The teacher happened to work in a government commission appointed to investigate the facts of smuggling of monstrous proportions, revealed during the inspection at the border. This theft was revealed quite by accident. The thing is that one of the border officers was interested in the contents of the well-packed wooden boxes, which in appearance resemble boxes for cartridges weighing more than ten kilograms, according to documents passed as raw materials for the paint and varnish industry with a beautiful name - "Emerald Green".

Imagine the surprise of the customs officers when, after opening one of the boxes, it turned out that the contents fully corresponded to their name - they turned out to be filled with large crystals of Ural emeralds. Emerald, as everyone knows, is a rare gem that belongs to the first category that defines its highest price group. Being cut, its weight is measured in carats (according to the world system of weight measures: 1ct is equal to 0.2 grams, that is, 200 milligrams). The price of a stone is made up of a number of parameters, the most important of which are: weight; color saturation; lack of internal vices. Needless to say, the value of the contents of each of these boxes, filled to the brim with large crystals, many of which were the size of a palm ?!

In the course of the investigation it became clear: the supplies of this "raw material for the paint and varnish industry" of the West by our domestic producers were carried out quite regularly; accompanying documents are prepared in accordance with all requirements; and the European firm of the recipient was not in the slightest doubt. Information on this case, of course, was not subject to wide publicity, especially since all the "threads" of the investigation were drawn to the highest ministerial offices. According to the mood of our narrator, it became clear - the case was clearly one of those when no one was interested in the further course of the investigation, and it became unsafe for the investigators to stir up the "hive" themselves.

The teacher's story touched on the topic of trade in precious stones and metals, the international classification system, and also touched on the general state of affairs in this area. It turned out that the largest deposits of emeralds are located in Colombia and belong to an international monopoly. In terms of quality, Colombian minerals are in many ways inferior to ours. In the case of open supplies of Ural gems to the world market, the price of Colombian gems can be significantly reduced, which is extremely disadvantageous to the world mafia. For this reason, Russia's path to trade on an equal footing is closed. And the amazing beauty of the Ural emeralds can satisfy the needs of only a select few of the highest Russian elite, the smaller their number, the higher the price, and, as a result, respect and envy of many to their owner.

But the extraction of this mineral in our country was still intensively carried out. The fact is that, in terms of chemical composition, emeralds are a strategically important raw material for the defense industry - beryllium ore (Be₃Al₂Si₆O₁₈). Unable to sell Ural emeralds at high world prices for the needs of the jewelry industry, we successfully used them in metallurgy. Here, the beauty of the crystal is no longer needed by anyone, since the main thing is not quality, but quantity, because we are not talking about carats, but kilograms and tons. Extraction of minerals on such a scale is carried out in an explosive manner. The charge and BA-BA-X are laid. Everything that has crumbled is raked up by an excavator and a shovel. Beryl crystals are very fragile, after the explosion, there is no need to talk about any gem quality, since the internal structure of the stones receives many microcracks, which makes their faceting almost impossible. For that, we can trade in beryllium ore in tons, which allows Russia to be the largest raw material exporter.

So, for example, the Baltic countries successfully occupied, at one time, the first place in the trade of non-ferrous metals, which were bought from us for a cheap price. And the London Stock Exchange, which speculates in rare precious metals and does not have its own natural deposits, sets the price, being the legislator in this area. A Russian can only envy the abilities of Western entrepreneurs. For example, natural gas flows to Europe through a gas pipeline, Russia receives mere pennies for it at a fixed price of a contract concluded for the supply over many decades, but as soon as it crosses the border, the cartel sells goods for its citizens at prices dozens of times higher than purchasing prices, having fabulous fat.

But some kind of spit on the world map - Israel, receives three times more profit from the sale of Russian diamonds than a country that owns the largest diamond deposits, invests colossal efforts in their development and production, ruining its ecology, opening a kimberlite pipe, as if ripping open the womb of mother earth. And all in order to get the unfortunate mineral, because Israeli monopolists give good money for it. And after the diamond crystals have been cut, the value of a diamond triples, settling in the pockets of the moneybags. The world-renowned strategic investor is De Beers, the most powerful producer and monopoly on the world diamond market. Russia is linked to this company by a multi-year agreement on the annual sale of diamonds for more than 550 million US dollars.

It is worth paying special attention to the method, during the implementation of which all the property, all the wealth of the country were to find their new overseas masters overnight. This method is old and simple, as a millennium ago through the exaltation of princely power and the concentration of wealth in the same hands, and nowadays: by creating effective managers and transferring to them all national property under the resounding name - privatization. And the more nimble, it was assumed, the newly-made oligarchs would act, raking up the country's property, without disdaining any methods (bribery of government officials, raider seizure and the services of a hitman), the easier it will become in the future for the organizers of the new world order to deal with them. One fine day, declare their economic sanctions against them with the complete confiscation of all accounts and assets. And the manipulation of public opinion in the controlled media will create a storm of public anger, outraged by the corruption of officials, the complete powerlessness of the authorities in the fight against the excessive appetite of the oligarchs.

If the numerous phlegm of the people, frozen in front of the TV screens, cannot be shaken for open protest actions, then the main stake in these intentions is always placed on young people who are light on their feet and acutely reacting to any social injustice, but, in the absence of life experience, very amenable to someone else's influence. The social unrest caused in this way and numerous facts of flagrant violation of international norms will push the world community to the idea of restoring order now by the forces of peacekeepers, in the role of which the United States of America acts everywhere - the guarantors of democracy and respect for human rights throughout the world, especially in places rich in natural resources … And people, tired of troubles and devastation, should not think about anything except the long-awaited peace and stability. They will be glad to any stranger uncle who could bring peace and order to their house. But, at the same time, they will not even guess that this house is no longer theirs. And sooner or later, the new owner will present his rights.
