The nature, where they go for a short time, is not very dangerous. You are unlikely to be attacked by a wild boar in the Moscow region, and you don't even have to remember about a wolf.
And we are afraid not of a wolf and a bear, but of a boss, a creditor, an evil neighbor, etc.
A strong change in the environment in nature forces the brain to switch to the here and now. Into presence. In the present.
And then you really get high. Life flows differently.
It is very difficult for young, modern, energetic and ambitious people to switch off even in nature. Then faithful friends come to the rescue with vodka and barbecue.
