So, the Nizhny Novgorod Arbitration Court is seriously taking a decision that allows the local diocese to return part of the debt to contractors for the construction of a boiler room with prayers. Those. a state court assigned a specific financial value to the prayer. The court's decision can be viewed as a cover-up for scammers from the Russian Orthodox Church who impose a false product for real money. But no one sends judges for a psychiatric examination. It never occurs to anyone to close the ROC on the grounds that it is an institution of a foreign state, namely Israel, since Christianity is a branch of Judaism. The ROC does not just interfere in the life of the state, it has grown together with it, which the top officials of the state do not hesitate to demonstrate not only by participating in church services, but also by serious budgetary injections into the ROC. Worst of all, religiosity is forcibly imposed on children. A country where the president walks to churches and kisses priests, mullahs and rabbis should not be expected to move towards progress. The Vatican has already reported that the Pope will receive Putin on 4 July. Millions of people's money will be taken away from real needs and spent on this trip.

The Kremlin's propagandists are demonstrating insanity - one TV presenter regularly gets drunk after the broadcast, another falls right in the studio with a nervous breakdown, Solovyov wheezes in an insane state, "Demons!" and frantically screams "Anathema!" The TV screens are filled with professional liars - TV presenters, and so-called experts running from channel to channel in a flock. They "patriotically" lie, trying hard to portray optimism.

The authorities generously pay the liars, taking away the last money from rapidly impoverished workers who, with their last strength, are trying to save the rest of the life of the country - they bake bread, cultivate the land, heal people, teach children …

"We saw them in the coffin!" - political scientist Mikheev screams on the federal TV channel after the European Parliament adopted a resolution stating that it no longer considers the Russian Federation a strategic partner. This means the statement of the political death of the country. Economically, the Russian Federation is also almost a corpse: the economy of a huge country does not reach 2% of its contribution to the world market. The rate of extinction of the Russian population is growing. Today's RF is an empty territory with a population density of 8, 5 people per square kilometer, on which from the West 500 million overpopulated Europe presses, from the East - overpopulated one and a half billion China. Both of these conglomerates are economically and technologically infinitely superior to Russia. And Russia for them is an enviable storehouse of resources that are running out in Europe and China. Half-dead Russia is being dragged into a war in which it will finally perish.

The Russian Foreign Ministry is working ineffectively, failing to protect the country from sanctions, which cause enormous damage to the economy, although the authorities rattle with cocky ardor that they do not care about the sanctions. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, like the entire system of power of the Russian Federation, is working to destroy the country.

Poverty in the country has grown to a level incompatible with life.

The destruction of science and education continues. The intellectual degradation of the population and of children in particular is growing rapidly. The number of mental illnesses is on the rise. The reason is the exam. Teachers, trying to keep their jobs, go with the flow, become victims of the exam. They thaw their work under the exam, getting used to the thought: it is better to train than to teach to think. The powerful emigration of intellectuals does not stop.

Poverty and social stratification in cities are deliberately destroying social ties. Moscow and other megacities are rapidly turning into Caracas, Rio de Janeiro, with a clear division into prosperous and impoverished criminal areas. And we increasingly see how a crowd of foreigners kills a Russian. It is the government that launches all these processes with its anti-human programs, the purpose of which is banal enrichment on construction contracts of structures whose interests are served by the government.

Power destroys the ecosystem. Having closed more than 80 thousand factories, for thirty years a huge country has lived only at the expense of the predatory extermination of the subsoil.

The main task of the sane government is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. But the authorities do not pay attention to the fact that the temperature is breaking records, two months ahead of the calendar, that porcini mushrooms and honey agarics grew in the Moscow and Leningrad regions in May.

Contrary to the global trend towards green energy, Russia is introducing into its territory foreign production of cars with internal combustion engines, which are exacerbating climate change.

Deforestation continues. Officials for bribes give forests to Chinese lumberjacks in Siberia, in the Arkhangelsk region. The elimination of the forestry service, which caused massive forest fires, turns Russia into a desert, causes soil degradation, and the death of rivers. The pollution of rivers by household and industrial discharges is increasing, because no one - neither the government nor business - wants to spend money on treatment facilities.

