This article will be useful to researchers and experimenters who strive for the knowledge of the world and self-development, including work on their thinking and perception. Others can spare their convolutions, complaining about "many beeches" and boldly walk by.

Never before have I come across reflections on this topic, so I consider it necessary to voice it.

I'll start with the introduction.

In our daily life, logic, as a rule, dominates over sensations, which affects the perception of the world, our actions, and hence the advancement upward in the evolutionary development of consciousness.

Usually time flies by in a hurry, we chase results without trying to stop at the moment here and now, try to consciously feel the moment and try to enjoy it to the fullest, discarding all background thoughts and directing our attention to the current moment.

In our life situations, the habit prevails to consider things for the most part or completely exclusively from a logical aspect, not paying attention to sensations, which play an important role in the integrity of the perception of things and determine the palette of emerging human emotions.

We have an energy-saving habit of using logic where it is appropriate for sensations to dominate or to be on a level with logic, for example, in feeling the processes of our body, or its individual element - for example, an organ, to recognize problems and malfunctions associated with it, by interpreting signals, entering the brain directly from the problem area, or at an intuitive level.

I will not dwell on the above introductory thoughts; if anyone has any questions, I suggest asking them directly to me as an author, but first try to answer them yourself.

So, I'm getting closer to the main idea of my remarks.

Now I am not trying to present any esoteric hypothesis, I am writing on the fact of my remarks when observing the perception as such, in principle, to which everyone can come if he begins to delve deeper into a given vector:

The main thesis is as follows -

"The world is perceived by any person through the main prism of perception (let's call it conditionally so), on which all kinds of patterns of perception of things are based."

Let's not rush, this idea is difficult to digest, without the previous definition of some terms, with the help of which we will continue our further reflections:

- The world is the reality around us, independent of our limited senses.

- To perceive means to receive signals from the objective world through the senses.

- The pattern of perception in this context is a set of reactions of the body to a stimulus (any information signal recorded by the senses) and thereby determines human behavior.

And now let's try to explain what the all-encompassing prism of perception means in such a way as to form your correct idea, because full understanding can be conveyed only in one limited case, but more on that later.

If patterns of perception determine the reaction to stimuli, then the prism of perception is the container and foundation of any patterns of perception.

While it is easy to "reflash" consciousness by "reinstalling" new patterns of perception (reinstallation consists in rethinking your template - that is, weighing all the pros and cons, determining the appropriateness of the changes being made, and then changing and, as a result, stably fixing your new reactions, thereby changing one's perception to a stimulus), then changing the prism itself as a foundation, at the same time the templates of perception collapse.

An analogy can be drawn with the foundation of a building, which is stably fixed in the ground like a prism. If the building collapses, the foundation will remain intact and allow rebuilding. It is the same with the templates of human perception, which can be formed in endless combinations, while they are based on the main prism of perception, and if you demolish the templates, the prism will remain intact, and if you demolish the prism, the templates will fall off.

You can feel the main prism of perception in yourself, realize its presence, existence, but it cannot be described verbally (in analogy with an attempt to explain the process of forming thoughts in consciousness. It can be observed, and the only way to share your understanding is to telepathically copy your thoughts into another consciousness) …

All attempts to change the patterns of perception through logic are "floundering" in the fundamental prism, it remains unchanged, it is very difficult, but it is possible to move away from this prism, "move aside", for example me).

And here we come to the topic of madness. You heard right, these are closely related topics. From my concept of understanding, insanity is the inadequate perception of a person, with the ensuing actions that are contrary to generally accepted social norms of behavior.

You can find enough information about outstanding historical figures who brought their unusual and progressive ideas into the world, which later became the property of the public and which are appreciated to this day. Some of them suffered from mental disorders, phobias, but at the same time they could think outside the box and, as a result, generate brilliant thoughts.

In these cases, it is appropriate to talk about a change in the prisms and patterns of people's perception, in what combination what has changed is a question for a more detailed study and is not the subject of our article.

Natural questions arise - how to feel the prism, realize its existence, or even completely detach from it in a conscious way? Will there be a way back to habitual perception afterwards? What is the best way to perceive the world and why this way and not otherwise?

I can only proceed from my experience, and I will present it in the most understandable form for you:

At night I like to observe the open sky, everything immense, unknown and distant by light years stimulates imagination, allows you to "headlong" plunge into space and reflect on extraterrestrial processes, mentally go beyond the bounds of our Earth, both visually and mentally, for a while to find yourself among the objects of a mighty dark space and as if to begin to awaken your old memories, rooted in the distant past.

In such a favorable position, when the nature of thoughts is philosophical and the emotional state is stable and balanced, and most importantly, when the field of vision is limited by the firmament and there is a feeling of absence on Earth, then with proper concentration, the course of thoughts, a state arises when it turns out to get off the actually working prism perception, but only for a moment, not measured in time units.

It is in this brief moment that a new and unusual experience of perception is accumulated, the existence of one's own prism is realized and an understanding is gained that such prisms are different for all people and, accordingly, are different, and have certain conditions that have yet to be clarified.

After a single experience, neurons of long-term memory were activated, which made it possible in the future to remember the accompanying sensations when "leaving" the prism, and mentally return to them again and again move for a moment from the prism. Long-term displacement is possible, but the reasons for its complexity are not yet understood. In the absence of regular practice, the memories weakened and eventually disappeared, and now you need to reactivate them or look for a workaround to "exit" from the prism, because I admit that my way is not the only one.

Based on my long-term drug experience, I can say with confidence that a drug can be a "crutch" for a "congress" from the prism, but I will not advertise it so as not to motivate readers to acquire and try it. We will work hard.

Unfortunately, I do not and cannot have a clear algorithm of actions for a successful result, because we are talking about sensations and thought processes that cannot be described verbally, however, it is possible to approximately reflect your experience in verbal form and highlight features than I do. doing.

So, what is required for the "congress":

- Sober, calm, emotionally stable consciousness, the ability to concentrate on several thoughts at the same time.

- Try to enter the "search mode" for a different perception of the things observed at the moment, for this to focus as much as possible on your sensations, to cover everything that happens here and now, to look at your perception "from above" and seeing it, try to distance yourself from it. At the same time, exclude the usual verbal accompaniment of your inner voice and think in images.

Do not forget that the prism of perception is not a specific object, it is a state of consciousness in which an individual resides and passes all incoming information through himself through his senses.

To understand the topic, it is not enough to follow my instructions, you must independently come to similar conclusions, through your own reflections on the topic and feelings, form logical chains and fix them in long-term memory.

After a stream of thoughts, you can ask the question - "Why do I need to know all this?" I will not give a ready-made answer to this question, but I invite you to think about it yourself.
