How amazing can humanity be transformed if learns and accepts the fact of the immortality of the soul … Life on Earth will be perceived as the next stage of being, which gives the opportunity to develop one's essence to new heights, or to destroy it for the sake of the momentary benefits of one of the stages. Fewer and fewer people will choose the latter. And the world will begin to move into a new era - an era of justice, prosperity and development.

The "soulful" theorem. Or proof of the existence of the soul

This theorem is built on a step-by-step proof: the materiality of consciousness, the proposition that this consciousness does not belong to the brain (and the physical body as a whole). This is followed by the conclusion of the theorem, proving the existence of an immortal human soul.

Position 1. Consciousness is material

Proof.

Consciousness is material! It would seem that this is the simplest consequence that follows from the fact of his (consciousness) existence. After all, the law is clear to everyone, if something exists, then this “something” must be formed by some form of matter, but not by emptiness. However, science has not been able to draw such a direct and obvious conclusion since the days of the flat Earth fallacy.

What prevents (almost all) the best minds of mankind from closing an elementary logical chain, consisting of only a couple of links? The root of the problem lies in the prevailing inaccuracy of views regarding the very concept of matter. We are all accustomed to thinking that we are able to see, hear or feel everything material, in extreme cases, matter should be detected by devices specially created for this. The situation when consciousness simply has to exist due to its indisputable manifestation, but it cannot be found in any way, inevitably pushes thinkers to form various kinds of “ideal” delusions.

Or if the matter is not detected, we conclude that the detected object simply does not exist. And such a conclusion is quite valid, but only on one condition. If there is confidence that our sensors (both natural and technical) are capable of detecting the entire existing range of forms and states of matter. But we simply do not have this confidence, and it cannot be, by definition, just as there cannot be confidence that you know everything. Moreover, now there is confidence in the exact opposite.

… In other words, all the physical matter we discern is only the tip of the iceberg, the overwhelming part of which is hidden outside the zone of perception of our senses and technical devices. Agree - a sufficient scale so that the matter of consciousness we are looking for could be lost among it. And let the turn "dark matter" not bother you, as it speaks only of its unknown indistinguishable nature and nothing more.

With considering logical predetermination of the materiality of consciousness it would be possible to put an end to this in the proof of the first proposition. But a person at the present stage of development is more accustomed to listening to the signals of his senses, rather than building some kind of "implicit" logical constructions in his head. Hundreds of such logical predeterminations may not have any meaning for someone, until the moment when he hears a bell from the most imaginative of our available sensors - vision. And in the experiments conducted by Academician Okhatrin, such a "bell" passed. A. F. Okhatrin accomplished the incredible, he made thoughts visible! For this, the academician invented a special photoelectronic apparatus.

Okhatrin A. F.:

In the early 80s of the last century at the Perm Medical Institute, Professor A. Chernetsky also repeatedly recorded mental images created by the human brain with the help of an electrostatic sensor. There was also an indicative reaction from the scientific community:

Position 2. Consciousness does not belong to the physical body

Proof.

Consciousness is material - this indisputable fact is confirmed both by the logic of the existence of consciousness, and by visual experiments on visualization of thoughts conducted by scientists. But let's try to answer another seemingly obvious question. Where does the thinking process take place? The first thing that comes to mind: "in the brain, where else"? But let's not jump to conclusions. First of all, it is worth noting that with all the unbreakable belief of the "official" science in the provisional role of the brain in front of consciousness, scientists are still unable to explain the mechanism by which this very consciousness functions in it, and this is a fact! But what was recognized by the Academician of the Academy of Medical Sciences of the Russian Federation, Director of the Scientific Research Institute of the Brain (RAMS of the Russian Federation), a world-renowned neurophysiologist, Doctor of Medical Sciences. Natalya Petrovna Bekhtereva:

The retranslational essence of the brain is most clearly manifested when a person is introduced into special, so-called, altered states of consciousness. At such moments, a tomogram shows brain activity that corresponds to a coma, and a person under hypnosis continues to hear, think and answer questions. In other words, a change in brain activity does not affect the thinking process in any way, which indicates the indirect nature of their interaction.

No less important is the fact that modern science, possessing an impressive technical and technological arsenal for studying the brain, has not yet found a place for information localization in it! But consciousness is inseparable from memory, just as the wind is inseparable from air masses. Consciousness can never be born in an information "vacuum". And the myth about the non-renewable nature of the neurons themselves has been debunked more than once.

The brain cells are nevertheless renewed, which means that they are not able to play the role of a repository of information, the role of the foundation for the process of consciousness.

Academician N. V. Levashov:

Weighty confirmation of the academician's statement came from American neurophysiologists who studied people in whom the connection between the cerebral hemispheres was artificially disrupted during the treatment of epilepsy:

The same is observed with partial brain amputation, sometimes reaching more than 60 percent. How did it happen with

History has accumulated a mass of evidence of how people lived ordinary life, almost without a brain. To save time, here are just a few of them.

So maybe there is no incredible (bordering on fantasy) ability of the brain to "functional rearrangement", which sometimes makes it possible to compensate for the loss of its overwhelming part without loss? And there is a single external (in relation to the physical brain) process, which, in the event of the loss of some channels of information exchange, in some cases is able to switch to the remaining ones.

In Russia, since the beginning of the 70s, Perm psychiatrist Gennady Pavlovich Krokhalev was actively involved in the problem of a kind of registration of visions.

Fortunately, there are also direct facts of the existence of consciousness outside the body. The most common of these are cases of a person experiencing clinical death. Thousands of people around the world experience the sensation of leaving their own body every year. At such moments, the work of the brain and the entire nervous system completely stops, and a person suddenly begins to see his body from the side, to see and hear what is happening around. People often describe what they saw in the next room or hundreds of kilometers from the scene. And what is especially significant, these testimonies are then fully confirmed. This phenomenon has already been proven and recognized by many representatives of the "official" science and even acquired its own "name", which can be translated as "out of body expiries".

Just think: for blind people who are not sighted from birth, the moment of consciousness leaving the body is the only opportunity in life to realize what it means to see! What hallucinations can we talk about when the brain of such people does not even suspect how these hallucination images should look like (if we believe that we live only once) ?!

But in addition to clinical death, there are examples of deliberate separation of consciousness from the physical body. For example,

Position 3. We are entities “clothed” in physically bodies

Proof.

So, our consciousness is material and this material substance does not belong to the physical body.

It is said that the right question is half of what needs to be done to solve it. Therefore, I will ask it in this way: “Can you call the material substance of consciousness, which continues to exist even after the death of the physical body, a soul (essence)?

Answer: Absolutely! Indeed, in this aspect, this concept acquires an even more significant meaning than those that all world religions and beliefs offer us. No idealism or mysticism - our essence is material and it is in it that all thought processes take place, it is to it that our consciousness belongs, our personality, which continues to exist even after the death of the physical body! In this regard, the statement “we have a soul” begins to sound incorrect, just as the words of an astronaut dressed in a protective spacesuit and saying: “I have a man” would sound incorrect. We are souls, entities “clothed” in physical bodies!
