- Not at all. "State Farm named after Lenin" is a brand. And he is associated with a legend. As if in 1918 Vladimir Ilyich Lenin, driving from the Kremlin to Gorki, stopped somewhere on the road and saw peasants plowing the land. He approached them and asked: "Why are you processing your allotment alone?" They answer: "It is so." Lenin: "Get together in a commune and plow together, it is easier to work together." The peasants, inspired by the words of the leader, on the same day created a commune on the lands of the Nikolo-Perervinsky monastery. In 1922, the commune turned into a state farm named after Lenin. We are gardening. Muscovites have always come here for seedlings and still come here, because we are the largest strawberry-producing enterprise in Russia. In this regard, when they talk about the absence of alternatives to the current peripheral capitalism, it can be noted that the path chosen by Belarus did exist, where, during the restoration of capitalism, a significant layer of socialist approaches to the management of society and the economy remained.

Of course, in Russia, richer in resources, or in industrialized Ukraine, such a path was also possible, but in Russia and Ukraine no one will allow enterprising collective farmers to take the helm - "effective" owners dominate. Well, the state farm itself, of course, is a living advertisement of the advantages of introducing socialist approaches.

What kind of products does the Lenin state farm produce?

- It is easier to say that we do not produce. First of all, we are the largest strawberry-producing enterprise in Russia. In addition, we grow various berries: raspberries, sea buckthorn, chokeberry, gooseberries, as well as potatoes, vegetables; we produce milk and honey. Now we have received subsidies from the regional budget for milk production and a small amount to improve soil fertility. The amounts of these subsidies are small, but the fact itself is important.

Investment in agriculture. Can they pay off?

- Americans say: if you want to spend money quickly - play in the casino, if you want to spend money pleasantly - on women, if you want to go broke completely - on agriculture. I'll tell you that it is not. Today the main enemy of agriculture is amateurs. Bankers come to the village, who are sure that it is enough only to introduce new technologies and there will be great success immediately. This will not happen if there are no specially trained personnel.

Take, for example, your state farm, how do you solve the personnel problem?

- The average age of our employees, unlike most agricultural enterprises in Russia, is 42 years. What does this mean? Young people really come to work for us. And, in particular, because we are solving their housing problems. Last year, we commissioned 40 new apartments for our employees, this year we will move into another 60 apartments. In the house that we rented out last year, 22 children have already been born. And we have done and are doing this long before the President's message appeared.

What are the funds for the construction?

- We use our own funds, as well as investor funds. The prime cost per square meter in our state farm last year amounted to 12 thousand rubles. Half of the cost of the apartment is paid by us, half - by the employees of our state farm with payment in installments for 15 years.

On the whole, we have a "peasant" who has entered the market, who tries not to forget about people. In contrast to the general situation in the c / x, such an approach will of course inevitably cause violent enthusiasm about the Lenin state farm.
