How to change the system of power in order to survive?

Humanity is teetering on the brink of extinction - this is the result of the system of management of society by secret structures that have been forming clan, conspiratorially for millennia, creating an absolutely closed “deep state”. It is a coordinated group of the super-rich that influences the policies of states without regard to democratically elected leaderships. The author believes that the Bank for International Settlements manages the IMF and through it the central banks of all countries. The body of such oversight, the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS), ranks higher than the banks of the US Federal Reserve System. This is the real world government. The composition of the BKBN is classified; according to rumors, it is headed by a non-public billionaire Baruch. Of course, there is no evidence of the veracity of the information in the cited note. The broad populace and even professional experts are not allowed to know who is controlling them. However, every person on Earth feels the results of such a government.

• A demographic catastrophe - the rapid extinction of the white race and the avalanche multiplication of Asian peoples, which is equally dangerous for the planet's ecosystem.

• The monstrous and constantly growing stratification of the population is the poverty and powerlessness of millions of people and the super-wealth and omnipotence of a few.

• Incessant armed conflicts claiming millions of lives, destroying countries, destroying priceless cultural monuments of mankind.
• A frantic arms race devouring the last resources of the Earth.
• Total degradation of people - physical and mental.

The former director of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, Vyacheslav Trubnikov, called the environment the main threat to the life of mankind. In his opinion, the disappearance of civilization is more likely to occur as a result of an environmental catastrophe than because of the use of nuclear weapons. The destructive role can be played by the interruption of water supply, which will give the effect of several atomic bombs: "If we are afraid only of today's threats, we will miss the most terrible threat - the extinction of humanity, when nature changes so that people simply cannot live." It is worth listening to the opinion of a high-ranking intelligence officer, because most likely he has important data hidden from the common man in the street.

Human-induced global warming, an increase in seismic activity and volcanic activity threaten to destroy the planet's environment suitable for human life.

The governing structures of all countries of the world either do not take measures to save themselves at all, or act illiterately, avoiding publicity of real dangers. So in the caldera of the Yellowstone Volcano, pits are secretly drilled and liquid nitrogen is poured into them with cisterns. Freezing lava is an odd technology. It would be worth discussing it with the scientific community around the world, because a megavolcano in the event of an eruption will create global problems. But publicity threatens the omnipotence of the "deep state" and therefore it will be conspiratorial until its last hour. And he will try to drag us all with him to the grave.

Trying to maintain its world order in the conditions of dwindling resources, the secret world government directs all its efforts to reduce the population of the planet using wars and armed conflicts. Genocide is carried out by slower methods: poverty, poor-quality food, curtailment of medicine, distribution of drugs, alcohol, tobacco, debauchery …

The Russian authorities, fully controlled by the world government, are strictly implementing its program of population reduction: Russians have begun to die more. Only according to official data for 2018, the population of the Russian Federation decreased by 99, 7 thousand people.

The nation's survival rate is determined by the total fertility rate - the average number of children that one woman can give birth during the reproductive period in a given country. If this ratio is lower than 2, 2, the nation dies out. The lowest value of this parameter was recorded in the Russian Federation in 1999 - 1, 2. A slight increase in the birth rate from 2006 to 2014 - from 1, 3 to 1, 7 children (mainly due to the influx of migrants) - is still not brought Russia out of the category of endangered countries.

The low intellectual level of most politicians determines their belief in the inevitability of a direct connection between the number of humanity and the amount of consumed natural resources (primarily, biomass of the biosphere). Of course, "The Autotrophy of Humanity" by V. I. Few people read Vernadsky even here, in Russia, and not that abroad, where everyone forgot about this work, although it was written in the Sorbonne period of Vernadsky's work (1922 - 1926) and was first published in French.

In fact, a situation similar to the crisis described by Malthus in the second half of the 18th century is being repeated. Malthus in his studies received the correct results, but made the wrong conclusions. He could not foresee the industrial revolution, which took place almost 100 years later, so he wrote in the "Experience on the Law of Population" that "wars are good" because they reduce the population.

Global managers have absolutely no idea that there are other ways to reduce anthropogenic pressure on the environment. The trouble is, most politicians do not know what the Earth's biosphere is. They do not understand that the technosphere of the Earth, our artificial habitat, should be built differently. They believe that the technosphere should remain as it is now, that is, built ecologically illiterately, because they have not heard of any kind of nature. do not know any natural principles of building a natural habitat, i.e. biosphere. Therefore, they leave the only way to deal with an environmental catastrophe - the destruction of people.

But now we know that humanity can overcome crises not by deliberate self-destruction of its part, but with the help of civilizational revolutions, which begin with technical innovations and gradually come to change the way of thinking of people, along the way changing the way of material production, social relations and state institutions … So why don't scientists anticipate another, this time - "ecological revolution" ?!

Trying to prevent total death can only be done by radically changing the very concept of forming power and the system of power bodies, completely changing the political and business elites, and approaching the selection of new elites with different criteria.

Transition required:

• from the shadow power to the transparent power, formed by the society, controlled by the society;
• from the total lie of the political establishment to the truth;
• from deranged cosmopolitan managerial elites to rational and patriotic elites.

Reason dictates the need for a different system of power.

1. The supreme conceptual power should be exercised by the Council of Experts. It should be composed of smart and educated people, scientists, but possession of academic degrees and titles and scientists is mandatory in May, since the system of science is false. Their task is to collect and analyze truthful information about reality and, on its basis, build a strategy for the country's development. Let's call this body the Expert Council.
2. The recommendations of the Expert Council should be implemented by the Government made up of talented and competent organizers and managers.

