It is necessary to separate the concepts of management and power. Management consists of hired officials of different levels. And Power is us, the people. Power is not transferred, inherited, delegated or sold. Our people have a centuries-old experience of governing through direct democracy (democracy), which should be in demand today as never before. Today, everyone needs to awaken the instinct of self-preservation and prohibit such legislation, which deprives us not only of land, but also of life.
