Judge of the Central District Court of the city of Omsk Sosnin I. I., with the secretary Klevakina E. A., having examined in an open court session the materials of the civil case at the request of the Prosecutor of the Omsk Region in defense of the interests of the Russian Federation on recognizing the materials as extremist, the petition of the interested person for the appointment of a forensic examination, INSTALLED:

The prosecutor of the Omsk region appealed to the Central District Court of the city of Omsk with a statement on the recognition of the following books as extremist materials:

"Slavic-Aryan Vedas. Santi Vedas of Perun. Book of Wisdom of Perun. First circle. Saga of the Ynglings", publishing house "RODOVICH", 2011 2012 editions;

"Slavic-Aryan Vedas. Book two. Book of Light. Word of Wisdom of Magus Velimudra", publishing house "RODOVICH". 2011, 2012 years of publication;

"Slavic-Aryan Vedas. Book three. Ingliism. Ancient faith of the Slavic and Aryan peoples. Word of wisdom of the Volkhva Velimudra", publishing house "Rodovich" 2009, 2012 editions;

"Slavic-Aryan Vedas. Book four. Source of life. White Way. Tales", publishing house "RODOVICH", 2011, 2012 editions;

"Slavic Worldview. Confirmation of the Book of Light", publishing house "RODOVICH", 2009, 2013 editions, authors: Veleslav, Dobrognev, Svetozar.

In support of the stated requirements the regional prosecutor in the text of the claim, the applicant's representative Bykova E. Yew. at the hearing, they refer to the circumstances that in the course of the inspection carried out by the prosecutor's office of the Omsk region according to the information of the FSB of Russia in the Omsk region, it was established that a series of five books was discovered as part of the criminal investigation, which are a single information product, hereinafter referred to as Slavic-Aryan Veda.

According to the conclusions of the expert opinion of the Doctor of Philology, Professor of the Department of Russian Language and Linguodidactics of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education "Omsk State Pedagogical University" based on the results of a linguistic study of 2014-29-04, the texts of the Slavic-Aryan Vedas revealed: an indirect negative assessment of representatives of a particular race (women with black color skin); imperative utterances with the semantics of motivation for action, reflecting the prohibition of interracial marriage; implicitly expressed information about the superiority of the representatives of the white race in relation to the black race; in addition, the text of the books traces the installation on the purity of the white race.

It should be noted that the lawyers defending the Slavic-Aryan Vedas have filed an appeal against this decision to a higher court.
