Gymnastics is best done no earlier than an hour after eating. Do it once a day for 10 minutes. Perform without glasses. In 3 - 4 months, you can improve your vision by 2 - 3 diopters. Exercises are done slowly, calmly, with measured, calm breathing.

Gymnastics is performed while standing, but you can also sit.

In all exercises, you need to fix your consciousness on the area between the eyebrows.

Exercise facing north.

When doing eye gymnastics exercises, you should try not to blink.

It is recommended to do the complex as a whole, without breaking it into parts.

A set of exercises for eye gymnastics

1. Place the index finger (men - right hand, women - left) to the tip of the nose, finger parallel to the floor. To squint your gaze at the tip of your finger, watch without blinking. Simultaneously with fixing the gaze at the tip of the finger, take a full inhale and exhale completely. Perform 1 - 3 times.

2. It is carried out similarly to the first, but the finger is attached to the area between the eyebrows. Perform 1 - 3 times.

3. Place the index finger of your right hand on the tip of the nose. Look down at the tip of your finger. With a full breath, remove the finger from the nose as far as possible (at arm's length or at the distance of sharpness of sight). Look at the tip of your finger. With an exhalation, return the finger back to the nose. It is performed 1 - 3 times.

4. It is performed similarly to exercise 3, but the finger is attached to the area between the eyebrows. Perform 1 - 3 times.

5. Throw your head back as far as possible. Look at the tip of the nose. Take a full breath, then exhale completely. Perform 1 - 3 times.

6. Throw your head back as far as possible. Look at the brow area. Take a full breath, then exhale completely. It is performed 1 - 3 times.

7. Performed while sitting on a chair. The back is straight. Stretch out your hand in front of you, press your little finger and ring finger with your thumb to your palm, raise your index and middle fingers up. Place the palm of the hand with the edge outward in front of the eyes at a distance of 10 - 12 cm from the face. Look at your fingertips.

With a slow breath, start moving your hand to the right until it stops, without taking your eyes off your fingertips.

With the exit, slowly, continuing to follow the fingertips, return the hand to its original position.

Then, inhaling, do the same, but in the other direction.

Performed 3 times in each direction. Then do all the movements with the other hand.

8. Take a full breath, close your eyes. On exhalation, massage the eyeballs with the second phalanges of the thumbs. During the delay, open your eyes, cover them with your palms and be in this position for the duration of the entire delay on the exhalation (eyes are open and relaxed during the entire delay). It is performed 1 time.

9. Standing with open eyes in jumps, move the eyes to the corners of the field of view, fixing with a glance the imaginary points of the ends of the large, into the entire visual field, the letters Ж (to the upper left corner, to the lower right corner, etc.). Eye movements are sharp, at the extreme points to hold the gaze without blinking. Breathing is free. Change the fixation points randomly, go through each corner 2 - 3 times.

10. Performed while standing. "Draw" a cross with your eyes. Look up and down as much as possible, first drawing a vertical line, then to the sides, drawing a horizontal line. In extreme positions, there are slight delays in gaze. Then "draw" with a glance at the same time 2 crosses, then 3 crosses. It is performed 10 - 15 times.

11. "Draw" with a glance on the wall a square, divided into 4 parts. There are circles in each part of the square. Mentally twist these circles, at first each in turn, then simultaneously 2, 3 and 4 circles. After that, twist those circles that are opposite, in different directions, and at the end all 4 circles rotate simultaneously and in different directions. The exercise is performed for 1 - 2 minutes.

12. With your eyes, describe the "eights": horizontal, vertical and two diagonal ones. The fixation plane is close to the face. Describe each "eight" first in one direction, then in the other. 1-2 times in each direction.

13. Slowly rotate the eyeballs in a circle, first with open eyes, then with closed ones. Change the rhythm, the maximum amplitude. It is performed 10 - 15 times.

14. Look at a bright light source (sun at sunrise or sunset, a lamp with a matte shade, etc.). Cover your eyes with your palms and try to "pull" the spot of light into the area between the eyebrows. Run 3 times. You can look at a light bulb for up to 1 minute, at the sun - longer, but only at sunrise or sunset.

15. Collect a basin of settled clean water at room temperature. Dip your face with open eyes into the water and blink. It is performed 3 - 5 times.

Take a mouthful of water, swell your cheeks and bend over a basin of water. To splash handfuls on bulging eyes. Runs 10 times.

Breathing exercises

It is recommended to finish gymnastics with a special breathing exercise, which stimulates blood flow to the eyes.

It is known that 99% of all people experience oxygen deprivation.

At the same time, the eyes become weak, tense and lose their sharpness.

When the eye is normal, the ability to see is such a natural unconscious process that the rest of the muscles in the body relax.

This also applies to the pectoral muscles, which allow deep natural breathing.

But when the eyes strain, there is usually a failure of good breathing, which becomes constrained due to excessive compression of the pectoral muscles, and thereby the supply of oxygen, which is so necessary for the whole body, decreases.

To do the breathing exercise, open a window or go outside to get as much oxygen as possible.

Inhale several times before exercising to "wake up" the blood. She is now ready to direct oxygen to her eyes.

Take a deep breath, hold your breath without exhaling, bend at the waist and, slightly bending your knees, lower your head so that it is below the level of your heart.

Now the blood, enriched with oxygen, goes to the head and eyes. Stand in this position for a count of five.

Attention! You may feel dizzy, so start doing this exercise effortlessly. The vertigo goes away with practice.

After a week, you will be able to hold your breath for 10 seconds.

This exercise is very important. Oxygen burns poisons and wastes in the vessels and muscles of the eyes. The eyes are cleared as blood circulation through the tissues increases.

Do 10 of these breathing exercises daily.
