively, and certainly not by the teenagers themselves. So it never even occurs to anyone to ask the young pseudo-urchins a simple question: why, in fact, should we provide some kind of ghouls who break through the heads of passers-by by their phones and pull the purses of grandmothers in the doorways?

Back in 2016, even the president was informed about AUE, describing it as a serious problem. What kind of movement is this, where did it come from and who benefits from it? To understand this, one must understand how the underworld works in general. And it is arranged approximately the same at all times and in all countries, from ancient robbers and medieval pirates to the present day.

Every ordinary bandit wants to be an authority - in order to have more material wealth, opportunities, respect, as well as security in order to send others to dangerous affairs. But there are not enough places of authority for everyone, the majority of professional criminals must be ordinary perpetrators. If you want to be the leader of a gang, you need to gather at least a dozen bandits around you. If you want to be the captain of a pirate ship, you need a ship and a team of pirates who are ready to obey you. Where can I get them? All ordinary criminals are already walking under their leaders, and trying to lure at least one of them is extremely life-threatening. The way out suggests itself: the easiest way is to form new criminals from not yet criminal youth, those who are not particularly strict rules - hooligans, drunkards, lazy people who want an easy life. To do this, you need to fool them with pseudo-romance, attract them with the promises of a beautiful life and freedom from the execution of state laws, to what almost every young man strives for … The fact that in reality this life is not beautiful, but dirty and terrible, and criminal laws are much tougher than the state ones - the convert will find out later, when it will be too late. There is no way out of professional crime. Those who have gone into an honest life at all times have been declared traitors by professional criminals, deserving only death. This is shown quite well, in particular, in the excellent Soviet film "Kalina Krasnaya". The underworld does not let anyone go.

But at first, the young man does not need to know this. He is told about a beautiful life, about noble thieves who take from the rich and give to the poor, about an evil government, which is supposedly much less noble than urkagans. Ideological indoctrination is about the same all over the world - in the Chinese triad, and in the Japanese yakuza, and in the Italian Cosa Nostra, and in numerous varieties of American groups, and among Russian thieves, and all others. The same brainwashing scheme for recruiting, with some adjustments for the peculiarities of the mentality and the era, but in general, everything is the same, since the days of Robin Hood and Bluebeard.

But the underworld is inherently deceitful. Lying in everything, in every word, it is not for nothing that frauds and other cunning deceptions are considered especially noble crimes in him. To deceive a sucker is a valor for every professional criminal. A goof is anyone who has been deceived, including the stupid youngster "aueshnik".

First of all, lies are already embedded in the very abbreviation "AUE". The prison way, even in everyday matters, cannot be the same - it all depends on a particular prison and a particular house, not to mention the zone. A simple example: the prison rules prohibit going to the toilet "in large quantities" if someone is eating at that time. But this only makes sense in cells for 10-20 people. And if the hut is about seventy people (and in the nineties, two hundred were stuffed into such huts, pushing them with their feet to close the door) - there it cannot make sense, since there is always someone eating, and someone always sits on the spectacle. And there are a huge number of such moments. For example, the alleged ban on cooperation with the administration of prisons and colonies. But everyone understands that without this very cooperation any "black suit" will rot in solitary confinement cells and crushed by the employees of the colony. Why, for example, if a man's phone is found, he will be in big trouble, but the person who is watching is quietly lying in the bedside table? Is the administration blind? Yeah, right there.

There is no place in the underworld in which this world does not lie. For example, the cult of the mother, so vividly promoted and sung in songs. But do thieves respect their mothers? Only in words. And in real life, these old women have been traveling around the zones for years and decades, collecting programs for them from their tiny pension, or even paying for their card losses. Not a single most successful thief ever sent his mother a penny of money, even helped her in his own way, confining himself to beautiful and pretentious empty words, again aimed at brainwashing the criminal youth.

What does a young man get when he joins the criminal ranks?

Everything seems great at first. A teenager sees people next to him that his parents and other adults fear. These people behave like his friends. So scary for ordinary civilians, they are good-natured to him. The teenager is extremely flattered. He looks them in the eye, absorbs every word, memorizing thieves' laws as diligently as he never learned even the most interesting school material. Behind this enthusiasm, he does not even notice that all the thieves' laws are aimed at the well-being of these very thieves, and according to them, he is nobody, six, with a vague prospect of becoming a thieves in the distant future.

For example, according to these laws, you cannot raise your hand against a thief in law - not only hit, but even push away, for example. The thief in law who raised his hand against the thief in law will face immediate death. But wait a minute, who comes up with and approves all these laws? These very thieves are the top of the underworld. Thus, they take care of themselves first of all. And there are a lot of such examples.

