They serve a very narrow circle of people, do not bring taxes to the treasury, like oil and gas workers, but all because they endlessly talk, show and even sing about prostitutes! This is well-known, and we ourselves see nocturnal, and even daytime butterflies, openly standing along the streets and roads. And we perceive the world like babies, with the help of sight and hearing …

But who said that they have the oldest profession? Journalists, historians, researchers of the trade union movement? Probably, someone will certainly refer to some biblical story, but check, there is no such statement in the holy scriptures! Although there are stories about harlots. And any sane person will tell you that prostitution occurs in one case: when extreme poverty and excessive luxury meet, when the concept of "civilization" already exists, and when commodity-money relations reign everywhere. In the most ancient times, or as it was customary to say, in the old, when tribal morals dominated in society, there was no concept of the family, as we now imagine it. There were no tough family relations in the Neolithic period, this is when our ancestors walked with stone axes in skins. True, for some reason they built giant structures, which are now called observatories, in an unknown way they cut and adjusted giant stone blocks to each other, so that you can't stick a knife, they erected idols in the form of a phallus, and turned sex into a cult and ritual. That is, there could not be women selling bodies for money or food in principle: there were stonecutters - they were not. And prostitutes appeared much later, where slavery began to flourish, usurers, money changers, that is, "civilized" economic relations, banking, oppression, reducing everything and everyone, including women, to a commodity.

However, Sodom and Gomorrah appeared at the same time. And this, excuse me, is not such an antiquity, if the morals of that time are still to the heart of today's usurers, money changers and users of corrupt sex.

But every modern schoolchild has heard another biblical phrase that has an indirect indication of one of the most ancient professions. It sounds something like this: "In the beginning there was a word …". I will return to its continuation, and perhaps more than once, but now something else is important - the word "word" itself and why it was in.

Let's start with the fact that it is rare in its own openness, has not undergone any serious transformation, like the “sun”, “tree” of the neuter genus, that is, it belongs to the cosmic nest, to the divine Gift, and is primordially Slavic in its root.

And this root is.

Even in the recent past, in everyday life, that is, in the living, sounding tissue of the language, there was a whole family of words with this root - an accompanying host of verbs, by the way, used in allegorical senses. And now this dying fire has been replaced by a single one, which has a completely different sound, glow, internal temperature degree and, of course, a different consumer root and meaning. A direct indication of its hunting significance was preserved only in the proverb - the beast runs towards the hunter and the beast …

Yes, fishing, a truly ancient profession, has ceased to be the main source of food, clothing, draft animals and other goods, has turned into fun, entertainment, and therefore has become simple. However, the great and mighty retained its original meaning in an unclouded form and put this root, like a pearl in a shell, like a sacred sign in the treasury - in the very name of the "language unit", in the beginning of the beginning of the Gift of Speech and thus presented it to us.

For what such merits is it that the completely earthly occupation of catching wild animals was awarded such the highest patronage of the language? And here the magical meaning of the word opens, its original essence and the essence of the profession, and our language becomes visible. After all, we still, reading articles, books, listening to lectures, catch the grains of truth, evaporate mercury from the amalgam in order to get our own gold mine. And the Russian language has retained in its structure an equivalent attitude to the root in cases when the beast is caught or the truth is caught. Hunters know that contact with wildlife requires more than just the art of a tracker, strength, endurance and perseverance - as they say about hunting dogs. Anything is as sensitive and careful as a wild deer, as dangerous, fanged and clawed, as a saber-toothed tiger or a cave bear, if handled ineptly, not. We still remember the expressions "clever mind", "clever mind" and in the literal sense, studying some subject in order to understand the phenomenon as a whole. All our conscious life we have been hunting for truths.

That is, the "word" is what we have caught, the prey, the result of the hunt, and therefore there is an expression "to catch luck": this is a product obtained in the fishing industry - what was, but was not presented to you in a ready-made, fried form, but only sent by the gods, released by fate, and this quivering doe should still be managed to catch.

The use of the word in relation to hunting is secondary.

Now I will return to the Old Testament. “In the beginning was the word (luck caught, sacred prey). And the word was God … . You hear, the phrase has got a different sound and meaning. Of course, truth hunters hardly caught the inhabitants of heaven, tracing them on the trail and setting traps; here we are clearly talking about the acquisition of God, or rather, truths by the strength and dexterity of one's mind.

