Surprisingly, the loss in 3 minutes and 40 seconds from 15 hours 56 minutes and 33 seconds to 16 hours 00 minutes 14, 365 seconds (on the time code at the top left) was not noticed by the video recorder, the time code at the top right (on the video) goes without dropouts up to the mark of 15 hours 59 minutes 08 seconds, which corresponds to the timecode of the video camera 16 hours 00 minutes 14, 365 seconds, and then we have a dropout of the recording, which on the timecode of the video camera (top left) is fixed with a duration of 0, 16 seconds, and on the timecode of the video recorder (top right) this fallout is recorded as long as 2 minutes 41 seconds, which corresponds to the time stamp 16 hours 02 minutes 49 seconds!

That is, the pool with foam cubes ignited not in 0, 12 seconds, but in a longer time. This could happen in 30 seconds or 1 minute, but not more than 2 minutes 40 seconds! But even if the pool with foam cubes ignited within 2 minutes and 40 seconds, this should not exclude versions of deliberate arson Shopping center "Winter cherry", especially against the background of the fact that none of the staff even tried to extinguish the fire with the fire extinguishing means that were nearby, just a few meters from the fire!

Why did they, as well as the playground instructor Sergei Sochinsky, not rush to extinguish what could be extinguished in the first seconds and minutes without big problems ?! In this regard, I want to say that against the background of cowardice and meanness in Russia there is always a place for feat … Therefore, as an experienced person, I would like to advise all owners of supermarkets, shopping and entertainment centers and other places where people gather MORE THAN THATas required by law by fire inspectors, continue to have without fail on each floor and in the most conspicuous place high-capacity powder fire extinguishers (50-70 liters) included with two (at least!) self-rescuers. The price of the issue for everything - 10-12 thousand rubles (and this is for a five-year period!), and in the event of a fire at your facility, this kit can save your property for millions of rubles, as well as human lives! Moreover, self-rescuers must be attached to the fire extinguisher! They will protect the lungs of a person fighting a fire from smoke and poisonous combustion products.

6 days after the tragedy, some of the cut frames from the video appeared on the Internet showing the beginning of a fire on the 4th floor of the Zimnyaya Vishnya shopping center in the children's room. This footage was posted by friends Igor Vostrikov, who lost his entire family in this fire, who is now favored by the investigation. This recording was made on the phone from the screen of his computer, and the original video is, accordingly, on his hard drive.

What can you say about this? I already believed in a "technical failure" caused by a voltage surge, as the information was published about it. Like, there was a power surge that caused a restart of the computer and the external surveillance camera, hence the interruption of the recording! But it turns out that this is a lie!

One thing pleases that now the exact time of the beginning of the ignition and the speed of fire propagation are known. From the moment the pool with foam cubes ignited to the moment it turned into a fiery volcano, scattering fire in all directions, there was only 41 seconds! This is incredible! Moreover, at the time of the fire, it turns out that there were as many as 6-8 people on the trampoline and in the pool with foam rubber, who ran out of there, fleeing the fire! They could all see how the fire started, whether from electrical wiring, or maybe someone threw some pyrotechnics? Where is their testimony ?! A week has passed since the tragedy! Not a word about them in the media! Was it not these witnesses that they tried to hide from the public by cutting out frames from the video, which was originally distributed in the media?

And the pyrotechnics for igniting the foam rubber, by the way, could have been thrown from here! This place was hidden from the surveillance camera:
