Video: Aldo Costa's gravity wheel - how it works

All tourists visiting France know about the Eiffel Tower and the Champs Elysees. However, few people know that there are no less interesting things there that are not customary to talk about in the media. But truth be told, there is not too much information on the net about them. One of these attractions is the large wheel located behind a private house in Villiers-sur-Morin.
Of course, it is remarkable not only for its size (reminiscent of Ferris wheels), but for the fact that it can rotate (and does!) For many years … itself. No motors or drives. He is stopped only for preventive purposes, and after completing the work, they are “pushed” again. And the wheel is turning! Such is the simple and stunning feature.
The inventor and builder of this unusual mechanism, Aldo Costa, was not stopped by the fundamental laws of physics (and Newton's second law of thermodynamics, which states that perpetual motion is impossible). Costa, 79, has spent five decades and more than $ 200,000 of his own money trying to create a machine that will run on the "free energy" of gravity.
A retired mechanic and self-taught physicist invented his "ever-moving" invention 50 years ago while repairing a wrecked car. Costa drew up a plan for a giant unbalanced wheel. The French authorities blocked the construction of his original plan - wheels with a diameter of 90 meters. But the model, almost 18 meters across, was still built behind Costa's house. Working mostly alone, the inventor produced over 9.5 tons of steel parts to create his model.
Aldo Costa proved with a working model that for the rotation of the gravitational wheel it is necessary to “prepare” the imbalance of the wheel in advance. Leaving the weights in one part at a constant distance, in the other part they must be "shifted" closer to the axis. And then all the work is done by the gravitational field.

The problem of "zero" in the works of Mendeleev
The more I had to think about the nature of chemical elements, the more I deviated both from the classical concept of primary matter, and from the hope of achieving the desired comprehension of the nature of elements by studying electrical and light phenomena, and each time more urgently and more clearly I realized that earlier this or first it is necessary to get a more real idea of the "mass" and of the "ether" than now.
