On June 17, 2011, by the Disciplinary Judicial Presence in the name of the Russian Federation, by a composition of 6 judges, the early termination of the powers of Dmitry Vladimirovich Novikov, judge of the Khostinsky District Court of the city of Sochi, Krasnodar Territory, was declared illegal and canceled.

The status of a judge, appointed by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation in 2000, was restored to Novikov by the Judicial Disciplinary Presence, the decision of June 17, 2011 is final and not subject to appeal. Meanwhile, Judge Novikov is still, contrary to the presumption of innocence, proving his innocence on knowingly false accusations initiated by his colleagues - judges of the Krasnodar Territory, and is still deprived of his job.

In connection with these facts, questions arise:

1. Who answered and who was punished for the illegal deprivation of judge Dmitry Vladimirovich Novikov of the status of a federal judge?

2. Who answered and who was punished for the illegal detention of Judge Novikov in the pre-trial detention center?

3. Who answered and who was punished for the torture and humiliation of Judge Novikov, applied to him in the pre-trial detention center?

4. Who will be responsible for the fact that Judge Novikov, who was illegally deprived of his status as a judge and whose status was restored by the Disciplinary Judicial Presence 6 years ago, still proves his innocence in the courts?

5. Who will be responsible for the fact that Federal Judge Novikov, despite the restored status of a judge, has not received cases for consideration for 6 years, that is, has been deprived of his job and means of subsistence?

Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich!

I really hope that you will pay attention to this egregious story of your appointed judge of the city of Sochi Dmitry Novikov.

I ask you to:

1. Study this material.

2. Instruct and supervise the implementation of appropriate inspections.

3. Make decisions and measures in accordance with the established norms of the RF Law.

My personal opinion: to be honest, I was shocked by this story and was finally convinced of the opinion that judges in Russia are something like Freemasons. It is not easy to get into their circle or "club", but for violating their internal law of "mutual responsibility" - the obstinate, that is, an honest judge forever becomes an outcast. The history of Vladimir Kazakov and Dmitry Novikov is clear evidence of this.

For example, when I watched the same program for the first time, I immediately wondered how it happened, what is such a non-standard business, such an important business for very difficult people who, due to their position and personal interest, they could quite calmly entrust to someone whatever, they entrusted such an honest, incorruptible judge, a judge who 100% will not let the crime happen. Something is wrong here! An honest judge does not tell us something. Then I watched some videos by an honest judge. From them I learned about the hard life of an honest judge, he can work, still sue, they drag him around the courts in different cities, flights, hotels, food, you know, this whole thing is expensive, especially when you are not working. I also noticed LOUIS Vugen's jacket at an honest judge, the telephone is not the cheapest, a decent interior of a hotel room, in short, you can live. And then I finally became convinced that judges in Russia are something like Masons))))) How is it possible ??? !!!! To denounce the secret rulers of the earth, to reveal devilish plans, to learn the true purpose of Christianity and the teachings of Christ, to get to the bottom of much else that is hidden from simple-minded Russians and not pay attention to such an obvious detail ?!
