International Symposium "Natural and Space Anomalies, Problems of Global Ecology and the Survival of Mankind". Perm, August 1996.

The initiators and organizers of this Symposium were:

1. Center "North" / Irina Subbotina

2. Russian ufological research station RUFORS / Nikolay Subbotin

3. Ural Roerich Foundation / Vladimir Shemshuk

4. Newspaper "Komsomolskaya Pravda" / Yuri Belikov

5. JSC "Permtourist"

6. Urban Society of Ufologists / Ippolit Novikov The general sponsors of the event were PNOS and the Perm City Administration.

More than 20 cities of Russia, near and far abroad, including scientists, ufologists, representatives of culture, press, radio, television and a number of religious confessions, sent their representatives to the Symposium. About 200 participants have registered. After the plenary sessions, the work of the Symposium was held in four sections:

1. The influence of the UFO phenomenon on Humanity. Ways and forms of cooperation with other civilizations.

2. The global crisis of civilization and ways to prevent it.

3. Noosphere-space processes, their influence on the biosphere and feedback.

4. Bioenergy and health.

The meeting of the Symposium took place for two days in Perm, one day in Kungur and for two days the participants of the Symposium went to the village of Molebka. The Symposium resulted in the following decisions:

1. To open in Perm on the basis of the Ural Roerich Foundation the Committee for Bioenergy Information Exchange and a branch of the International Academy of Energy Information Sciences.

2. Since the governments of no country on our planet are able to make an appeal to the Coalition, the Symposium assumes the right, on behalf of all peoples, to appeal to the Coalition with a request to admit Humanity to its membership.

3. If the Coalition refuses or ignores our Appeal, the Symposium proposes to hold on November 30, 1996 in Perm a congress of scientists, ufologists and all people concerned about the situation of Mankind, as well as those who have something to say on this issue, transforming this movement into a political a party, the main goal of which will be to prepare Mankind to join the Coalition.