The proof of the originality of the purpose of the root "fishing" is the word "sacred", for - to speak, but to speak the cherished, to say aloud certain truths, to discover knowledge. For other purposes, there are also other words, for example, to say, (to cut), to say, to burgle, to talk, to talk, therefore, talking with your tongue or with your feet means just senselessly moving parts of the body. only a word is possible, hence the Russian language has survived and there is an exact definition:. And the fisherman who has cognized the truth, the secret knowledge, is named. By the way, even fingers can be prophetic, judging by the "Lay of Igor's Host …". Listen to this line! This is where the "word" took us, as soon as we blew off the dust of the times and tore off the official stamp of German linguistics, which calls the sacred booty "linguistic unit." The word became, that is, it entailed information from the history of the Slavic ethnos, its philosophy, psychology, applied sciences of economics and nature management - this is what concerns hunting. As well as natural science, physics and even chemistry, since we still extract, for example, from stones, ores, raw materials, iron, copper, uranium and other useful and not entirely useful. But we are mining not for the sake of knowledge, but to make things - cars, rags, furniture and other sundries that are sold on. Therefore, ninety-nine out of a hundred oncoming-cross will tell you which profession is the oldest …

- Oh Gods! - would have exclaimed our ancestor, who had risen from the mound. - How the language and mind of my descendants have become impoverished!

However, the lesson continues, for the “word” has not yet revealed everything that is concealed in its derivatives. Of course, of all the words and phrases born from the root, a tree has grown above the entire forest, of which they are branches. A whole Slavic world grew up, the crown of which spread over all four parts of the world - eastern, southern, western, northern, united not only by one common Slavic language and culture - some special, different from the surrounding peoples. Their influence was so great that, falling to the Slavic tree, foreign tribes were grafted into it, accreted to it without the help of a gardener, dooming their roots to drying out. So in the Slavic world the Ugrians, Finns, Mordovians, Chud Merya, Murom, all and many other foreign-language tribes, whose names have not even been preserved, were dissolved in the Slavic world. And the Volga Türkic-speaking Bulgars, for example, who came to the Danube, became Slavic-speaking Bulgarians,. The occupation of the Slavs, the way of getting their daily bread was also very diverse: there were sedentary, living, that is, oratai-cultivators, or more precisely, there were semi-nomadic seasonal cattle breeders, there were also those who lived from hunting, and of course, tempted to draw a conclusion that these, the last, gave the name to the vast world. For example, because they dominated, dominated other tribes, were distinguished by strength, endurance, courage, deftly wielded all types of weapons, knew how to stand up for themselves and their neighbors. In short, they possessed the qualities of a leading group, since the harsh hunting life demanded it …

But here's the catch: the northerners somehow ended up in the south and founded Novgorod-Seversky on the Desna, where the famous hero of the Lay … Igor reigned. Probably, they were engaged in fishing, but more falconry and incidentally, because basically, this is an agricultural area and from time immemorial those who lived there lived - the Chernihiv region. And in the north, in the impassable taiga wilds, where there was a hunting paradise, on the banks of the cold Ladoga, Volkhov, other rivers and lakes they really lived, but they did not only hunt for hunting - with the same farming, ushkuy, that is, a robber craft, judging by the excavations and birch bark letters, were polls literate and the longest defended the right to veche rule. But at the same time, their brothers ended up in the Western Carpathians (Luzhitskaya culture), in the valleys among the mountains, where they were engaged in cattle breeding, black soil arable lands on the Danube lowland and wide floodplains of rivers, which is why hydronymics remained, the Orava River, for example, and fishing there was primitive, entertaining and could not feed. Others, who at the time of Alexander the Great (by the way, a Slav) were called Illyrians, ended up in the Alps, where they also shot deer more for pleasure, and daily bread was obtained with a plow, cattle breeding, viticulture and horticulture.

And there were also West Slavic

From what kind of fishing did they all live, if to this day they have preserved the original root in the names of their peoples? And this is no coincidence! After all, other Slavs, and indeed those who hunted and lived in the forests, especially the numerous ones, bore a different self-name (with the exception of Vyatichi), which does not even have a hint of a fundamental root? Yes, and - "knowing", wear it only indirect signs. All kinds of nomads from country to country, countless migrations of peoples are excluded, as evidenced by the archaeological materials of the excavations. At that time immigrants from the Volga, from the great river Ra - the Ugric-Hungarians, the Turkic-Bulgars - came to the Slavic world, to Western Europe …

And the fact is that linguistic memory, its so stable and powerful, that despite the influence of other cultures, especially Greco-Roman in Europe, retained some of their most ancient addiction -. Food could be obtained anywhere and in any way, but if this or that Slavic people remained an adherent of an irrepressible passion for searching and catching knowledge, truths, if with their sacred prey they continued to go out to the veche square and broadcast, information about this was preserved not only in self-name, but also in the memory of those who, for one reason or another, have long lost interest in this type of fishing. For example, the Czechs, who were once in a single state with the Slovaks. That is, those who owned, sacred prey and taught, enlightened, or rather, others, related in spirit, Slavs and foreigners, were named. The word "enlightenment", however, like the word itself, does not come from the word itself, meaning the radiation of sunlight or other light, but from the way, hence the "saint", whom we still honor even as, it is true, already Christian.

