As is often shown in science fiction movies, with the help of chips embedded in the body (brain?), A secret government, for example, Bill Gates, will control enslaved people in their own interests. Mercantile, insidious and soulless. In general, we will all die, turn into zombies, plunge into the Matrix (underline the necessary), that is, the apocalypse is scheduled literally for tomorrow.

This is never a joke. A fairly significant part of society takes it more than seriously. The Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation had to demand that Roskomnadzor block a number of videos like "The Devil's Mark of Chipping the Planet."

This struggle is of little help. Vice versa. Since the authorities prohibit it, it means that there is something there - "good boots, we must take it." Many patriotic organizations, parental associations and even a number of representatives of the Russian Orthodox Church are categorically against "the introduction of a system of total electronic control over the population." They even have SNILS frankly smells of sulfur.

These and the guys in solidarity with them even demand to stop processing data through the Unified Identification and Authentication System (ESIA), the Unified Biometric System (UBS), and generally stop the centralization of the processing of personal data of citizens.

The most sad things in what is happening are exactly two moments. The first is a fundamental reluctance to learn. Even from my own experience. Over the past three decades, the dark illiterate and obviously with cockroaches in their heads have raised the hysterics about the number of the beast at least three times.

When, in a number of newly formed independent republics, the usual passport books were exchanged for identification cards. When each citizen was assigned an individual taxpayer number. When mobile phones appeared.

Although none of these fears were confirmed, the general attitude towards irrational hysteria, as current events show, remained in the minds. Mobile networks of the third and fourth generation are perceived as normal, while 5G is "spreading the coronavirus."

At the same time, these same critics are constantly outraged by the ossified backwardness of the Russian bureaucracy, which always requires ordinary people to carry a variety of documents. Especially when most of them duplicate each other, or even appear altogether in different windows of the same organizations.

Why can't they themselves ?! At the same time, the inevitability and necessity of centralizing data and automating their processing is not just ignored, it is not perceived at all.

Hence, the same paradox arises when people at the same time wish not to change anything in life and at the same time receive the most advanced convenient services "like in Japan or China." But somehow so that at the same time without the assignment of individual numbers and the introduction of comprehensive electronic accounting.

And when a simple statement in a personal account on the State Services website is now enough to receive an allowance, no one objects to digitalization either. Such is the selectivity.

The paradox feeds on elementary illiteracy, resulting in primitive fetishism. This is when the majority speaks often and a lot about the digitalization of everything, absolutely not thinking about the meaning of the term and the process. We replaced the old analog outdoor surveillance camera with a new digital one - hurray, digitalization! Although “at the other end of the line” the same operator on duty is still watching the picture on the monitor.

In fact, this is a serious problem. Lack of understanding of the essence of the processes hinders the benefits of their application in everyday life. The same quarantine put kindergartens and schools on the "remote". It turned out that not only is there no required level of available technical base for the mass process, including domestic programs and network bandwidth - you won't work much on 4G if more than 20 people are online, the absolute majority of children and parents are not psychologically ready to work in the new conditions. and teachers.

All of them by inertia are trying to reproduce the old "paper" process, which is completely inappropriate to the new conditions. The result is perceived by all as an unequivocal inconvenience.

At the exit, instead of expanding the distance form, a directly opposite belief is formed - a figure is bad, it is evil, specially evil people insidiously impose it for their secret goals, which cannot be good by definition. Although I have a lot of friends, whose children are happy to study remotely today, and there are no problems with this.

It is precisely the digitalization of the educational process that can ensure the availability of many educational areas, especially the out-of-class format, for residents not just "outside the Moscow Ring Road", but especially for small settlements. And the massive nature of the process will make the technical base and the cost of broadband services affordable even for very remote villages. In the literal sense of the word. Plus new jobs and the ability to manufacture equipment "not in China."

Moreover, proven teleworking platforms are capable of solving a number of other problems. For example, if not stopped, then significantly reduce the scale of internal labor migration from regions to cities with a population of over one million.

Young people leave not just for a good job and a better salary. Migration gradually impoverishes the periphery intellectually. Think for yourself, if all smart, initiative and hard-working, at the slightest opportunity strive to leave their native places somewhere, then in what direction does such a separation of the population of the periphery lead?