The shallowing of the Volga is a formidable sign that neither the authorities nor the majority of the people want to notice. A sharp drop in the level of Lake Baikal, its pollution, the rapid growth of algae turning water into jelly - all these processes will leave Russia without water in the shortest possible time.

The Ministry of Natural Resources legalized the open landfills for the disposal of solid waste for another 4 years. Garbage recycling in the Russian Federation recycles only a few percent, simply turning garbage into granules that have nowhere to go. Moscow rubbish is taken to the provinces, inciting hatred of Moscow, tearing the country apart.

The authorities completely ignore the problem of ecology - this topic was not raised at all at the St. Petersburg Economic Forum in June.

The political, economic, ecological, intellectual death of Russia is approaching

But what is the government doing in these conditions? Launches a wide PR campaign about the unprecedented successes of the arms industry, successes that are hardly possible with the general technical and personnel degradation of the country: Russians are being drawn into the war not only from the outside, but also from within.

Preparing the people for the status of completely controlled slaves, the largest banks of the Russian Federation, including Sberbank and VTB, are introducing mandatory biometrics.

The Ministry of Communications is deploying a powerful 5G mobile communications system to control the behavior of millions of people through microchipping. The Chinese company Huawei will receive huge profits, which, with the permission of the authorities, will deploy a 5G system on the territory of the Russian Federation. The lobbyists of this system simply ignore the harm that it will bring not only to people, but to all living things. They do not take into account that the world's computer systems already consume more than 30% of the world's generated power, i.e. digitalization provokes the growth of energy, which will lead to an increase in greenhouse gas emissions and a jump in global warming - to a climate catastrophe.

Against the background of the failure of solving the problems of basic necessities, there is a massive discussion of digitalization, artificial intelligence - in the country of killed science, all this is just cheap PR.

It is very bad to live in Russia everywhere. Moscow and other megacities are covered with a cap of poisonous smog that kills health. Traffic jams, overcrowding, high cost of housing poison life in large cities. In small towns there is simply no life - no work, money, roads, infrastructure … Dirt, devastation, ugliness - this is the image of Russia.

Nobody likes Russia. Only very backward strata declare themselves patriots, realizing that they are not needed anywhere else. Anyone who can find an application for himself outside the country is fleeing. For thirty years, the emigration of active, highly educated people has reached 11 million people. More than 40% of young people under 25 want to leave the country. The rich have money, children, property abroad. Nobody wants to live in Russia. Russia is not needed by its citizens.

The result is that newcomers are quickly taking over Russia. But the Tajik-Armenian-Chinese mix is no longer Russia. And the Russians are unlikely to find a place in it, especially since the birth rate among the Russians is significantly lower than among the newcomers, and the national rallying of Russians is close to zero.

This is how the extinction of Russians as an ethnic group looks like. And the Russian authorities will organize this process. And the majority of Russians, hiding behind the fences of summer cottages and behind the doors of squalid apartments, do not want to notice anything. So the end is near.

In order to carry out the necessary changes, the country needs energy, or rather a special kind of it. All social transformations, which are behind the real processes for the movement of matter and people, should be associated with energy flows and energy exchange, including the exchange of information between people and social systems.

This relationship was discovered only in 1979 by Lev Nikolaevich Gumilyov. In the book "Ethnogenesis and the Earth's Biosphere" he showed for the first time that, like the living matter of the biosphere, the people have their own internal energy and the vector of force application - the goal-setting of their existence. Gumilev called this energy passionarity, its source is the transformed energy of the living matter of the biosphere. Individual clans and tribes of people can live in harmony with Nature for thousands of years, receiving from it exactly as much energy as is necessary to maintain their vital activity at a minimum level and be content with it.

But, suddenly, a phenomenon that is inexplicable from an ordinary point of view can begin to this day. The passionarity of a group of people begins to grow sharply, increasing during the life of 2-3 generations. In the upward phase, the initial passionarity of an ethnic group can increase many times, which explains why a new people can do a truly titanic job - to conquer neighboring countries, build their material civilization, create an original culture, transform the natural landscape. At the same time, the people themselves endure hardships and suffering, sacrificing the lives of their most active members, who in their sacrifice often do not have time to leave offspring.

