I foresee numerous dissatisfied remarks: "You don't need to help me, don't bother me, and thanks for that." But the state, if it is a truly independent state, and not a colonial trading post, is simply obliged to pursue a certain social policy, otherwise, after some time it runs the risk of being left not only without national labor resources, but also without population as such, the beginning of which we are now and we observe in our country. Why does our state, and especially its elite, need the population? Well, the most important priorities are the already mentioned national labor resources, national military formations and, most importantly, for the elite, the taxable base. Justification of the special importance of these particular priorities, I think, will not be difficult for anyone, so let's go straight to the topic of this article.

  • All social policy in the state should be built exclusively, or at least predominantly (at the initial stage of the introduction of this system), around the family, as the only source of replenishment of the population of our country.
  • Financial support of the family should be carried out only through the husband, depending on his salary (here I am not talking about the specific amount of this financial support, economists must calculate it). This will raise the social status of husbands (fathers) in the family, which has been lowered in our time, often to the level of wife # 2. An increase in the social status of a husband (father) will undoubtedly have a positive effect on the psychological microclimate in the family, which must necessarily entail positive changes in the general upbringing of children in the family, the formation and return of traditional family values.
  • Funding for single parents who find themselves in such a situation solely through their own fault (divorce, illegitimate children) should be gradually reduced to zero. The only exception should be the situation of death or disability as a result of accidents, catastrophes, crime and other accidents. I understand it is cruel, but I think it is absolutely necessary.
  • It is also necessary to introduce into practice one-time (bonus) payments upon the achievement of certain results by the family (birth of a child, anniversary weddings, up to the birth of grandchildren and great-grandchildren, well, if, for example, a tenth grandson was born to a grandmother and grandfather, is this unworthy of encouragement, encouragement, exactly Grandmothers and grandfathers).
  • Families in which the husband or wife, or both spouses are remarried, should be subject to certain restrictions in receiving the full social package, unless the previous marriage was interrupted by an accident, disaster, crime or other accidents.
  • A young family, from the moment of its formation, should be accompanied not only financially, but also materially, in the form of providing it with a rented state apartment at a preferential rate, to begin with, of course, a one-room apartment (even of a minimal area), possibly even with built-in furniture. As the family grows (at the expense of children), it is necessary to provide for the possibility of increasing the number of rooms or living space provided by the state of housing. This will allow the young family to focus their finances on building or buying their own detached house or apartment.

Well, this, in my opinion, should be the main provisions of the state's social policy in relation to the family. If only this state is really interested in increasing its population. Of course, life can add something, correct something in one direction or another, but basically it should be that way. Financial values, social support, should be adjusted in such a way that would be significant enough for the family, and at the same time acceptable for the state, for a start, at least not exceed the current spending on the relevant social budget items.
