Video: How glasses kill our eyesight. Natural restoration of vision - the Shichko-Bates method

In fact, our eye does not see any objects, the eye is an instrument of our brain, with the help of which it converts the waves of light reflected from the object into electrical signals; after which an image is created in the occipital part of the brain. But this has been omitted for simplicity of explanation.
In my family, my mother, grandmother, brother wear glasses, only I, until recently, saw well both far and close, but after reading several books from the phone, I noticed that my vision had deteriorated sharply, my eyes had “acquired” myopia. In our society, unfortunately, two persistent beliefs have developed, firstly, as long as you see well, you can not take care of your eyesight (which is rather strange, for example, it is customary to take care of your teeth twice a day), and secondly, if your eyesight "Fell", then you have to wear glasses or, as is now being introduced into fashion in lenses. To be honest, I was confused, it turned out that vision could be restored, restored only by an expensive operation, which does not give 100% guarantees! People simply had to come to terms with the fact that they would have to wear glasses for the rest of their lives (this applies not only to myopia and hyperopia, this also includes squint and astigmatism). Think about the UNDISPUTED FACT: Everyone who wears glasses, their vision deteriorates every year! “Bravo, medicine, you are the best! You don’t heal, YOU DOUBLE!"
To understand why this happens, let's see what ophthalmology is based on and how it explains the work of the human eye.
In the middle of the 19th century, the German physicist Hermann Helmholtz expressed the following ASSUMPTIONS about the work of the eye:
1. How the eye sees into the distance
The lens of the eye is a biconvex lens that, by compressing / relaxing the annular ciliary (ciliary) muscle (CCM), focuses a clear image on the retina. When the CCM relaxes, the lens becomes flatter, the image appears on the retina, then the eye sees perfectly into the distance.
2. How the eye sees up close
When the CCM strains, the lens is compressed, becomes more convex, its focal length decreases, then the eye sees perfectly close.
3. Myopia according to Helmholtz
Myopia occurs when the CCM tenses and no longer relaxes backward, the lens remains convex. The image of distant objects is "built" inside the eye, there will be a "blurred spot" on the retina.
Helmholtz proposed a "way out" - biconcave "minus" lenses.
A double-concave lens brings the image closer, it turns out that the eye sees as close.
4. Hyperopia according to Helmholtz
Farsightedness occurs when the CMU has relaxed and can no longer compress the lens, which becomes flatter. The image of distant objects is "built" behind the retina of the eye; there will be a "blurred spot" on the retina.
Helmholtz suggested another "way out" - biconvex "plus" lenses.
A biconvex lens removes the image, it turns out that the eye sees as far away.
5. Strabismus and Astigmatism
Strabismus is not worth explaining, but astigmatism (doctors themselves do not know what it is, and even more so how to treat it, but they treat it) is a vision problem when the eye suffers from both myopia and farsightedness. These problems are solved by medicine only for a lot of money and with a low probability of success!
What gives medicine and ophthalmological companies, which they take as the basis for the work of the eyes, assumptions Helmholtz? Fabulous profits from the sale of glasses and lenses, from operations and other services!
Bates method. Natural restoration of vision
William Bates is an American scientist, doctor of ophthalmology. Bates studied the human eye for 30 years.
The image in the human eye is constructed in the same way as in an ordinary simple camera: by changing the length of the eye itself. And here the main work is in the process of accommodation, i.e. focusing the eye, play six oculomotor muscles.
Six oculomotor muscles of the eye.
In 1901, Bates published a scientific paper in which he proved that all four visual disorders in humans are associated with malfunctioning of the oculomotor muscles. Some muscles are overly tense, and some are overly weakened. As a result, some develop myopia, others farsightedness, and still others strabismus, and almost all develop astigmatism. Let's take a closer look:
1. How the eye sees into the distance
The eye sees perfectly into the distance, when the six oculomotor muscles completely relax, then the eye, due to excess pressure, takes the shape of a ball, and the lens transmits the image exactly to the retina of the eye.
2. How the eye sees up close
To see up close, 4 longitudinal muscles relax even more, and two transverse muscles squeeze the eye, since the eye consists of water, it is easily squeezed and pulled forward by the "cucumber", like a camera lens, the lens transmits the image exactly to the retina of the eye. Such an eye sees perfectly up close.
3. What is myopia
When the transverse muscles squeeze the eye and do not relax back.
4. What is hyperopia
The transverse muscles of the eyes weaken, the longitudinal muscles become slagged, cease to squeeze the eye.
5. What is squint
At the moment of injury or fright, one or more oculomotor muscles are strained and no longer relax.
6. What is astigmatism (image distortion)
Due to different, uneven pressure, compression from different sides of the oculomotor muscles, the eye loses its symmetrical shape, the symmetrical path of optical rays is distorted, the image is blurred, blurred, doubled, tripled, shifts, glare, overlays and so on appear.
To regain his old vision and improve it, Bates developed a system of exercises with which weakened muscles can be trained, tense muscles can be weakened and a person's vision will be restored. A person is able to get rid of myopia, hyperopia, strabismus and astigmatism WITHOUT OPERATIONS!
In our country, the Center of Professor Viktor Gennadievich Zhdanov is engaged in natural restoration of vision using the Shichko-Bates method. Method G. A. Shichko Is a universal psychological and pedagogical method that allows you to restore health, improve (restore) vision, overcome alcohol, tobacco, drug addiction, cope with any bad habit, develop personal and professional qualities. Professor Zhdanov has been restoring people's eyesight for 24 years. The vision restoration course lasts from 6 days (there are also online courses). Vision returns in a short period, thanks to unique exercises, under the strict guidance of specialists, since you need to understand that these exercises can also harm. An individual approach to each patient.
Tell your friends, relatives, acquaintances, everyone who wants to look at the world with the same eyes!