These two levels of power should not be confused, as do many people who criticize our article "Scientists must rule the country and the world" on the grounds that scientists are usually bad organizers. It should be borne in mind that experts and members of the government are required to have different talents, since they have different functions.

Scientists are key figures in government - this point of view of Russian experts is shared by the English popularizer of science Michael Brooks: “It's time for any government to build its policy on the basis of the scientific method. That is, it must publish a rationale for its decisions with a description of the previous analysis and a link to the data collected. In other words, scientists should govern the state in our time."

Today, the governing structures of the Russian Federation do not include scientists at all, since the existing management structure does not contain a conceptual strategic branch of government. Rather, there is such a power, but it is not in Moscow, but in Basel, and it is dictated not by life, but by the death of Russia.

The key figure in power in the Russian Federation is the President. The main functions of the President are defined in Art. 80 of the Constitution.

Even a cursory glance at the list of the President's duties allows us to understand that one person, in principle, is physically unable to fulfill them. Here are just some of these responsibilities: he is the guarantor of the Constitution, the guarantor of human and civil rights and freedoms, he must determine the main directions of state policy, he must participate in the federal legislative process, in the formation and functioning of the highest bodies of state power, must directly lead the authorities, to take measures to protect the sovereignty of the Russian Federation, its independence and state integrity, for this the President is endowed with the powers of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, he also determines the main directions of domestic and foreign policy, participates in the formation of the judiciary, and so on, and so on, and so on …

Who wrote this Constitution? The agents of influence of the "deep state". His agent, and concurrently a member of the CPSU Central Committee, Yegor Yakovlev, took the Constitution to Washington for approval. Why does the President need such a wide, unenforceable range of powers? So that the "deep state" has unlimited opportunities to rule a foreign country. The authors of the constitution did not even assume that the president would independently and solely exercise his powers.

Who is the President in this scheme? A showman whose task is to entertain the public with the illusion of some supposedly political process in which she, the public, allegedly participates by voting in supposedly democratic elections. The audience in this scheme always works for the dummy. For millennia it has been ruled from the underground. And if she doesn't want to understand this, then she honestly deserves the role of a fool. How can, for example, Putin govern the country if he travels somewhere every day, meets with someone … There is no doubt that someone else is running the country behind his back. Or other.

By appointing a mediocre comedian to the role of the President of Ukraine, the "deep state" is simply mocking the people. And why not, if the people allow them to be fooled and robbed without limit?

In total, the post of the President must be eliminated. Jean-Luc Melanchon spoke about this, stating that he is going to the presidential elections in France to eliminate this post. Today, any president is just a screen hiding from the people the secret manipulations of the deep government. It is worth looking at the graduate of Trump's correctional school, at the sham in all respects, the figure of Macron … In the current system of power, the President does not need intelligence, loyalty to the "deep state" is required.

In this regard, we can suggest the following: the President combines the post of prime minister and bears personal responsibility for the work of the government headed by him. Based on the results of his activities, he reports to the Supreme Council.

In the system of the new government, the parliament, both of its chambers should also be abolished, because they work as a simple stamp, legalizing the anti-people laws of the "deep state", and for this they pay the deputies a lot of money. The role of Parliament will be assumed by the State Council, formed on the basis of the nomination of representatives of local self-government. The Council of State forms an Expert Council. The powers of the State Council include not only the promotion and removal of specific specialists to the Expert Council, it can also dismiss the Government of the country.

There should be no time limits for experts in their posts - if they work well, why change them? Thousands of years of experience have shown that the rotation of personnel under the current system of power does not change anything - the “deep state” replaces one of its puppets with another, constantly reproducing the anti-popular system of power.

Although the Constitution of the Russian Federation declares that the people are the source of power, this formulation is crafty. The abstract term "source" is legally meaningless, it does not define the place of the people in the system of power, where there is always a subject - the one who commands and the object - the one who obeys. There is no true democracy in Russia and in the world, and never has been in the entire history of an active civilization, with the exception of ancient Russia of the pre-Christian period. There was the power of a small group of shadow elites - slave owners (the subject of power), who turned the people (the object of power) into slavery through lies and violence. If power really belongs to the people, then the correct wording in the Constitution should be as follows: the people are sovereign, i.e. the bearer of the highest, supreme power in the country.

Today, the beautiful slogan of democracy (from the Greek demos - people) is a form of government in which citizens, through elected representatives, allegedly exercise their right to make political decisions, in fact presupposes the power of the "deep state", realized through the vote of a fooled majority.

The transition from declarative to genuine democracy is the main stage in the reorganization of the power system. For this, the Network of People's Self-Government Committees, provided for by the current Constitution of the Russian Federation, should be created. Their work should be intensified, their voice should become the main one in solving all local problems. The committees should direct and control the work of the government, nominate cadres to the Government and the Supreme Council, proposing them to Veche for discussion.

Of course, all of the above is just a project that needs a thorough discussion of the expert community of Russia in order to turn it into the Constitution of the new Russia - so clear and concise that it could be read, condemned and finalized by all citizens of the country.

At the root of all the problems of the world is the human community, organized by an absolutely vicious system of power. The power of the "deep state", honed to perfection for centuries, seems unshakable, and everything stated in this work is a ridiculous utopia. But if people in Russia and in the world fail to quickly change the system of power and bring the people to leadership led by the smartest of the people, everyone, all of humanity, will perish and in the shortest possible time, which is difficult to predict.