All this energy arises from the biosphere and belongs to it. The biosphere concentrates energy reserves in certain regions on the Earth's surface and at a certain time activates it in the form of a passionary impulse to the people living in the biocenosis of the ecosystem located in this geographic zone.

We can not predict either the zone of the next passionary impulse, nor the start time of the impulse of passionarity.

We cannot control the process of birth of new peoples, but we can describe the process of their birth.

All philosophical teachings and prophecies are a reflection of the impulses of the planet's biosphere by the individual consciousness of people. The birth of any social phenomenon is preceded by an embryo - the unification of a certain number of people connected by an interest in any new ideas, concepts, philosophical systems, religious doctrines, art schools. Having begun to act, they enter the historical process, linked by a common historical destiny.

Such a group can become a scientific seminar, a knightly order, a religious sect, a community of monks, an impressionist school, or even a bandit gang. Not each of these groups survives, but with a sufficiently high passionate tension, such a group can form an original ethnic tradition, social institutions arise on the basis of the created tradition, and a new people forms its social organism.

It is quite obvious that Russia and the whole world today face a choice: to perish or to create a new society.

Human society is a system that requires a certain type of energy to maintain itself. The process of social development is impossible without continuous feeding of citizens with new portions of social energy, coordinating their efforts in everyday life.

Thus, society is a "thermodynamic mill", the rotation of the wheel of which is determined by the continuous flow of replacing old ideas with new ones. Consequently - social ideology, it is not only rigid "braces" of society, but also a charge of creative energy, pushing forward the process of social development. Moreover, an idea that has worked out and has given up its energy to society does not forever turn into worthless “ideological rubbish”. After some time, an idea known in the past can be used in a new way by the next generations of citizens in a new capacity.

There are three types of social cohesion - spiritual, ideological and sensual. Accordingly, ideologies can also be classified into three types: religious, patriotic / nationalist, and consumerist. The development of social ideology is also an energetic process, since it is based on thinking, which is one of the processes of human life. And there is only one source of energy for ensuring the vital activity of organisms on Earth - the biosphere.

Russia has gone through a period of religious ideology that binds the people together, based on autocracy, inclined towards missionary work and "holy wars for the faith."

The patriotic ideology of the Soviet Union period was based on the national pride of members of society, who considered this society the most advanced in the world, and on the struggle against external enemies.

In principle, no society can exist without ideology. The assertion that most countries in the world successfully exist without any national idea means that "by default" society always slides towards a consumerist ideology that corresponds to the biological, animal nature of man, as the main consumer of the biosphere. Most of this is taken for granted, and not as a logical semantic construction. But the “charge” of the consumer idea is the lowest, so it cannot provide social progress. We can say that a society imbued exclusively with the ideas of consumerism, replicated by the media and advertising, without the due role of social institutions of education and culture, is one step away from the final decay and transformation into a bunch of egoists who are indifferent to the problems of their country and their people, and even their offspring. That is, it is a poor pragmatic ideology of a dying society.

It seems that the answer to the burning problems of Russia has been found. In its history, one can trace the completion of the complete revolution of the wheel of the "thermodynamic mill". Starting with autocracy and the religious idea “Russia is the third Rome”, going through the collapse of spiritual society in 1917 and the subsequent construction of the Soviet Union with the patriotic idea of the most just society in the world in 1991, followed by the triumph of unbridled consumerism in the new Russia.

It seems that due to the tight connections within the "thermodynamic mill", its wheel, completing a full revolution, will start again from the very beginning, therefore, there is a high probability that this "newborn" will be a society of a spiritual type with a religious ideology! But social thermodynamic processes are often irreversible, just as the movement of a living creature from birth to death is irreversible.

If any form of public safety has worked in the past, there is no guarantee that it will work just as well in the future. Therefore, is it enough when developing a national ideology to follow the already known path, or is it necessary to find something fundamentally new?

An attempt to resurrect religious ideology in Russia fails, degenerating into the immoral consumerism of the ROC functionaries, An attempt to revive the USSR is failing, degenerating into an obscene fight of separate groups of "returnees" who are unable to justify the inhuman methods of organizing "the most just Soviet society."

The conclusion is unambiguous - a new ideology is needed.

