Computer games have firmly entered our life, taking the honorable place of the leader among the many ways to organize youth recreation. Virtual reality beckons with its endless possibilities, and the computer entertainment industry every year presents gamers with more and more new games, which it is simply impossible to refuse.

In 2004, the world of computer games was replenished with one exciting bestseller - "Team Ghosts" "by Tom Clancy. The plot is ingenuous, but striking in its bold frankness. And most importantly - an original solution to the issue of Russophobia. "Team Ghosts" "- a game about how brave Americans in the bud suppress the rebirth of Russia. In the game it is necessary to destroy the Russians in the name of freedom and democracy.

Sniper Elite game

In 2005, the game Sniper Elite was released. From our Slavic brothers Chekhov. A game about a fascist sniper who went over to the side of the Americans and shoots off Russian soldiers. In April 1945, the peaceful city of Berlin fell under the onslaught of hordes of Soviet invaders. The Soviet invaders, the mindless slaves of Comrade Stalin and his red dogs from the NKVD, were eager to bite the nuclear secrets of enlightened German scientists with crooked claws. A haze of the Bolshevik threat arose over the world.

And since every devout democrat and liberal knowsthat communism is much worse than Nazism, and the Red Army, which raped millions of German women in a friendly crowd, is in no way inferior to the Nazis in bloodthirstiness. Using his sniper and spy abilities, the player must foil the plans of the SS officers to create an atomic bomb, shooting Soviet soldiers along the way. There is no need for us to cherish the memory of our heroes!

Red Alert 2 game

For those who do not know the history of the first game, then in it a certain Einstein invented a time machine, killed young Hitler, which is why Soviet Russia, having a powerful army at that time, began expansion into Europe. And now about RA2. Its story takes place 20 years after the end of the first cold war. Oddly enough, but the Russians lost the first war (with such and such an army !?) In place of the deceased Joseph Stalin, Europe put General Romanov, considering him an obedient dog.

But Romanov, contrary to the plans of the West, begins to restore the Russian economy, and with it the army. The US is shocked. The President of America demands the launch of atomic warheads. This is how the Second Cold War begins. The Soviet Empire, having mastered new destructive technologies and obsessed with a thirst for revenge, invaded the territory of the United States of America. New York and Washington are in a panic. Will free states fall under the onslaught of the red plague?

You Are Empty game

Welcome to the Soviet Union! In the courtyard of the 50s. The life of an ordinary Soviet town turns into a real hell. After a series of unexplained events, almost all residents turn into terrible mutants. The meaning of the game comes down to walking along the city streets, accompanied by the shooting of various monsters in the uniform of the Red Army. The developers of the game are especially proud of the demon Pavlik Morozov, who, upon seeing the player, blows the pioneer bugle, summoning the rest of the monsters for reprisal.

RevQuest game

"Revolutionary quest", a mockery of their own past from the studio VZlab and "Buki". The plot of the game is intricate, or rather simply amazes with its wildness. The student Vanya falls into the past, and there he makes a revolution, becoming Lenin's most faithful assistant. The revolution includes such tasks - to send the Cruiser "Aurora" in the right direction, bring Lenin tea, smear the muzzle of a cannon with excrement, and the like. Apparently this is how the developers wanted to teach a history lesson.

Call of Duty game

In 2003, perhaps the most popular theme for games was World War II. As evidenced by such creations as Blitzkrieg, Silent Storm, Medal of Honor, Battlefield: 1942, Commandos 3, Call of Duty, etc. In this case, the most interesting is how the activities of the Red, and from a certain point, the Soviet Army are covered in such products. The impression is simply depressing. Clearly the worst example is Call of Duty. The Soviet company in the game is based on the American film "Enemy at the Gates", and this already says a lot.

The first level "for ours", dedicated to Stalingrad, begins with the crossing, where Soviet soldiers are calmly shot by German attack aircraft. Then they receive one clip of rounds and no normal weapons. But with a red banner they are sent under the machine-gun fire of the enemy.

The completion of the task involves the killing of his own commissars by a Soviet sniper (in this case, only playing for the Soviet troops, the player can kill his comrades-in-arms without any penalties, when playing for any other side, this is impossible).

As a finale - the capture of the Reichstag - a completely spit-off operation, with the red banner being installed on it by soldiers with the names Grechko and Suvorov. And not at all Mikhail Egorov and Meliton Kantaria. As in the film, in the game, our commanders shoot their own soldiers, again the Russians go into battle without weapons and are destroyed by hundreds, and it's better not to look at faces at all

Company of Heroes 2

The information war against Russia is going on on all fronts, including with the help of computer games. They are very popular among teenagers and form their understanding of our Country and the reasons for the victory in the Great Patriotic War. In 2013, the World War II-themed game Company of Heroes 2 caused a wide public outcry.

The amount of deception and humiliation of the image of the Soviet army in this strategy is simply off scale. The action takes place during the Great Patriotic War, the narration is conducted on behalf of a simple Russian ex-officer Lev Abramovich Isaakovich, now sitting in a snow-covered Gulag, convicted "for misperception" of military operations. The anti-hero in the game is a certain NKVD.

The Russian soldiers have no weapons, they are driven to the barricades with encouraging shots in the back, and when their soldiers interfere with the Russians, the Russians simply set fire to their own positions. The soldiers themselves demonstrate an amazingly strong psyche, setting fire to Russian houses with their own civilians for some reason.

