As I already informed the readers, on June 11, at 11.30 a.m., a trial was scheduled. administrative case No. 5-284 / 2019, instituted against me under Article 20.3.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

In his Resolution of May 27, 2019, the first deputy prosecutor of the region S. A. Firsov wrote: "During the audit, it was established that Blagin A. P., having a negative attitude towards Jews, posted an author's publication about Jews, negatively characterizing them, in order to inform a large number of citizens ON THE WAYING BY THE JEWISH NATION OF AN UNDECLARED WAR AGAINST THE RUSSIAN PEOPLE". Thus, the actions of Blagin A. P. contain signs of a composition of administrative offenses, - actions aimed at inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliating the dignity of a person, or a group of persons based on gender, race, nationality, language, origin, attitudes towards religion … committed in public, including using the media or telecommunications, including the Internet."

Referee A. V. Luchnik in his letter dated June 1, 2019, No. 396 / 5-284 / 19, he explained to me in advance that, in accordance with article 25.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, I can give explanations in court, present evidence, file motions and challenges … and also enjoy other procedural rights in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.

In this regard, I decided to use my human and civil rights in order to provide the court with irrefutable evidence that Jews, led by the Jews (their spiritual and political leadership), are indeed waging an undeclared religious war against the Russian world with the aim of seizing all Slavic lands and destroying all Slavs, as written in their religious law.

Below I present three information materials that I submitted to the court in paper form, and which were attached to my administrative case 5-284 / 2019:

On the conduct by the Jews of a religious war of conquest against the entire Slavic world and Russia in particular

I bring to the attention of the court that when writing the article "How did Anton Blagin annoy some of his comrades so much that they are trying to neutralize him in different ways?" I was guided primarily by a sense of civic duty, which prompted me to convey through the media to as many Russians as possible and to the state authorities, too, and personally to Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, blatant facts convincingly proving that against the Russian people, against the Slavs, for For centuries, an undeclared religious war has been waged, which has an aggressive character.

4 years ago, that is, in 2015, I applied to the Administration of the President of Russia on the facts of manifestation of religious extremism by Jews, and some official (I do not remember his last name) then forwarded my letter to the Prosecutor's Office of the Murmansk Region with instructions to give me an answer directly at my place of residence.

On March 9, 2016, I received a response from E. E. Maksimova, Senior Assistant to the Prosecutor of the Murmansk Region for overseeing the implementation of laws on federal security, interethnic relations, countering extremism and terrorism, who wrote to me (a copy of her letter is attached): “The study showed that that in your appeal you inform about signs of extremism in the activities of religious organizations professing Judaismbased on quotes from religious books. On the merits of your arguments, I explain that in accordance with Art. 3.1 FZ of 25.07.2002 No. 114-FZ "On Countering Extremist Activities" The Bible, Koran, Tanakh and Gandzhur, their content and quotations from them cannot be recognized as extremist materials …"

However, I pointed out the facts of religious Jewish extremism, referring NOT ONLY to the Christian "Bible" or the Jewish "Tanakh", which are protected by the law of the Russian Federation, but also to other Jewish books ("Tania") and Internet publications that do not have such immunity! Why the senior assistant to the prosecutor E. E. Maksimova then ignored this circumstance, I sincerely wonder!

Now, on my part, it is no longer a question of showing the court facts or signs of extremism in the religious texts of the Jews.

During my many years of religious studies, I was able to collect convincing evidence, irrefutably proving that from the side of the Jews against our people and our state an undeclared war of conquest is being waged, initiated by the religious and political leadership of the Jews!

I gave some of this evidence in the same article. "Why did Anton Blagin so annoy some of his comrades that they are trying to neutralize him in different ways?", the publication of which in the media triggered this trial.

In this regard, I am greatly surprised by the one-sided selectivity of our state system designed to fight extremism and terrorism. Why did the Murmansk Center for Countering Extremism, represented by Major AV Shilov, who initiated this administrative case against me, ordered only a linguistic and psychological examination of my article?

The task was to neutralize me without fail, and for this to make me guilty?

If I cited evidence in my article proving in their totality that a religious war of conquest is being waged against Russia and its state-forming people, then, according to all the canons of legal proceedings, for an objective and comprehensive assessment of the case, the court must have at least also religious expertise. And it is better if the expert opinion of a competent historian is also attached to the religious examination.

I ask the Leninsky District Court of the city of Murmansk and personally judge A. V. Luchnik to order such an examination! And if there are no such specialists in the Murmansk region, then you should order this examination in Moscow. There are definitely such specialists there!

