For 2 years already, we have sent many letters to the President of the Russian Federation, the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, which describe the situation that has developed among the Smolensk traffic police officers Sadotenkova I. N., Fedorenkov A. M., Poltavin A.. WITH. while performing their official duties.

We hoped that our requests for help in an objective examination of the criminal case would be heard. Unfortunately, it did not happen! All letters were simply forwarded for verification to those persons whose corruption ties we asked to pay attention to. It is absolutely natural that no one checked anything, but only reported to the “top” in time that the circumstances outlined in the appeal were not confirmed and everything is fine in the corrupt area itself.

The current situation has acquired a great public response and since there is a conflict of interest, the decision of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation sent the case to the court of Tver for consideration. But the family contract and in Tver found their adherents. At the moment, by the decision of the Moskovsky District Court of Tver, composed of Judge Zhurkin D. V., the traffic police officers were found guilty under Art. 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and sentenced to 3, 8-4 years in prison. For what? For the fact that, while performing their official duties, they stopped a tinted car. In the future, the excess of the toning standards was confirmed by the testimony of the device and the testimony of witnesses.

Incorrect behavior and disobedience of the driver Semennikov Alexander Petrovich to the legal requirements of the traffic police (refusal to transfer documents and raise the front side windows to measure their light transmission) caused him to be detained and taken to the police station. Everything that happened was recorded using a video camera.

The police department learned that the detained Semennikov is an assistant to the district prosecutor. As a real representative of the "golden" youth, the 26-year-old prosecutor summoned his mother, the judge of the cassation instance of the Smolensk Regional Court, to the department to help him. The mother's roommate (former head of the police department, and now a lawyer) and the grandfather of the judge of the same court joined these words in deeds.

The defense has enough evidence of the innocence of the employees, but why the court needs this evidence, if the prosecutor’s large legal family initially made the decision “to jail”, and the “colleagues in the shop” agree with this decision.

On November 2, 2017, traffic police officers were found guilty under Art. 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and sentenced to 3, 6-4 years probation, despite the lack of evidence of their guilt.

On January 31, 2018, the Tver Regional Court considered the appeal of the defense attorney against the verdict and overturned the decision of the Moscow District Court. The case was sent for a new consideration to the Moskovskiy District Court, but with a different composition.

The “victim” considered the suspended sentence “mild” punishment, and the presence of small children under 3 years of age was not a mitigating fact and appealed for its toughening - replacing the suspended sentence with a real one. Namely, 10 years in prison, for the fact that, first of all, the assistant to the prosecutor A. P. Semennikov himself. violated the law - drove a car with a prohibited tinting.

On April 28, 2018 by the decision of the Moscow District Court of Tver, composed of Judge D. V. Zhurkin, the traffic police officers were found guilty under Art. 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and sentenced to 3, 8-4 years in prison.

Thanks to the connections and opportunities available to the mother-judge to influence the court's decision, even in another constituent entity of the Russian Federation, the court that was considering the case, all the evidence of the defense about the innocence of the employees, including the testimony of technical means, was stated in the verdict in a diametrically opposite form.

Does the law really mean nothing in our country and it can be bypassed as you like, and traffic police officers can perform their duties only in relation to those offenders who do not have high-ranking patrons ?!

The current situation is a vivid example of how family-related clans in the judicial and law enforcement system destroy the basic foundations of the state, because it cannot protect an honest person, and justice is completely absent.

And what about us and our children, who were left without husbands and fathers, without support in life and without means of subsistence? How to explain to the kids that because of the ambitions of the "golden" youth, who are allowed to break the laws, their fathers were left without freedom ?!

The last words of the wording about "man and citizen" are dividing for our state!

All Russians in Russia have the "citizen" status, with the exception of those who have the "human" status! And a "man" in Russia, according to the same Constitution of the Russian Federation, is not a "citizen". Judges and prosecutors, it must be understood, have a status - "person", and traffic police officers have a status - "citizen", and they, accordingly, have different "rights and freedoms"!

The economic foundations of slavery

Patricians and plebeians

The plebeians, unlike the patricians, are impaired in their rights, their rights are regulated by a special set of laws known as Jus gentium - the right of the people. That is, in a society built according to Roman law, there are two main categories:

The Constitution of the Russian Federation uses two concepts, without a clear definition

- Citizen

The subtlety is that "person" and "citizen" are legal terms in the main law (in the Constitution of the Russian Federation), and they designate different categories of people. Determine for yourself which category you belong to de jure.

In accordance with Roman law, a "person" by legal status corresponds to patrician, and "citizen" - plebeian, that is, a slave.

The fact that a slave considers himself a man (that is, a patrician) is legally insignificant, that is, it does not mean anything. Citizenship (someone else's) is certified by an official document that has legal force.