By the way, the player has nowhere to go - otherwise the mission will not pass. In addition, our commanders shoot their soldiers when they leave their posts to save the wounded, and treacherously kill the soldiers of the Polish Resistance Army.

Metro: Last Light Game | Metro 2033

Metro game, based on the book by Dmitry Glukhovsky "Metro 2033". The plot of the game demonstrates a post-apocalyptic future. After the global nuclear war between Russia and the United States in 2013, everyone died. Only those who took refuge in the Moscow metro did not die.

Well, now let's talk about the most interesting thing - the ideological stuffing of the work. So, the plot tells about the conflict of ideologies of the factions.

Fourth reich- ideological Nazis. They measure people's heads, which do not fall into the "table" and destroy them without a hitch. Destroyed en masse, in-line method without the slightest pity.

Bandits … The ideology is banal - rob, kill, rape. Without pity and doubt - humiliate, trample and mock women, children, all the weak. Debauchery and animal instincts. Who is stronger is right. No limit.

Hansa with an equally simple ideology - all for the sake of profit.

Red - the ideology of the communists. Everything is equal to everyone, without the hungry, without the needy, without the rich - everyone must work and must not starve. All for the survival of the community, albeit to the detriment of the individual.

It is not difficult to guess which of these main groups becomes the "enemy of all mankind"? Of course, the Reds! Not crazy Nazis, not thugs-thugs, not huckster-capitalists, namely the communists.

The game involves two options for the ending - "good" and "bad". To achieve the "good" one can take, for example, the Nazis "prisoner" without killing the hunted servants of the Reich. At the same time, they do not offer to take the Red soldiers prisoner, and they do not surrender - obviously, so as not to lead the player into doubts about their bloodthirstiness and stupidity.

The theme is repeated again that the Reds are worse than the Nazis and bandits. About "mass shootings". About the communist traitors, because both of the traitors encountered in the plot of the game are red. About camps with innocent convicts and bloodthirsty commissars.

On one of the buildings in the game, you can read the inscription “ ROISSYA V PERDE »Who did not understand the meaning? This is an Easter egg to the well-known paraphrased slogan "Russia Forward".

Rise of the Tomb Raider game

The developer Crystal Dynamics in the new part of Tomb Raider is rather abstract about how the Soviet army enslaved free peoples, forcing them to work in uranium mines. The unwanted, of course, were kept in prisons, the horrors of which the main character and the western player are surprised at.

But, according to the plot, the locals gathered their strength and expelled the Soviets from their land, which is generally strange, given that all events take place in the once Soviet, and now Russian, Altai. American developers do not stop there and as one of the side tests they propose to burn portraits of Yuri Gagarin and posters with spaceships with Molotov cocktails, formulating everything very clearly: "Destroy the Soviet propaganda of Space."

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare game

Dear ones with the most modern computer graphics and exciting soundtrack of the game, in which the main enemies appear to be Russian fighters, appear very actively. What is most striking is that such games spread easily and happily on the Russian market, and moreover, they are protected from any open resistance from patriotic Russian people.

In the story, a Russian ultranationalist organization headed by Vladimir Makarov declared the death of its former leader Imran Zakhayev an act of self-sacrifice and thus achieved broad public support. Without thinking twice, Makarov puts into action his plan for a surprise invasion of the United States, landing troops on the heads of unarmed residents, and leading a huge military fleet with nuclear submarines to the shores of New York. Clearly, the invasion is choking, the game developer is demonstrating the strength of the US Army, for which there are no impossible tasks.

Terrorist Makarov suffered irreparable losses, after which he sneakily invades Europe, and at the same time tries to get the codes for launching vigorous missiles, which are kept all this time by the president of "New Russia" by the name of Boris Vorshevsky - he is also a supporter of moderate nationalism. Vorshevsky is shown as an inept politician who lacks the power and support of most of his citizens.

The developers openly showed the Russian nation as villains, scoundrels and allies of terrorists.

The game is open propaganda of violence, cruelty and extremism.” The basis for such conclusions was the presence in it of "scenes of murder, terrorist actions, violence, actions against their own state and its citizens"

The level from Modern Warfare 2, called “ not a word in Russian , In which the player has the opportunity to open fire on a crowd of innocent people at the Moscow airport. According to the plot, this is necessary in order to provoke the beginning of the Third World War.

In Russia, the mission was cut from the licensed version, although in pirated versions and on torrent trackers it is present with a translation. In Modern Warfare, Russophobia manifests itself in almost every mission, the game directly offends the national feelings of the Russian people.

Some will say - what difference does it make? This is just a game, what's so-and-so? The answer is simple - any work of art affects the one who listens to it, and leaves a trace in a person. What relation, it would seem, can computer games have to the real world, and even more so to politics. The most ordinary thing, both in movies and in computer games, we can be provided with a certain plot that we will watch, or we ourselves will implement in the course of the game, and then the same plot can be realized in the real world.

After watching it in a film and playing it in a computer game, it will be much easier for us to perceive it in real life. Here is a teenager, not strong in his mind, playing such a game about “red ghouls” and evil Russians, and in his head it is postponed that there is nothing good in his country, there are only bastards and weaklings all around. Why fight for such a country, poor and destitute with a rotten government. Better to dump where it is warmer. Well, for those who love Russia, it will always be home and everything will be fine with us!