The ability to work remotely in serious companies, the flesh to the conditional "Gazprom", without the need to necessarily leave for the capitals, in itself creates a powerful stimulus for development on the ground. In all senses. Infrastructure. Cultural. Intellectual. Even for a simple decoration of streets to the level of, if not the capital of the country, then at least the region - money will appear on the ground. From tax revenues. Both the citizens themselves and the service services emerging around them. Starting with elementary trading.

However, digitalization can do much more than just quickly select from the database of parents of children in a given age range for the prompt transfer of financial assistance from the state. Although it is usually presented in the form of fantastic Chinese stores "without sellers", hardly possible in the current Russian realities of public notions of law-abidingness, digital technology is already quite capable of seriously revitalizing the domestic Russian economy.

For example, a store can technically transfer money to counterparties for a sold product literally right away, as soon as a specific unit of goods is broken through at the checkout of the trading floor. And not like now in 3-5 months, thereby forcing the entire chain of counterparties to compensate for the costs, including a bank loan to close the cash gap, with the maximum possible trade margin. In the end, we - ordinary citizens and end consumers - pay for all the shoals of the system.

In this sense, China has gone even further in the crypto-yuan experiment. If the field testing of the DCEP crypto (DC / EP, Digital Currency Electronic Payment), which began in May this year, is successful, its electronic wallet will generally replace almost all official documents identifying a citizen, including a passport.

From it it will be possible to use all government services and even participate in referendums. Including via the Internet, without the obligatory personal appeal to the polling stations.

And since the maintenance of accounts is carried out by a computer, in the near future there will be no need to maintain a two-tier banking system, where the central bank creates money, and commercial money is launched into a specific economic turnover.

Every citizen will be able to have an account directly with the Central Bank. And not to worry about the fate of savings in the event of bankruptcy of commercial banks, the policy of which is often completely unknown to him. For reference, about two dozen commercial banks went bankrupt in Russia over the past year. Not all depositors were able to return the savings that were stored in them.

The implementation of such a scheme removes an extensive list of the most pressing problems for society. The same mortgage can be taken at the discount rate of the Central Bank, and not at the rate of a commercial bank with all the markups. The task of controlling black and gray cash will be greatly simplified. The notorious "drank" will be extremely difficult.

And then the Central Bank will have to become not the driving belt of the IMF or other world financial or deep structures, but strictly domestic - otherwise no one will entrust the people's money to it.

Of course, it is clear that all of the above is not as elementary in implementation as it might seem at a superficial glance. However, it should be recognized that a)in a digital system, the task is only of a complex engineering and organizational nature, while in traditional conditions it has no solution at all; b)we have no other way if we do not want to turn into Papuans, for whom modern information technologies are a secret behind seven seals.

In the end, the Chinese managed to create Ali-express in 2010 and in nine years to bring the trade turnover up to 300 billion dollars a year. Although at the time of the launch of the system, more than 800 million of the population of the PRC lived in villages for $ 1.55 a month, and critics sincerely did not understand who and what would buy at Alik. Even more weighty evidence of the possibility of successful development of digitalization and its benefits for the population is the massive spread of QR codes even in Chinese village markets, where literally grandmothers who remember almost the days of Mao trade.

The payment turnover through mobile wallets of all types there exceeds $ 5.5 trillion a year. Because they are about the number of the beast and do not rush, that the stupidity of fears "5G is spreading coronavirus" are well understood. For every day they feel the usefulness of that notorious digitalization. They, perhaps, did not hear such a word, but they were convinced of the convenience of the result for themselves more than clearly.

In contrast to Russia, where a noticeable share of the population is outside the process of the technological revolution, and therefore does not understand its essence, from time to time it is baptized into this business and is openly afraid.

The conclusion is simple. Digitalization really opens up a vast prospect for a qualitative improvement of the surrounding world and creates a practical opportunity to successfully solve most of the critical problems at the moment in various areas of life. From economics to purely domestic issues.

Only if you really embody it, and not reduce everything to empty talk and pseudo-religious hysteria about the number of the beast. The countries that were the first to massively implement it in the future world will receive significant, including economic, advantages. And this is exactly what we all sincerely wish for. Is not it? Or will we sit in a wood-burning hut and pray at a cracked icon in a corner smoked from an icon lamp?