Now I ask the court to pay close attention to the conclusion of the linguist Abraham Yakovlevich Garkavi, who was born in 1839 in Novogrudok, Minsk province, in the family of Rabbi Yakov Garkavi and Dvoira Weisbrem. In his youth, he studied at the rabbinical school, and later at the Oriental Faculty of St. Petersburg University, where he entered in 1863. In 1868 A. Ya. Harkavi received his master's degree in Oriental history for his dissertation "Tales of Muslim writers about the Slavs and Russians", and in 1872 he defended his doctoral thesis on the topic "On the original home of the Semites, foreigners and Hamites." He worked in the Imperial Public Library in St. Petersburg (1872-1919): he was in charge of the department of Jewish books, was engaged in the analysis and description of the collection of Abraham Firkovich. Published in "St. Petersburg vedomosti", "Notes of the Russian Archaeological Society", "Jewish Library", "Jewish Review", "Journal of the Ministry of Public Education", other and foreign publications. So, in the light of the merits of this person, highly appreciated in the Russian Empire, there is every reason to consider the opinion of the linguist A. Ya. Gakavi as an expert opinion. A century and a half ago, in his book "On the language of the Jews who lived in ancient times in Russia and on the Slavic words found among Jewish writers" Abraham Yakovlevich Garkavi revealed to the Russian society the secret of biblical words: "Canaanites", "Canaanites", "Canaanite land", "Canaanite language" - these are the Slavs, the Slavic land and the Slavic language! In fact, A. Ya. Garkavi gave the Russian people key to an understanding of the "Bible." Moreover, A. Ya. Garkavi found evidence that the Slavs once lived even in Palestine. All this is written in his book on the page 17 … (Provided. Red underlining done by me).

I ask the court to pay attention to the fact that no one has denied this information for a hundred and fifty years, and, therefore, it still has legal force!

Thus, we have published in 1866 expert opinion a linguistic scholar for whom Hebrew was a native language, and this expert opinion states that the words found in Jewish religious texts "Canaanites", "Canaanites", "Canaanite land", "Canaanite language" denote the Slavs, the Slavic land and the Slavic language.

Based on this, it follows that the Jewish "Torah" and the "Bible", the "Old Testament" of which is an exact copy of the Jewish "Torah", describes the beginning of an undeclared religious war that the Jews began to wage against the Slavs (Canaanites) with the aim of capturing them lands called in the religious Jewish-Jewish literature "the land of Canaan".

In light of this circumstance, that any mention of Canaan or the Canaanites in the Jewish "Torah", in the Christian "Bible" or in any other Jewish religious literature is the essence of the mention of the Slavic land or the Slavs, any religious scholar and any historian is simply obliged to draw an unambiguous conclusion today, what "yes, The Jews are indeed waging an undeclared religious war against the Slavs in order to seize their land, as it is directly spelled out in their Jewish religious literature!

And since today the vast majority of Slavs live on the territory of the Russian Federation, on the territory of Ukraine and on the territory of Belarus, and The Slavs, de facto, are the state-forming people of these three states., then the very "Canaan", which the Jews led by the Jews are still aiming to conquer, are both modern Russia, and modern Ukraine, and modern Belarus.

Moreover, the Jews under the leadership of the Jews have already actually conquered modern Ukraine through the Maidan and the coup d'etat of 2014! And today we all see the fruits of this conquest of Ukraine by Jews and Jews! They are awful! The state itself is now in fact bankrupt. It turns out that a certain Abraham, still a prehistoric character, having met with a certain “Jehovah God” concluded an agreement with him, on the basis of which he, “Jehovah God”, granted the descendants of Abraham - the Jews - “the whole land of Canaan”, and they, the Jews (male), in fulfillment of this contract, they are now obliged to undergo conversion - "circumcision on the 8th day."

It is the main cornerstone of the Jewish religion. And further, in fulfillment of this mythical contract concluded between Jehovah God and Abraham, in the same Jewish "Torah" many laws, commandments and decrees are spelled out, which are all formulated in such a way as to show the Jews how it is best for them to "receive the promised", that is how is it best for them to take away from the Canaanites (Slavs) "all the land of Canaan", the Slavic land, given by Jehovah God to the Jews! And also it is written there how the Jews who fulfill the "Mosaic Law" should act with the Canaanites (Slavs).

So, I ask the court to pay close attention to this! In the Jewish "Torah", in particular in "Deuteronomy", which is an integral part of the "Pentateuch of Moses", It is written in black and white that the Jews should destroy the Canaanites (Slavs) little by little! In this case, they should be literally wiped off the face of the earth! Everyone! Including women, babies and the elderly!