Now, if we follow the theory of ethnogenesis according to Gumilev, our ethnos, having survived a phase of breakdown at the peak of passionary energy, when the USSR was created, is in a phase of inertia against the background of a decrease in passionary energy, and a transition to the phase of obscuration is already taking place, when passionary energy falls so much that it is accompanied by either the disappearance of an ethnos as a system, or its transformation into a relic. This phase is characterized by falling into an attempt of passive symbiosis with nature, which is expressed in the development and implementation of numerous projects for the construction of manor-type settlements, in which hardworking residents will be engaged in self-sustaining agriculture.

The phase of obscuration will be followed by the memorial phase of the ethnos, when its individual representatives preserve the cultural tradition, the memory of the heroic deeds of their ancestors in the form of folklore works and legends. The ethnos is encapsulated, or rather its best part, capable of returning to equilibrium interaction with ecosystems. The fashion for historical reconstructions testifies to the fact that the Russians have entered the memorial phase.

All phases of the development of an active civilization were fed by the energy of the biosphere. Therefore, the preservation of natural ecosystems on the territory of Russia, capable of providing energy to a new ideology, is the main guarantee of national revival. But this factor can be eliminated during the economic boom on the basis of outdated industrial technologies. Members of the ethnos, unable, according to the law of the irreversibility of evolution, to return to contact with the biosphere, go over to predation, but it does not save them. Immorality and lawlessness in the cities are the prelude to the massacre of forests and fields. The level of morality of an ethnos is the same phenomenon of the natural process of ethnogenesis, as well as the predatory extermination of living nature.

It is worth considering that the current decline in morals and total corruption in Russia also has an environmental explanation. In this case, it is useless to "treat" them with purely punitive measures and tightening of legislation. You need to start with a new ideology that can ensure the moral relations of people in society, as well as the ethical attitude of society itself to the Earth's biosphere, which is the source of energy necessary for the life of societies, peoples and every person on Earth.

Therefore, the preservation of natural ecosystems on the territory of Russia is the main guarantee of national revival.

L. N. Gumilyov wrote: “For the emergence of a new ethnos, it is necessary to combine two or more landscapes, two or more ethnic groups, two or more“social organisms”. Gumilev saw in natural ecosystems a source of the very biochemical energy necessary for an outbreak of passionarity.

Russia has good starting conditions for a new leap in ethnogenesis - on 65% of the territory, undisturbed natural ecosystems have been preserved. Russia covers entire biomes - tundra, taiga, forests and steppes. On its territory there are untouched terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems, as well as unique natural objects: Lake Baikal, Putorana plateau, Komi forests, Golden Mountains of Altai, Kamchatka Volcanoes, Curonian Spit, Sikhote-Alin, Daurian Steppe, Commander Islands, Vasyugan swamp, Ilmensky mountains, Lena Pillars and many others. Russia is a multi-ethnic country that includes many distinctive peoples with their own unique history. As for the combination of social organisms, at present the society of our country is a fragile symbiosis between the adherents of the capitalist and socialist formations.

All ecosystems and unique natural territories of Russia must be preserved. This and only this is the hope for the revival of our people, society and state - that is, the entire country as a whole. L. N. Gumilyov wrote that “to preserve the ethnos, the activity of leaders and patriots alone is not enough, because passive egoists leave the common cause that their fathers and grandfathers served. They strive to live for themselves at the expense of the state accumulated by their ancestors and in the end, they lose it, just like their lives and their offspring, to whom they leave as a legacy only the hopelessness of historical fate. But the life of an ethnos can last and enter a new phase of recovery, if the surviving passionaries can find an idea that mobilizes people for the revival of the ethnos. Moreover, this idea should be based on high morality, and not on rabid money-grubbing, primitive consumerism.

Gumilyov believed that the fate of an ethnos depends on the state of morality and showed the dependence of the state of the natural environment on the cultural tradition of the people. If the ideology of society acts as a "damper" against nature-destructive management and predatory robbery of the environment, then people will be able to contribute to the evolution of the "society-nature" system. Otherwise, if environmental issues are not present in the mind and in the public picture of the world, then people turn natural landscapes into dead zones, dooming themselves to extinction. From all of the above, it is clear that only an ecological national idea can become the new ideology of the revived Russian society.
