The ugly civilization, built by people on Earth, lifts up, into the leadership, only those who hate Nature. Although they most likely have no hatred of Nature, the word "Nature" is simply not included in their range of concepts. They operate with only one concept - "money", thinking that money is able to buy them air, water, life. However, they also do not have the body they think.

The capital, Moscow, also fell victim to this population of managers. Moscow "democratic" is not a place for people to live, it is a pasture of mafias - construction, transport, garbage, etc. Moscow, having sucked the juices of the whole country, inflated its budget to 2 trillion rubles and turned into a gold can grow ten. Expensive land, expensive housing, expensive office rent: Moscow is the Klondike for scammers. And how Muscovites will live on these mafia hunting grounds - the city authorities do not care. They serve the oligarchs.

After the rule of the "democratic" mayors Popov-Luzhkov-Sobyanin, everything that can be written about Moscow will inevitably fall into the genre of a thriller, a horror movie in the style of Hitchcock.

Kill all living things

On the balcony, we hung a bird feeder every autumn. We liked to wake up to the chirping of sparrows and tits, cheerful or angry if we forgot to add food. This company ate a bucket of millet over the winter. But for several years now, the flock is noticeably thinning. And last year no one arrived and a handful of grains, poured in October, remained lying until spring. And the flocks of sparrows in the yard disappeared.

Biologists explained: if Luzhkov killed Moscow trees, then Sobyanin had already reached the grass. He cut off all Moscow lawns, filled up the living earth with artificial soil, filled it with plastic, tiled it, planted it with transgenic grass, in which no one can live - midges, flies, moths - food for small birds. And the sparrows and tits left the city, and after them the crows flew away. Now in the city there is no chirping, no croaking, only the noise of cars.

In Tyoply Stan, nightingales once sang under our windows in abandoned gardens. Behind the ring road, there were dachas in a green strip, and behind them were forests. Today, instead of gardens, there are garages, instead of dachas, there is a construction market, and instead of forests, there are high-rise buildings in new Moscow along the Kaluga highway. Near the metro, on the site of a clearing overgrown with fragrant sweet clover, ignoring the protests of residents, a high-rise building was built. A myriad of paths, paved with tiles or asphalt, have been laid on the lawns; it is now an inaccessible luxury for a Muscovite to walk along a dirt path. In place of bushes and a grassy lawn, where children played, a pool has grown. Headless parents lead their children to splash in a chlorine bath "for the sake of health" - it's like drinking alcohol to the toast "To health!"

The lawns were cleaned with sadistic cruelty - to the last living blade of grass. In place of the sawn apple trees - horizontal bars on a plastic base. There are so many of them that you can hang the whole area. Artificial green animals have been placed on artificial lawns - deer, penguins, two-meter bears … They look like they are made of grass, but this is a hoax, in fact, they are made of plastic. Tons of plastic poison the already dirty Moscow air. Playgrounds and school stadiums were covered with plastic - a Moscow child has nowhere to run on living earth. He will forget what grass is. And he will see a butterfly and a sparrow only in the picture.

And what air is, he does not know. Instead of air, he has smog.

Gas chamber with flowers - this is Moscow

Here are a few abbreviated quotes from the work "When will Moscow suffocate?"

What will we breathe?

"I can not breathe!" - says every fresh person arriving in Moscow. Licked sidewalks, lawns - all this loses its meaning in a city covered with a dome of suffocating smog.

Moscow is a city without oxygen. Residents of the metropolis constantly experience its shortage, feeling chronic fatigue, weakness, depression. The oxygen concentration in the air is often only 15–18% (with a norm of about 21%). The situation is aggravated by the fact that every 10 years the area of green spaces - the “lungs” of the city - decreases by about 5%. Since 2000, the area of green spaces in Moscow has decreased by almost 700 hectares, and under the "renovation" program (promoted by the construction oligarchy) it is planned to cut 10 times more. Moscow is one of the five dirtiest constituent entities of the Russian Federation in terms of air pollution and wastewater discharges, while city environmental protection costs - only 0.5% of the city budget - are planned to be reduced to 0.3% in the coming years.

Moscow is suffocating because not 12.5 million people, as stated by Rosstat, are drawn here, but all 25 million, while 40 million people are drawn into the life of the Moscow agglomeration, i.e. almost a quarter of the country's population. Mayor Sobyanin himself spoke about this at the Moscow Urban Forum in 2016.

To allow people to breathe, Moscow must be resettled, but the "wise" rulers decided to expand the already huge city. What for? And so that the construction and transport mafia have new profits. Moreover, the expansion goes in the South-West direction, from where the prevailing winds blow. Sobyanin's new initiative, dictated by the interests of the construction oligarchy, is to relocate 15 million villagers to apartments in the new Moscow, because in the countryside, in the opinion of the mayor, they are “superfluous”.

