However, when the passions subsided somewhat and the time came for a calm analysis of the circumstances associated with September 11, the official version of what happened caused many bewildered questions and doubts from a number of analysts. After that, a bomb planted in the plane is triggered by a radio signal from the United States, and it falls into the sea. A noisy propaganda campaign is underway about an unprovoked attack by Cuban fighters on a US civilian plane and the death of a large number of American tourists. In the United States, an explosion of indignation. But this plan of the Pentagon was never destined to come true, since President John F. Kennedy banned him. But neither the United States nor Israel then reckoned with the fact that they grossly violated the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons.

After September 11, 2001, the US policy and strategy was based on the thesis of the need for a large-scale struggle against the global threat of "international terrorism". Therefore, logically, the White House is interested in as many terrorist acts as possible occurring in the world and the international community to be in constant tension and fear.
