Like most countries in the world, we have long been a colony of America. At the same time, we still have a lot of our own, so the situation is not the worst in comparison with other countries. The essence of digital colonization, which began to be carried out in the late 80s of the last century, is that quite a lot of domestic developments were abandoned, we actively began to master American software and densely entered the Internet.

Maybe someone is still not in the know, but the world wide weband invented, and is still under US control. Maybe someone does not know, but two key components of the Internet: root (root) domain servers are managed by the US Department of Commerce, and root encryption certificates, still used by our banks, any sites that issue Internet passwords and require registration, are managed by the Association. accountants in North America … There are also a bunch of sham organizations, like international ones, that sort of run the Internet. In reality, all of their key committees are controlled by the Anglo-Saxons.

It should be noted that the world mainly lives on the Internet within 3-4 American services: Google search engine, YouTube video service, social networks Facebook, Twitter and Instagram … Now a new round of digital colonization has begun, which, as our Government is actively promoting the topic, will soon change the whole world. It's about blockchain technology, artificial intelligence, neural networks, cryptocurrencies, the Internet of things, etc. There is exactly the same situation as in the 90s. We are told: these are advanced technologies, we urgently need to introduce them, otherwise we will be hopelessly lagging behind. Nobody is discussing why they should be implemented. When they ask the question: "Explain why all this is needed?", They usually answer the following: firstly, this is money, you can make a lot of money on it, and secondly, you need to keep up with progress, otherwise we will lag behind the "developed" countries for hundreds of years. Likewise, in the 90s, a bubble was inflated with total internetization.

On TV and at all kinds of conferences, we see the performances of these so-called. " digital evangelists". Basically, these are marketers, bankers who do not understand anything directly in IT, they just repeat what their consultants say. But the essence boils down to the same thing - all this must be implemented as soon as possible. But since we are talking about immediate implementation, it is clear that it is necessary to implement ready-made. And everything that is ready and working at the moment is American. Not even global, but American. This means that if we succumb to this fever, in 5-7 years the level of digital colonization of Russia will go off scale.

We, as experts, have talked about this many times at various meetings. My wife Natalya Kasperskaya also spoke at conferences on the discussion of the "digital economy" more than once. Our state has a special import substitution program in this area. But there is also a very influential lobby of various people who open their mouths shouting about the introduction of new technologies. From my point of view, all this smells very bad - either stupidity or biasedness. Those. speech is either about conscious or unconscious agents, which are used in the dark.

The simplest example is the story of cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin is black cash on a global scale. If we open this gap in our economy, very soon the whole country will be sucked in there. Look at the transaction history of this virtual money - more than 90% went to pay for prostitution, drugs, weapons, child porn, etc. That is, people who need to cash out money from black and gray zones - everyone rushed to work with bitcoins. This is a real world sabotage, a laundry on a global scale. I am absolutely sure that bitcoin is a development of the American intelligence services.

We are now at the point where things are not going well enough. What needs to be done to change the situation? I see that the most important thing appears at the top - the will and understanding that it is necessary to build real sovereignty in the information war. We are a party to the conflict, with t. The West, in Ukraine and in Syria, and, of course, it is necessary to tighten cybersecurity and information security. Of course, it's time to make your own routers, your processors, your chips. But in our Government, the liberal bloc is strong, which prefers to accumulate reserves from the sovereign budget, rather than invest them in real projects.

We have a budget surplus, but money is still not allowed into the real sector. Bankers are constantly telling tales that if we turn on our printing press and issue a lot of rubles for real projects, frantic inflation will begin. However, if you immediately put them in real achievements and actions, and not withdraw and cash them in foreign banks and offshore, inflation will be natural and healthy. We now have anemia in the economy, and large sums of money must constantly be circulating in a healthy system. We need any intellectual projects on a national scale, on which huge amounts of money will be spent - an autobahn in Vladivostok, a flight to Mars.

In terms of information security, we have a lot of research on the destructive behavior of adolescents on social media. By the way, on April 20, several school shootings were planned, and we hope that it was not without our participation that they were prevented. Social networks and search engines are still not responsible for asocial and destructive content. It is necessary to expand the "law of Yarovaya" on suicides, to add a topic there "Columbines", youth thug romance (AUE), propaganda of violence and drugs … When you tell our liberals about this, they immediately start shouting: this is real totalitarianism, look, people are already being jailed for likes and reposts, etc. Many officials and deputies are very afraid that they will begin to be considered not democrats, but conservatives, some kind of "derzhimord". Therefore, when it comes to the control of social networks, arrests and trials of moderators, leading antisocial groups, obstacles immediately arise.

Most of our legislators want to be embedded in Western civilization, they pose as patriots during working hours, and their capital and hearts have all been there for a long time. When they are specifically asked: “What have you done for the information protection of the Motherland?” Instead of answering, they begin to put a spoke in the wheels of sound initiatives. I am sure that no one has applied a recruiting approach to many of them, they simply exist in the Western worldview, their consciousness was "reflashed" back in the 90s … This is the result of the excellent work of American soft power.

From my point of view, our innovation model should not be venture or monetary. Our IT market is 2% of the world market, in the West, by definition, any of our techies will be offered a salary 4-5 times higher than in their homeland, plus a wide range of free entertainment, a lot of projects. In such conditions, it is very difficult to retain home-grown talents. Of course, the example of my wife, who managed to create a billion-dollar company with a worldwide reputation without state and foreign investment. Another example is an energy company Alexey Chaly from Sevastopol, which rose by itself and has long been working in Western markets. But in our case, the innovation model should be managed and supported from above - by the state. Here we must certainly be guided by the Chinese experience. They perfectly mimic the free market and Silicon Valley, and their leading public companies are apparently state-run.

We have a chance to stabilize the situation on the information war front, in information security. Firstly, real import substitution is needed, control over digital flows that enter and leave Russia. Secondly, we certainly need an ideology that needs to be introduced from school. This is a single history textbook, a ban on denigrating your country. As a positive sign - the Ministry of Culture periodically (very rarely) does not issue distribution certificates to false films of various scum, whom the liberals call "free artists." We have advanced achievements in the atomic energy, military industry, and we train our own programmers perfectly, but they are all sucked out. But even if everything goes well with us with weapons, hardware, and the infospace remains the same filthy, nothing will help. Now huge resources from the outside are spent on youth, they must become a weapon against their own state … We have an itchy information wound, which it is time to mechanically cleanse it of dirt, disinfect it and sow it with "useful flora." The question is to what extent the country's leadership understands this."