The funny thing is that the movement of "AUE" causes only a contemptuous smile from the criminals themselves. A young fool-aueshnik for any serious inmate will always be a clown and a hound who can be milked unrestrictedly. However, the girl himself will not be told about this. In addition, it is beneficial for the inmates that the colonies for youngsters are overcrowded. The most fierce chaos, causing constant facepalms in adult convicts, is happening precisely on youngsters. But on the other hand, when crime bosses plan mass riots in places of deprivation of liberty, these riots begin with youngsters. They are always happy to support any initiative of adult convicts. And if the rebellious adults themselves, the FSIN special forces, without hesitation, trample into the ground and break everything that breaks with them, then it is impossible to do with the inhabitants of colonies for youngsters. SNOWDROWN! As a result, the authorities are forced to make concessions to criminals.

However, the boy is already poisoned by the ideology of the underworld. He has already shifted the concepts of good and evil, he already believes that robbing, stealing and even killing is cool and noble, and honestly working is the lot of suckers. Here he goes to prison for the first time, at first not for long - they don't give much to youngsters. Gets the first tattoos, feels like a hero. He strives for the same "feats" that he has heard about from senior criminals, and the fact that so far the crimes come out dull, he attributes to his inexperience. He does not yet know that all these stories about beautiful thefts and robberies are lies or strong exaggerations. That lying and embellishing such "feats" a hundred times over is also a thief's prowess and part of the upbringing of young criminals. That instead of a hacked safe with millions, there was a couple of thousand rubles stolen from a pensioner, and instead of a chic binge in expensive restaurants with rivers of champagne - a stupid dirty booze in a shabby apartment where the same waste of society gathers. In such stories, criminals do not catch each other in lies, unless the narrator himself is too rude to substitute. They know that this is also part of the education of the younger generation and the guarantee of their future well-being.

Understanding will come when it's too late. Understanding that he strove for freedom - but received decades of the regime of prisons and zones, written literally by the minute. He strove for non-compliance with the laws - and forced himself into the framework of laws a hundred times more stringent. He strove for material well-being - but got many years on barley and cheap cigarettes, waiting for the next program. From which it is still necessary to break off a considerable part in the "common fund", yes.

The life of crime is poor, terrible, full of inconveniences and dangers. Criminals evoke in normal people not respect (as, again, old prisoners try to inspire young people), but disgust. And if they are afraid, they are also afraid of a poisonous spider, but with respect, such fear has nothing to do.

You also need to understand that smart people, even those who are devoid of all moral principles, will never go into open crime. With the collapse of the USSR, such clever people sawed off the party billions, and from officials and shop workers they were immediately promoted to oligarchs. And those who smelled like camp gruel were not allowed to approach them on a cannon shot. Criminality is the lot of primitive, narrow-minded, uneducated people who do not think, who live one day.

However, criminal ideology is extremely contagious. In infectiousness, it surpasses even most sects. A person who has become infected with this poison most likely will never get rid of it. And it is for the infection of as many young people as possible that such movements as "AUE" are created. Crowds of naive adolescents who will provide a comfortable existence for the prisoners in prisons - what could be better for the latter? And so "little things" are sent to orphanages and boarding schools, which naive teenagers read as messages from above. And now heaps of channels are created on YouTube, where the blue lessons from tattoos teach the wisdom - how to enter a hut, how to hide a SIM card in a parcel, how to cook food in a prison cell, how to cook chifir, how to resolve chamber conflicts and other delusional for a normal human things. And crowds of naive schoolchildren watch, memorize and write enthusiastic comments. Without even understanding the simplest thing: prison does not teach life in society - it teaches life in prison … And if you are actively learning how to live in prison, sooner or later you will definitely find yourself in it.

Why "AUE" appeared in our time is not difficult to explain. The underworld began to experience an acute shortage of new personnel. In the nineties there was no end to them, the society was such that all young people were criminalized, and not only them. At the beginning of the 2000s, television broke through with a series of "brigadeboomers", giving rise to a second wave of gopots, and the nineties were still fresh in the memory, therefore, during the first decade of the 21st century, crime also did not experience a shortage of new personnel. Well, then the nineties were forgotten, and life improved, and no one needed crime - it became possible to earn more by honest work, and most importantly, it is safe. However, young people, as always in good times, began to experience a lack of extreme and romance. In the prosperous sixties-seventies and the first half of the eighties, this need was satisfied by the Komsomol - long hikes, river rafting, mountaineering, all kinds of sportswere at the service of young people. Now this niche remains practically empty. since the nineties … And she naturally began to take blue shorts from tattoos, recruiting teenagers into their ranks.

Nothing is new in this world. Read Shalamov, his "chronicles of the underworld." Everything was the same then, only the "terrible Stalinist regime" did not allow this propaganda to actively penetrate the broad masses. And now liberalism, plus modern technologies - mobile communications, the Internet - to the services of thieves propagandists. So young people are sucked into this swamp, and having sunk themselves, they begin to suck in the next. In the same thieves' laws, it is considered a great valor, and among thieves in law it is even a duty to train new personnel. The more young people you dragged with you into the criminal quagmire, the more respect you have. "You die today, and I'll die tomorrow!"
