According to history, the emergence of cities was one of the most important stages in the development of human civilization. It was the cities that became the focus of the crafts that laid the foundations for the future industrial revolution. I think this is a lie. Cities could not form naturally under any circumstances. Why? +

First, let's define what and where a human settlement should be. Many villages, like the cities that we see now, could not form naturally. Because their inhabitants simply would not have survived, if they had been placed in a subsistence economy. Life is harsh and imposes a number of strict requirements for the place of human residence. What are they? Consider: +

1. Meadows for cattle grazing and haymaking. +

Man cannot survive without pets. Meat and milk are essential as a source of protein and to maintain salt balance in the body (in the absence of salt).

2. River.

As a source of drinking water for people and livestock. As a source of fish to maintain salt balance and replenish phosphorus deficiency in the body. +

3. Forest.

As a source of building material and firewood, vitamins and proteins in the form of meat of wild animals and poultry, mushrooms and berries.

4. Vegetable garden.

Plot of land near the house for growing greenery. +

5. Arable land

Land plot for growing cereals. +

6. Animal farm.

House space for keeping livestock. +

And all this should be located compactly, within walking distance, which means that the settlement cannot be large.

Now about the crafts and artisans who, for some reason, at some point (as historians say) decided to live separately. What are the main crafts in demand in subsistence farming? This: +

1. Pottery.

If necessary, anyone can make them in earthenware and bricks for the oven. A separate specialist is not required for this. Moreover, such dishes serve quite a long time.

2. Shornoe.

Again, you can make your own horse harness.

3. Furrier.

Sewing leather clothes and shoes for yourself and your family is also not a problem.

Due to climatic conditions, the most intense were 5 months of the year, when in a short summer it was necessary to have time to sow and harvest, prepare fodder for livestock and firewood for the long winter. And in winter, people could do all these crafts on their own, without resorting to the services of outsiders. Those. there was basically no demand for artisans. The problem was to feed ourselves, not to hire someone from the outside … +

I did not mention the blacksmith's craft, since our ancestors did not and could not know metal. Everything that historians say about this is a lie. In principle, plowing with a wooden plow, harvesting cereals with a stone sickle and working with a stone ax is possible.. +

So how did cities come about? To erect stone, and even more so brick fortresses for protection from raids is nonsense: who will build? Everyone is busy getting food. And the raids of foreigners were, in principle, impossible. The problem is the distances, the lack of roads and the lack of food supplies: you can't get far on jerky meat and fish alone. And what was there to rob? Cattle and slaves are also far from being stolen. Yes, you can snatch a dozen or more women, but again, no one leaves their women voluntarily. The whole idea of a military campaign crumbles to dust. However, hiding in a fortress, instead of protecting the most valuable thing - your homes and fields, is an absurd idea.

To hire outside labor, such as an artisan, it is necessary to create a surplus of food in order to exchange it for the labor of this artisan. And how to do this with stone and wood tools? Yes, even iron ?! Try it. +

It all comes down to labor productivity, and we frankly admit it was useless. In addition, food, except grain, was perishable and it was impossible to create reserves. Smoked and jerky meat and fish also need storage conditions. The able-bodied population needed to feed not only themselves, but also young people, the elderly and the sick, and this is a very difficult task … +

I foresee a fair objection that people at the dawn of civilization lived in communities, communes, clans. Cooperated. I partially agree. But: a human being is extremely individual and needs personal space more than food. And he likes to rely only on himself. And he lives in a commune only under one condition - behind barbed wire, that is, in a zone. Remember how collectivization took place in Soviet Russia….

Look at our villages, which, by the way, are dying out en masse - where is there evolution? The same huts and the same way of life as millions of years ago, if we remove electricity and internal combustion engines. And this despite the fact that it is completely incomprehensible: where did the livestock come from? This is our reality, and cities are a waking dream

In the light of the above, it is clear that there can be no question of any Arkaim. This is anything but a human settlement.

Conclusions:

1. There were no prerequisites for the natural formation of cities, since the labor of artisans was not in demand by the population due to low labor productivity, or, more simply, poverty. And if the artisans decided to leave labor on the ground, devote themselves completely to the craft and settle separately, they would simply starve to death.

2. Modern cities are closed on themselves. Human beings do not need cell phones, nuclear weapons, computers and cars, but they do need clean rivers, air and healthy food. Modern civilization is alien to man and imposed on him from the outside, or rather, we were placed in this civilization, to the emergence of which we have nothing to do.
