President Vladimir Putin and his entourage stubbornly continue to call the United States and its allies "partners", although it is already obvious to most sane people that the so-called "West" or "Anglo-Saxons" do not intend to negotiate with anyone.

In my opinion, the reasons for such "intractability" are very simple, but in order to realize this, it is necessary to look at the ongoing processes not from the point of view of confrontation of certain ruling clans and groupings, but from the point of view of building a new global world order in which states will be subordinated transnational corporations, which will receive the highest, in fact, gliding power. And the so-called "nation states" will finally turn into a servicing service system, the main purpose of which is to provide social services that, by definition, cannot be profitable. In order for governments to provide these services, corporations will allocate some of the resources they control under the guise of taxes and other government fees.

If someone thinks that we are talking about some distant future, then he is very much mistaken. All this is being realized right here and right now. For example, in the latest editions of the ISO series technical standards, there is a phrase that when performing certain design work in the European Union, one can be guided either by the requirements of national standards or the standards of a transnational corporation on whose building this work is being performed.

There is undoubtedly a certain common sense in this approach. If a company like Simens builds facilities throughout Europe and far beyond its borders, then for Simens corporation it is much more convenient and profitable to build all its facilities according to uniform corporate standards and requirements, and not spend time and resources every time on adapting standard projects to the requirements of different states.

In the construction industry, in which I directly work, there have already been several active attempts to transfer it from our GOSTs to international ISO standards, fortunately, so far without success. Moreover, this was done not at all because our GOSTs are worse, and foreign ISO standards are better (knowing this topic from the inside, I can say with full responsibility that in many cases our GOSTs are better and more complete), but because it will be more convenient and more profitable for transnational corporations, including because of the point mentioned above, which is included in ISO standards, and which, from the point of view of technical regulation, at least equates transnational corporations with national states, and in a sense even puts them higher, since the norms of corporations turn out to be stronger than national norms.

Now let's see why modern Russia does not fit into the new global model, which is actively being created today by the collective “West”. To do this, it is necessary to find out how Russia is fundamentally different from all other existing countries in the world.

Today the Russian Federation is the only self-sufficient state in terms of providing territory, natural resources, minerals, as well as technical, industrial and intellectual potential! While it is.

There is no other similar country in the world today!

The United States does not have the necessary reserves of resources, and in fact has lost most of its industrial potential, since the bulk of real production is moved to third world countries, since due to very cheap labor, this can significantly increase the final profit. Salaries for workers in Malaysia, Indonesia or the Philippines are so paltry that even taking into account the cost of transportation, it is still more profitable than locating production in the United States itself.

China, for all its successes and economic growth, has practically no mineral reserves of its own. Also, there is very little fertile land in China that is suitable for growing food, therefore, recently, China, with its one and a half billion population, has become one of the main importers of food. If you look at the map, in fact, a very significant part of China's territory is occupied by the practically lifeless territories of the Tibetan mountain system and the Taklamakan desert.

In India, the situation with fertile lands is somewhat better, but there are also problems with natural resources.

In the countries of the European Union, which formally are a single economic space, there are a lot of both political and economic problems, because of which the question of its very existence already arises. At the same time, most of the minerals in Europe were mined and consumed in the 20th century, and some even in the 19th. So all this highly developed and high-tech industry will not be able to function without constant supply of resources from outside, including from Russia.

There is nothing to say about Japan. Its economy is almost entirely dependent on external supplies of minerals and many other resources, including food.

Thus, Russia today is the only country that, due to its self-sufficiency, is able to withstand any isolation, which means it is the only country that can become truly independent. Yes, at the first moment there will be certain problems and difficulties, but, as we know from our history, this only gives us strength and determination to achieve our goal. For the rest, we are able to develop and master any technologies, making them more perfect. For this, we still have industrial and scientific potential, which, whatever the spiteful critics may say, has recently been significantly strengthened.

Will there be no Western investments due to the blockade? Well, let's remember that the USSR was already in a similar situation after 1917, and in much worse than today's Russia, because after the First World War and the civil wars, the economy was almost completely in ruins, and about serious scientific and technical potential then there was no need to speak. But at the same time, the leadership of the USSR never raised the question: "How much Western investment do we need for the development of the country?" The main questions have always been questions about how many specific resources there are, steel, non-ferrous metals, machines and mechanisms, industrial production, workers, engineers, scientists! After all, money is only a means of accounting for the movement of real resources and goods in the economy! If there are no real resources and goods, then how many green pieces of paper you print, there will still be no sense.

The West is threatening us that will disconnect Russia from the Swift system? Yes, let them turn off to health! Indeed, in fact, it is they who need our real resources, oil, gas, metals, food, for which they pay us with green bills. If they turn off Swift, then they will buy the resources they need at our border for real gold. And they will not buy, so it means that we will have more and will be enough for longer!

I repeat once again that today Russia is the only state in the world that can create a completely independent self-sufficient economy!

Do the "West" understand this? They understand! That is why the same Great Britain has been trying for several centuries to implement a plan to destroy the Russian Empire and divide it into several smaller parts, so that each of them loses its self-sufficiency and becomes dependent on the world trade system, which has long been controlled by the Anglo-Saxons. By the way, they successfully implemented a similar plan in many other parts of the world, where they established their influence. Today, few people remember that until 1979 Iran was officially called the Persian Empire, and was the remnant of a huge state that once included most of the countries of the Middle East, as well as Pakistan and part of Iindia.

In 1917, this plan almost succeeded in Russia, when the great empire disintegrated into many small formations. But in 1922, Stalin and his team managed to neutralize this plan and again restore a single state, albeit with noticeable territorial losses.