The expansion of Moscow is rapidly driving the city towards total suffocation. Deforestation of the last forests near Moscow, which provided the city with oxygen, the massive construction of high-rise buildings that block ventilation, all this will kill the city in the shortest possible time. The calmness is called “death days” by doctors. The winds are the salvation of Moscow, because annually, 1.3 million tons of poison (nitrogen dioxide, carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide) are thrown into the air of Moscow. One cubic meter of Moscow air contains 7 milligrams of toxic substances. Every Muscovite inhales about 50 kg of poisons annually. Every year four times more people die from dirty air in Moscow than from car accidents - about 3,500 people.

The subway has the same crazy politics as on the surface. The Moscow metro is a gas chamber. It is the deepest in the world, which means it raises blood pressure and automatically causes horror in a person. The Moscow metro is the most stuffy. The renovated sealed cars with poor air conditioning are generally airless chambers.

Information about the oxygen content in the air of the metro is classified as a state secret. But it is clear that with an almost complete lack of ventilation in the cars, especially in the case of a stop in a tunnel, there is nothing to breathe there, and each trip to the subway is a minus a few days of your life, or months, or years.

There are thousands of publications about the poisoned air of Moscow on the Internet. The reaction of the Moscow authorities to this information is zero.

Festivals, fireworks - vendors and clerks

So that Muscovites do not understand that they are being robbed and killed, they must be distracted and entertained, because Moscow is a continuous festivities. The number of hospitals is dwindling, factories, design bureaus and research institutes are being closed, while millions are being burned in fireworks. On the public procurement portal - hundreds of millions for festivals. Let's look at this horror: The Jam Festival cost the budget 152 million rubles, the Easter Gift and Moscow Spring festivals cost 170 million rubles, the Moscow Autumn festival - 48 million rubles, the Moscow Triumphalnaya festival - 52 million rubles, City Day - 340 million rubles.

The number of holidays is growing from year to year. In 2018, there will be more than 50 of them. Yes, the holidays attract tourists, raise the revenue of restaurateurs, hoteliers, souvenir merchants. But the main income goes to the pockets of the recipients of orders from the Moscow government for organizing holidays, decorating the city … Every lawn flower and animal, every wild festive installation puts money in the pockets of officials and their favorites, and at the same time disfigures the city, breaks its historical appearance, spoils the taste of citizens. The guides complain that the real Moscow is almost invisible behind the "decorations". Destruction of the historical image of the city is also ecology, ecology of consciousness. The authorities of the capital want to deprive the Russians of their historical memory. The owners of Moscow really want to turn the city of scientists, designers, skilled workers into a booth with balalaikas for the amusement of tourists.

The labor market in Moscow is rapidly degrading. The most sought-after specialists in the capital are builders, auto business professionals, carriers, restaurateurs, travel agents and a variety of sellers.

The festivals supply mountains of extra rubbish to overcrowded Moscow garbage dumps and new tons of poisonous substances from fireworks into the already poisoned air of Moscow. This is what an ordinary Muscovite gets from festivities.

Climatic weapons - in the capital

Holidays are the main business of the Moscow authorities. And they do not allow anyone or anything to interfere with this business, not even Mother Nature. The use of a heavy climatic weapon - the dispersal of clouds - has become commonplace in Moscow. This weapon is usually used to hit enemy territory, the Moscow authorities are hitting on their own. However, Muscovites are not “their own” for the city authorities.

The dispersal of clouds breaks the normal circulation of water-air currents, causing climatic anomalies. Almost always, after the clouds disperse over Moscow, a particularly strong smog hangs; there are studies by climatologists who believe that this operation was one of the reasons for the heat wave of 2010, which claimed tens of thousands of lives. Roughly intruding into the ecosystem is generally dangerous, and in the context of rapidly developing global warming, especially intense in high latitudes, where Russia is located, it is simply deadly. In addition, each cloud dispersal costs the city budget about half a million rubles.

The horror is that all this is done only for the sake of the mayor showing off at the holiday not in the rain, but under the clear sun, demonstrating his power over everything, even over Nature. This is already a super-horror movie. Here Hitchcock is resting. Here we have to invite psychiatrists.

Dome of evil

When you fly up to Moscow on a plane you won't see the city - it is covered by a gray dome of smog. The dome stretches for tens of kilometers around Moscow. Analyzes show the presence of harmful substances of Moscow origin even at a distance of 50 km from the city. After landing, you find yourself not only under the dome of smog, but also under the dome of noise - it is everywhere in Moscow. Its sources are motor vehicles, construction sites, industrial enterprises, airplanes passing over residential areas … About 70% of the city's territory is located in an area with a noise level above the sanitary standard.

