And therefore there was nowhere to invest the money. In the end - where are they? In order to have where to invest money, we need new industrialization, we need new technologies and connecting chains that allow everything to be launched.

A simple example. It is assumed that more than two trillion rubles will be invested in the Russian defense complex. But Deputy Defense Minister Borisov said honestly: we do not have new weapons, we are making old Soviet ones, which were invented 30-40 years ago, there is no scientific groundwork, there is no applied groundwork. For example, the output per person at the Boeing Corporation is a million dollars a year. At our enterprises - 60 thousand. There are 560 robots for every 10,000 people currently working in South Korea, and two in Russia. Soviet science created robotics. And now Russia is called the homeland of robotics without robots.

In addition, we completely lack any responsibility for the result. Today, defense companies have passed the third generation of "effective managers." Things are falling apart, weapons are not being built, money is being spent, everyone shrugs, dismisses previous managers, appoints new ones, and raises wages. And nothing changes! That is, there is no feedback. But you can't manage without feedback!

The situation in education is also very difficult. A new minister was appointed, but no instructions were given on what to do and what not to do. Wonderful news just blew up the Internet. Mrs. Golodets said that our main problem is that our classes are rectangular, because they are authoritarian and interfere with project thinking, but we need square classes, and then everything will be fine. I think that in any other country, a person who said this would have resigned tomorrow. But no, she drives further.

When Obama came to power, he said: for the US high school, I put first places in the Olympiads as the main goal. And when I said at the Ministry of Education that we are rolling back, they explained to me that we have talented people, we are already in 8-10 places in international Olympiads. But let's tell the truth. And let's get rid of the national inferiority complex. When the Unified State Exam continues and when the task is that by 2020 five Russian universities should be included in the first hundred universities in the world, this is a criminal program, it is simply theft of money. The reality is that we have nowhere to teach talented people: neither at Moscow State University, nor at any other universities.

Now Russia is losing many markets in the field of defense, because we are not competitive in many weapons. We have no weapons, because there is no applied science - it was destroyed in the 90s. And now fundamental science has been destroyed: the Academy of Sciences is the head of Chernomor, which can blow, can speak, but it has no hands, no institutions.

Mayakovsky wrote: "I praise the fatherland, which is, but three times - which will be!" And what will it be? We drove, drove, but we do not know where we will arrive. And it is very important to treat our people not as unreasonable children who need to be praised or entertained, but as adults. And based on this, you can probably do something. Truth, justice and love are needed to start a reactor.