the one who was himself had the right, and here the "word" brought us close to the Scythian period, or rather, to the mysterious ones, about which Herodotus wrote, pointing out that these were some tribes of the Black Sea Scythians. But thank him that he definitely recorded them without distorting the sound. Chipped - that is, literally, from the sun, or rather, light,! Here we can say that these were special tribes of the Scythians or a certain priestly class, at least a certain caste is felt, because Herodotus separates other Scythians and gives other names, usually Greek, or translates the self-names of the tribes into Greek. True, sometimes such a translation turns out to be a complete absurdity. For example, the "father of history" calls some androphages, claiming that they are cannibals living in the snows of the midnight side. Herodotus has not been there, the Samoyeds, or rather, the representatives of the Samoyed tribes have not seen, so he confused everything …

Not only the ancient academician respected by all times and peoples brought important information to us; The Russian language, fortunately, has retained the self-designation of the mysterious Scythian tribes met by Herodotus in the Black Sea region, and their educational occupation. The enlightened skolots were the keepers of knowledge and teachers, for it was borrowed by many languages of the surrounding peoples. For example, in Baltic Latvia and now it sounds like "cleavage", in English "ze cheeks", in German - "shula". And also try to translate it into Greek yourself …

Yes, complete, you say, really chipped off, that is, the Scythian barbarians, laid the foundation for school education in Europe, which we automatically consider more enlightened, advanced? But where, then, does the "enlightened and civilized" Middle of the Earth - the Mediterranean Sea - have such an irrepressible attraction to the Northern Black Sea Coast? And the essence is not only in the fertile black soil, convenient bays, the mouths of navigable rivers - trade routes, where like mushrooms after rain, Greek colonies were formed. After Greece, the climate for the Hellenes is not so hot here, without pants, with bare knees and in sandals you can't go all year round: even in the Crimea there are snowy winters and frosts. And the neighborhood with the "world of barbarians" is very troublesome, but no, the Scythian shores are stubbornly and persistently settling in!

With no less stubbornness and persistence, historical and philosophical sciences are introducing into our consciousness the idea that the ancient world lived and developed exclusively according to, moreover, very primitive and …. That is, the ancient Greeks and our ancestors had ideas about the world exactly the same as Hegel, Feuerbach, Marx, Engels and other minds of the heyday of European philosophical thought! They must have looked into the future, read a lot and decided to arrange their lives according to their teachings, which are based only on the economy, associated with it, the instruments of production and trade. And how else to explain the wretched existence of the old world, if the postulate is defined: it, the world, develops from simple to complex? And we still echo this delusion, while admiring, for example, the perfection of the thought of ancient philosophers, the grace of art, while not at all thinking about what they were, the carriers of this thought and art? And what worried them more - knowledge or the way of getting their daily bread?

And we talk about the life of the ancestors according to our own views, based on the cloth economic model of the world order. Marxist-Leninist philosophy lives and wins …

Fortunately, the ancient Greeks did not know about this and risking their lives and health, they built their policies along the northern shores of the Cherem Sea, densely populated by the "barbarian" tribes of the Scythians. Least of all they trade with them, most of all they fight, they themselves go on raids and suffer from them, losing their cities (Olbia was completely conquered and became Scythian), they still import wheat from Egypt, but they continue their "expansion" and at the same time … carefully study their dangerous neighbors. The reasons for their persistent curiosity begin to reveal themselves if we turn to ancient Greek mythology. The “founders” of the entire European and Mediterranean culture themselves told us about the reasons for such a keen interest in the cool northern shores of the Russian Sea, and in particular, to the Scythians-chipped. Remember the journey of Jason (Jason), about his voyage for. We went through this, however, they did not explain to us what it was for, why Jason needed a wonderful lamb skin. Sheep or lamb skin, covered with a solid layer of wool, is called only in Slavic languages and dialects, and we remember the expression "fine-fleece sheep", that is, with fine, high-quality hair, slightly rolled into a thick veil, suitable for yarn and weaving of expensive, soft cloth, so necessary in cold climates. And this circumstance directly indicates that the skolots of the Northern Black Sea region had a runic letter, with which they wrote on sheep parchment (soon) their acquired knowledge, their own. Moreover, using. The practice of using such "ink" is known: the list of the Avesta, captured by the Great Slav Alexander the Great, was executed precisely in gold, on parchments from. And for comparison, open books of a similar order, for example, Greek, Germanic, Germanized Scandinavian, and try to speculate for yourself about the antiquity of written traditions.

So the journey of the Argonauts under the leadership of her had a specific goal - to get hold of their sacred prey from the cleaved, to get them, which the Greeks did not have, but they knew perfectly well who and where owned them. at that time it was called, later in the Indian version received the name.