The noise in the metro is even more dangerous, it is more than double the sanitary standard, since the cars run on metal rather than rubber wheels, although everywhere, even in third world countries, rubber wheels are used in the metro. In addition, when rubbing against the rails, steel wheels produce finely dispersed metal dust that is extremely hazardous to health, which is not excreted from the body. The city authorities are not fighting this in any way. Moreover, the noise protection panels that existed on the Okruzhnaya road were removed for some reason.

In 2017, 545 Moscow residents aged 18 to 90 years old were examined, which revealed the following.

39% of Muscovites have high blood pressure.

59% have high cholesterol levels, and in almost half of the surveyed the so-called "bad cholesterol" was elevated, which can lead to the development of atherosclerosis.

78% of women and 70% of men are obese, i.e. metabolic disorders.

57% have diabetes.

42% have respiratory dysfunctions characteristic of smokers.

Why are Muscovites sick?

Because of the dirty air, every Muscovite has the lungs of a heavy smoker. Mayoral candidate Yelena Shuvalova speaks about the danger of toxic dust, which saturates the Moscow air. Sources of dust are factories, the friction of millions of car tires on asphalt, excessively bloated construction, continuous improvement work, in particular, laying tiles …

The statistics of nervous and oncological diseases are growing in the city from year to year. Under the dome of evil that covered Moscow, there is also a high concentration of ozone formed during the decomposition of exhaust gases at high temperatures, and high values of electromagnetic fields. In a word, Moscow is an ecological hell, unsuitable for life.

Elena Shuvalova on the Moscow genocide and ecocide

Today, to allow a person who does not understand environmental problems to participate in elections means killing the city and the townspeople. But the authorities and oligarchs do not care about the city, they are not going to live here. Vaughn Luzhkov, having withdrawn billions from Moscow, lives on alpine grass, breathes clean mountain air, and after arriving in Moscow for a couple of days - the work of his own hands - faints and ends up in the hospital. A former mayor cannot live in his own city - this is the best attestation of the activities of the Moscow authorities.

But the oligarchy and the government officials appointed by him are not going to leave with this abundant meadow. And those who call themselves opponents of the government - the so-called left-wing forces - help them to survive. The Communist Party of the Russian Federation is only called the opposition, it is only in speeches that it dashingly smashes the authorities. In fact, this party is just a political dummy, a clone of EdRa, dressed up in a carnival costume of the people's protector. The main task of the clone is to act out a performance called "democracy", clearly fitting into the general line of power, to gather the protesters and drain their energy into the toilet. The Communist Party of the Russian Federation organizes its participation in any elections in such a way that it does not win in any way - such a role is prescribed by the authorities for this dancer. And the Communist Party of the Russian Federation is diligently playing this role so as not to lose a beautiful Duma salary.

In May, in the primaries of the left forces, declared by the resources of the Communist Party Committee of the Russian Federation and the Left Front, Moscow City Duma deputy Elena Shuvalova won, receiving one and a half times more votes than Maksim Shevchenko, and three times more votes than ex-State Duma deputy Vadim Kumin. But it was this outsider that G. Zyuganov saw as a candidate for mayor of Moscow. It was Kumin who became the nominee of the communist conference by secret ballot. And it's clear why. This absolutely faceless nothing is exactly what the Communist Party functionaries need - he will definitely not win. They put the label “candidate from the people” on him and sent him to lose.

But the leader of the primaries, Elena Anatolyevna Shuvalova, could have defeated Sobyanin, and therefore the pseudo-popular and pseudo-opposition Zyuganovites did not allow her to participate in the elections. Let's hear how, speaking in the Moscow City Duma, she calls the policy of the current Moscow authorities genocide and ecocide and warns: the mayor must be changed in order to prevent a catastrophe.

It is worth getting to know this woman, with her election program, which is salvation for the city. Here are some of its points.

Find research and production points of growth of the city's economy, and not parasitize on the already depleting high cost of Moscow square meters.

To demand that the construction and transport business give the city a significant part of the income and built apartments, and not take funds from it free of charge, feeding off the city budget programs and our taxes.

Develop environmentally friendly public transport.

To impose a ban on construction on the territory of the green fund of the capital, restore this green fund and organize the care of trees and shrubs.

Organize separate collection of garbage, make sure that there is as little garbage as possible.

It is worth looking for a way to lead not greedy nature killers to rule the city, but Elena Shuvalova and a team like her. It is worth going further - not only to limit the density and height of buildings, as suggested by Shuvalova, but to stop all Moscow construction with the exception of socially significant objects, to adopt a package of programs for the resettlement of Moscow.

