I'll start with the most important thing. I worked at school as a teacher for 35 years, but I have never come across the fact that there is no single state program in any subject, i.e. there are no requirements for the amount of knowledge of students. The teacher writes the work program to himself, but he was not taught this. There are methodologists for this, but they do not draw up programs, they have no time. They check how teachers compiled them.

And do you think they are interested in the content of the program? Far from it! They are interested in the spacing between the lines, the design of the cover and other paperwork rubbish.

If I am a teacher of the Russian language and, for example, do not really like Leo Tolstoy, then I can simply not insert his work into the working program, and, therefore, not study! And no one will notice this, because the main thing is the design. The absence of Gosstandart is insanity at the state level, but for some reason everyone is happy with it.

Now let's talk about textbooks. I can only judge about geography textbooks. The textbooks used by Crimean schoolchildren are a manifestation of complete incompetence in geography. There is no step-by-step scheme for studying the issue according to the principle: from simple to complex. Absolutely chaotic material flow. It seems that the authors are acting on the principle: put everything in a heap, and the student will figure it out himself.

Every time I turned to school geography textbooks, I forgot everything I knew.

The sixth paragraph in the textbook for the 9th grade should be called in the native Russian "Permafrost zones on the territory of the Russian Federation", and there it says - "Frozen Russia"! It was in whose sick head such a definition was born ?! And in the textbook for the 8th there is a paragraph "Exotic of Russia", which includes three completely incompatible regions - the Crimea, the Caucasus, the Far East.

Yes, each of these regions requires at least 4 lessons, but the authors believe that all this can be mastered in one lesson.

And the definition of "human capital", you listen to how it sounds

There is no single textbook for each course, and there are dozens and even hundreds of textbooks themselves. It's just business.

Write a textbook, go through the commission, get the go-ahead, and, therefore, the state order, and - cut the net profit. A parent will refuse a lot, but a textbook for a child will be bought at any price. None of the responsible comrades are interested in what is inside the textbook. Business on the intellectual development of the country - profit above all!

The educator is now the “service staff”. The teacher has always had two directions of activity: teaching and upbringing. So, there is no more education, the school only teaches.

The teacher is required to speak less and listen more and correct the student's answer. Where the student will take knowledge from, no one thinks, they say, it will be necessary - he will find, the Internet is there.

The task of the bureaucratic apparatus is one - to overwhelm the teacher with monstrous paperwork: programs, lesson plans, reports, reports, reports … And - thereby to score, humiliate as a person to such an extent as to discourage any desire for resistance, the desire to think …

You can talk a lot and fiercely about teacher salaries. This cannot be called a salary. That's 101 spits in the face of the teacher. The rotten bureaucratic payment system allows the school administration, at its discretion, to execute someone, to have mercy on someone.

70% of ordinary teachers have a salary and incentive - 12-14 thousand rubles a month, for a minority (30% sycophants and administrative favorites) - 34-36 thousand rubles. And on average, yes, according to statistics, 25 thousand rubles.

Well, the order of the Minister of Education of Crimea, Goncharova, on the compulsory maintenance of lesson plans by all teachers and preserving them for the entire academic year in general, beyond the bounds of good and evil.

And the most important thing is the children. How long they have withstood the reforms, they have held out, and the Internet has crippled them. To be honest, teenagers now smoke 5-7 times less than 10-15 years ago. They don't have time. During breaks they go to cyberspace and play, play …

And the study load has grown significantly, now in the 5th grade 7 lessons is the norm. SES would never have agreed on such a schedule before. From 8.30 to 15.00 - classes, and then - music and art schools, a sports section, a dance club, tutors …

Children are not heard in the courtyards, no one is playing war games, hide and seek, rubber bands, classics. Explain why a child goes to a tutor in 5th grade? Lord, what are we doing? We took childhood away from children, believing that learning is more important.

So what do we have. We have education transformed into a monstrous monster like Saturn, devouring its children. An utterly bureaucratic system. But I remember 1985, when the entire Yalta city council was located in two offices of the city executive committee. Today the city council occupies an entire floor and employees sit on each other's heads, even in the library.

A strange dependence: the fewer children became, the more the state of the city council increased. What is the meaning of the existence of the Gorono? The city health department was removed, so no one noticed that 30-40 bureaucrats-parasites had disappeared.

Schools are financed according to the number of students, a certain amount is allocated from the federal budget for each child. I have an assumption that the city council sits on the teachers' salaries. And not just sitting. Tell me, how many schools in Yalta have paid their teachers a bonus based on the results of a calendar year? And the employees of the city department have been regularly receiving such an award for many years.

In the body of formation, the horono occupies a niche of appendicitis, which must be removed before peritonitis begins.

Now the entire Internet is filled with open letters from teachers, cries of despair from teachers from “let me live” to “hate”. The authorities do not hear or do not want to hear. In vain. If there is no education, the country has no future, despite its "human capital", gas reserves, Topol missiles and victories in Syria.

Hungry and impoverished teachers, who are already sorely lacking today, is a sentence. I never thought that I would live to see such a situation. Bitterly…

Yuri Monastyrev worked all his life as a geography teacher at the Yalta secondary school No. 12. In 1998, when state employees were not paid salaries for six months, he headed the teachers' strike committee, with which the head of the Council of Ministers flew to negotiations.

Last fall, a year and a half before retirement, Monastyrev left school because of humiliatingly low salaries, bureaucratic pressure on teachers and general absurdity. He left quietly, without making a front. The Crimean Education Minister, having learned about this, promised to call him, but she never did. Monastyrev himself called the story about the reasons for his departure "Reflections of a teacher at the blackboard."