Moreover, some people clearly believe, including, obviously, the President of Russia Vladimir Putin, (on whose initiative the Jewish Oral and Written Torah - "Tanakh" was recently included in the list of religious books protected by Russian law) that the genocide of the Canaanites (Slavs) described in the Jewish Torah and the conquest of the Canaan land (Slavic land) by the Jews is completed crimecommitted by Jews in the prehistoric past. However, I have the facts that this continued to this day, a crime, in legal terms.

It follows from this question that even in ancient times the Jews gave the "Gentiles", which were the Slavs, in the eyes of the Jews a terribly negative assessment. Obviously, the Jews gave this terribly negative assessment to the Slavs solely for the purpose that the Jews would not have even the slightest pity for them during the murder of the Slavs.

Meanwhile, in the "Bible" against the background of the black negativity splashed out on the Canaanites (Slavs), there is also a positive assessment of the "pagans", made, however, as if in passing by the Apostle Paul, and indicating that the "pagans" are the most there are normal people:

Such a formulation of the question and such an answer to it, naturally, angered me to the depths of my soul. I opened this magazine to see the commentary on such a shocking statement. I really wanted to know immediately why these people who do not believe in the Jewish God Jehovah should soon be destroyed? And this is what I read there:

Just imagine what the situation was in Russia just before Putin came to power! At the end of the 1990s, a whole army of sectarians walked around the country, who did not explain to anyone who the "Canaanites" or Jews who worship Jehovah (Yahweh) must very soon, in the near future (!) "conquer Canaan" and defeat the "prevailing tribe"!

Now, when I presented to the court an excerpt from the book of the expert linguist A. Ya. Garkavi, who studied the Hebrew writing and concluded that in the Hebrew religious texts the words "Canaanites", "Canaanites", "Canaanite land", "Canaanite language" denote the Slavs, the Slavic land and the Slavic language, I consider it already proven that the Jews were waging a religious war of conquest against the entire Slavic world and Russia in particular.

On this basis, I ask the court to acquit me in the administrative case initiated against me under Article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation on the basis of expert opinions of a linguist and psychologist, which, if there are flagrant facts in my article that reveal the grave continued crimecommitted over and over again by the groups "Jews" and "Jews" were able to see in my Internet publication only signs of an administrative offense on my part in the form of "inciting hatred on ethnic or religious grounds" in relation to these very groups "Jews" and "Jews ".

Dear court, really! From all these glaring facts, it follows that the Jewish religious literature (not only in the Tanakh) contains a clear sequence of the conquest of Canaan, that is, the Slavic land, which we see with our own eyes in this historical moment. And if "Canaan" is the Slavic land, and a plan ("checklist") with clear instructions for its conquest is presented in Jewish literature, then what actions of mine as a sane person who considers himself a Slav would you regard as correct?

Let's talk today about the reasons why the Russian people, the Slavs, live in the world like a scattered flock of sheep left without a shepherd, and the Jews who kill us, the Russians, the Slavs in all available ways, on the contrary, are like a pack of wolves working in harmony during the hunt for sacrifice.

As you can see, on pages 1042 and 1043 Jews were instructed to listen only to prophets from among their own, foreign clairvoyants and prophets are forbidden to listen! They are enemies! They must be killed!

Pay attention once again to this line, which is written in the Torah on page 1043: you banish, they listen to the magi and sorcerers. That is, the Magi were bad for the Jews because they, clearly seeing that the Jews were waging an undeclared war against the Slavic world, warned their people about this terrible threat. That's why they were killed in the first place!

Judge Alexander Viktorovich Luchnik studied all these materials during the trial, and he refused to appoint a religious expert examination, then he retired to make a decision, returned to the courtroom about an hour later and announced his verdict: "… to find Blagin Anton Pavlovich guilty under Article 20.3.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation and to impose a fine on him in the amount of 10 thousand rubles.".

I will receive the written decision of the court on June 13 after 12 noon.

What is the outcome of this trial?

The law enforcement system of the Murmansk region wanted to make me, a writer, a member of the Union of Writers of Russia, an “extremist”, no matter what, no matter what my arguments, and she did it - judge A. V. Luchnik. issued an indictment against me. It turned out that I was punished "for inciting hostility to the ideology and practice of Jewish-Jewish Nazism!"

On the other hand, as a person and as a citizen of Russia, I wanted to prove that "The Jews are waging a religious war of conquest against the entire Slavic world and Russia in particular", and I proved this to all sane people with the help of historical evidence and facts!

And the most important thing for me is that all these three materials, which I presented to the reader above, were attached by the judge to my administrative case, and now I have a chance to prove my innocence on the charges brought against me in higher courts.

If even the Supreme Court of Russia does not acquit me, then I have no doubt that later the Court of History will still acquit me.