Dust covering the eyes

The most terrifying chapter of the Moscow horror film is the catastrophic degradation of Muscovites. A resident of a house on the side of the rumbling District Road, yawning, says that he does not notice the noise and goes to drink pressure pills. "There is no dust in Moscow!" - says an asthmatic man from the Garden Ring. “Traffic jams in Moscow are no worse than in any metropolis, besides, Sobyanin builds interchanges," the automobile fan smiles and, breaking his nerves in a traffic jam, kills with a bat a driver who has not yielded to him - the traffic jams have not been reduced. "There is a wonderful ecology in Moscow!" - the proud native Muscovite rejoices and goes to die in an oncological hospital. "How beautiful it has become!" - Crazy Moscow mothers exclaim and drag brightly dressed children to bright playgrounds filled with plastic. They don't seem to smell the poisonous plastic stench?

Exhaust gases make people morons, unable to build relationships of cause and effect, scientists say.

It is easy to work with such a society, throwing dust in its eyes. This is exactly what the current government of Moscow is doing: it creates the illusion of a prosperous city with flowers and flower beds, creates the illusion of universal happiness with festivals and fireworks; creates the illusion of an eternal sun by dispersing the clouds …

Sobyanin spends about 13 billion rubles a year on self-PR from the budget, which is more than the budgets of many cities. The so-called "improvement", in fact, is also self-promotion, designed for people who are not used to thinking, accustomed to gasp: "Oh, how beautiful!" Moscow's annual budget for landscaping is approximately 250 billion rubles. This is 20% more than the city budget for medicine (less than 200 billion), where there are really serious problems. But the appearance of Moscow has never been a problem.

A myriad of flowers were planted on the dead lawns, fastening them even on lampposts, erecting some incredible vases. Endless planting and replanting of flower beds, alteration of newly made curbs and paths - this resembles the behavior of a hysterical who cannot stop and wants more and more magnificently … All this turns Moscow into a permanent construction site that amazes the city with noise and dust. It seems that there is a war going on in Moscow, a war of oligarchs and officials against the townspeople. And the cries of those who exclaim: "Oh, how beautiful everything has become!" Help the continuation of this war!

Very indicative is the purely image project, which the Moscow mayor zealously uses - the Zaryadye park near the Kremlin. Construction costs amounted to RUB 14 billion. This is almost three times more than was foreseen at the beginning of the project (5.5 billion). Why is that? Or were the designers hired illiterate, or were the builders stealing a lot? Some sources believe that the real cost was 25-30 billion rubles. The international competition for the development of the architectural concept of the park was organized by Alexander Mamut's Strelka KB (billionaire, $ 2.5 billion). An international consortium led by the American architectural bureau Diller Scofidio + Renfro was recognized as the winner. The acoustics of the concert hall were created with the assistance of Nagata Acoustics. The general contractor was the Mosinzhproekt JSC owned by the city authorities, General Mars Gazizullin. Note that the Deputy Mayor for Urban Development Policy and Construction - M. Sh.

The construction of the park was carried out entirely at the expense of the budget, i.e.from the pockets of the poor people, who forgot to ask permission to spend for the construction of a senseless but pompous Disneyland. This park - a vulgar bad taste, pop art props, absolutely incompatible with the historical appearance of Moscow - arouses the hatred of the people who destroyed it immediately after opening. A transforming hall equipped with expensive technology, built with the use of precious woods is a luxury that most Muscovites do not need. This construction is aloof from the real needs of the country, it arouses the anger of impoverished Russia. Obese Moscow for a hungry province is generally a hateful subject. And this is the beginning of the disintegration of the country.

On the eve of the mayoral election, the current government issued an order to spend twice as much money on decorating polling stations as in the election of the President of Russia. Throwing dust in the eyes is the main occupation of the Moscow authorities.

There is no doubt that the majority of Muscovites will choose Sobyanin, cooing with delight: "Oh, how beautiful Moscow has become!" And these people will go to die, not even realizing that they themselves have signed their own death warrant. But one day it will even reach those poisoned by exhaust gases: Moscow is a killer city. And it’s dangerous to live here, whether in a khrushcheb or in a penthouse - it doesn’t matter where. And it's dangerous to raise children here.

Moscow: city of suicide, city of murder

The last passerine warning

Do not think that a sparrow is a small and defenseless bird. A sparrow is a worthy part of the biota and it is impossible to remove this part painlessly for the entire biosphere. The famous mass extermination of sparrows in China has resulted in the loss of crops eaten by pests and other troubles. The slain Chinese sparrows are taking revenge for their deaths to this day: the whole of China has become a zone of monstrous ecological catastrophe. And Moscow should hear a formidable sparrow warning: if a city is fatal to sparrows, then it is fatal to humans as well. The question is, are there people in Moscow who are able to hear this sparrow warning? And will they have enough strength to save the city from death?