An attempt to destroy the USSR in 1941 by the hands of German Nazis led by Hitler failed ingloriously.

But in 1991, unfortunately, the enemy once again celebrated victory. The United States even issued a medal "For Victory in the Cold War", which, however, did not receive official status, since the bill introduced by the Democrats, led by Hillary Clinton, did not pass Congress approval.

But, fortunately for us, this victory was not final, since Russia, although it lost a significant part of its territory, as well as its population, industrial, technical and scientific potential, nevertheless continued to remain a self-sufficient territory, having also retained a nuclear power, and also the status of the winner in the Second World War, including the veto in the UN Security Council.

It goes without saying that this could not suit the "West". For the final victory, the destruction of Russia had to be continued further. And in the late 1990s, such a plan not only existed, but was actively implemented.

The first step in the implementation of this plan was the organization of a default in 1998, which was to be followed by a sharp drop in the standard of living of the population, which should after a while provoke mass unrest and riots among the population, which should have reached its peak by late spring - early summer 1999 year. But here something went wrong with Western strategists, because after the default Yeltsin appointed Yevgeny Primakov as Prime Minister, who was able to turn the current situation in a completely different direction.

The next step in the implementation of this plan was the creation of 7 federal districts. The main goal of this plan was the formation of duplicate management structures in these federal districts, so that after the collapse of the Russian Federation, they could quickly take over the functions of public administration in these territories. In fact, they tried to repeat the same scenario that was realized during the collapse of the USSR, when almost immediately after Gorbachev came to power in all union republics, they began to strengthen or create anew duplicate management structures, republican ministries and departments, which, starting in 1990, began to gradually intercept governing the country, depriving the federal center of real power. And in the summer of 1991, Yeltsin already officially issued a decree stating that the orders of Russian ministries and departments take precedence over the indication of federal structures. So the so-called GKChP in August 1991 was just a well-staged performance for the local population and foreign inhabitants to legitimize the procedure for the liquidation of the USSR.

In the early 2000s, they were going to turn the same trick with the Russian Federation once again. Create 7 federal districts, form duplicate governing bodies in them, then cut off the top and, on the basis of these 7 districts, create 7 new large "independent" states, plus a few more smaller ones, such as Tatarstan, Bashkortostan or the same Chechnya, which would also declare about their independence.

Readers may have a question, why create these 7 states, if they were going to destroy Russia anyway?

Those who planned this process clearly did not want to lose control over this territory and its resources. Therefore, before destroying the upper-level governing structures, it was imperative to create duplicate lower-level governing structures, which, of course, would be dependent on the "west", since after the coup d'etat and the destruction of Russia as a single state, they would need recognition at the official level on the part of Western states, as happened with the union republics during the collapse of the USSR, financial, and possibly military assistance, etc.

In addition, they clearly took into account the unsuccessful experience of 1917 and the fact that in the event of chaos, the population of Russia, unlike the population of most other countries, is capable of self-organization, which is fraught with loss of control over the situation and an unpredictable result, as in the case of the formation of the USSR in 1922.

If this plan could be brought to an end, then in the place of the Russian Federation today there would be about a dozen "independent" states, which would have finally lost their self-sufficiency. At the same time, none of the new entities could claim either the status of a nuclear power, or the status of a winner in the Second World War, with a veto in the UN Security Council.

But in the spring of 2000, Vladimir Putin became the president of the Russian Federation, who, together with his team, managed to block the implementation of this plan, even though one of the first (if not the very first) decree that Putin signed after taking office as president was just the decree of the President of the Russian Federation of May 13, 2000 N 849 "On the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Federal District", which canceled the previous decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 09.07.97 N 696 "ON THE Plenipotentiary Representative of the PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION IN THE REGION OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION ".

Interestingly, in the new version of the regulation on the presidential plenipotentiary, one important phrase that was present in the 1997 regulation disappears: "The early termination of the powers of the President of the Russian Federation or the removal of the President of the Russian Federation from office entails the dismissal of the authorized representative."

Now this phrase is as follows: "The plenipotentiary is appointed for a term determined by the President of the Russian Federation, but not exceeding the term of the President of the Russian Federation of his powers." That is, the automatic dismissal of plenipotentiary representatives in the event of an early termination of the powers of the President or his removal from office, for example, in the event of a coup d'etat or impeachment, now does not occur, which is required if a coup d'etat is planned with the division of Russia into separate parts. along the borders of federal districts.

Since such documents have been developed and agreed upon for a rather long time, it is obvious that this decree was developed and prepared by the old team of "liberals".

But, as I said above, the further implementation of this plan was curtailed by the team of Vladimir Putin. The formation of duplicate governing structures in the federal districts was not implemented. Although, judging by the events that have taken place and are happening now, this can hardly be called a victory. Rather, it looks more like an end to the retreat and the consolidation of the fronts before the decisive battle. That this battle is still ahead, I personally have no doubts. The countries of the so-called "West" and the now dominant clan of "globalists" will not calm down until they complete the dismemberment of Russia into smaller parts, which must finally lose their self-sufficiency, which means the very potential for gaining real independence.

If any of the readers have doubts about this, then I recommend watching a fragment from the Sunday program "Vesti Nedeli v Dmitry Kisilev", entitled "Russophobes-Dreamers", in which the "liberals" openly discuss their plans for the final destruction of the Russian Federation and dismembering it into parts. Indeed, in the new global world, ruled by corporations and the financial elite, there can be no self-sufficient states that, thanks to their real independence, would be able to threaten their virtually unlimited power.
