4. Start your day with a massage on your fingers, ears and eyes. This restores blood circulation after sleep, and your main illnesses arise from its disturbance.

5. Be sure to massage your scalp with your fingers for a few minutes and repeat in the evening. Then, tilting your head with the body below the belt, brush your hair several times in one direction and then in the opposite direction. Your hair will fall out less in a few months.

6. Use clean fingers to massage the gums well, then with a toothbrush, preferably soft, brush your teeth and massage the gums. You can eliminate the use of toothpaste altogether. Toothpaste is a tribute to advertising and a habit, but in fact it is more likely to harm your body. If you smoke or drink coffee often, and you are worried about the gloomy color of your teeth, you can additionally brush them with tooth powder in the morning, preferably without any additives.

7. Be sure to do exercises for the eyes, various movements, namely with the eyes, spend a few minutes on this in the morning and preferably repeat several times during the day. Your vision deteriorates only because you do not live like in nature, your eyes practically do not move, the eye muscles stop working and lose their elasticity, from your continuous gaze at the monitor all day.

8. A person should sweat thoroughly at least once a day, it doesn't matter if you run, do exercises or chop wood, for example.

9. If you are active in the morning, then breakfast should be more abundant than lunch. It is advisable to ignore dinner if possible. Before breakfast, it is advisable to drink a teaspoon of cold-pressed oil, the benefits of both the intestines and the whole body.

10. It is better, of course, to predominantly and constantly consume vegetables, fruits, cereals, nuts and berries. Slightly less often are dairy products and sea fish, as well as river and lake fish grown in natural conditions. It is advisable not to eat meat, especially after forty-five years, since at this age it practically ceases to be absorbed by the body. If you eat meat, try to make it lamb or veal, this is what is still natural, it is advisable to eat it boiled. All kinds of sweets and pastries destroy your health, but if you still have a lot of it, and the craving for sweets is strong, then of course you can pamper yourself, at least until the time when serious health problems begin. Although if you eat food from the supermarket, and there is nothing natural except cereals and sugar, then you don't care and you can just take note of this part of the rules.

11. Try not to litter your mind with unnecessary, and basically meaningless, information that television obtrusively offers you. The main task of modern television is the destruction of morality and spiritual foundations of our society, through the destruction of the family through all kinds of entertainment programs. A secondary task, through the constant broadcasting of cruelty, murder, man-made and natural disasters, in the news, to keep your mind in an agitated state. And this, in turn, allows you to easily manipulate your mind when holding numerous elections or simply by means of advertising to force you to buy you unnecessary things, or simply not high-quality things. If you cannot give up television altogether, try to watch only educational programs or feature films, preferably without violence and vulgarity. All this will bring you the predominance of positive emotions in your mind, and, as a result, health improvement.

12. Where you work, try to be like water, that is, to move forward without offering resistance. Do not make people neither enemies nor friends at work. Perceive it as a game, remember that emotions in the game only get in the way. Keep your mind and soul as calm as possible.

13. It is advisable not to use any alcoholic poisons, but if you cannot refuse, it is better to use dry wines. If you drink, at least abstain from beer, this is still an abomination today, so that producers do not write about it there. I would especially not recommend beer to men, unless of course they are still interested in girls.

14. Try every day, at least a little, to walk barefoot on the ground. Anyway, move more. If you sit at work all day, then at least squat from time to time, this is especially important for men, for good blood circulation in the prostate.

15. Don't overeat. Try to refrain from fried, fatty, smoked, canned, or sweet foods.

16. Don't forget to go to the Russian bath every week. You need to go to the bathhouse after eating three hours before it. You don't need to eat in the bathhouse itself, but you need to drink a lot, preferably plain water, you can use natural fruit drinks, uzvars, juices.
