1. Before your important orders, think them over carefully, understanding the meaning, goals, stages of implementation and the resources necessary for this. Be sure to control the stages of execution of your order by employees.

2. Before making a decision, let all subordinates speak, then think over the most interesting and sensible proposals and, on the basis of them, your experience and your thoughts, make a decision.

3. If possible, announce your decisions the next day so that emotions go away, and there was an opportunity to evaluate this decision in cold blood.

4. Admit your mistakes. If, in the process of executing your decision, you yourself discover the erroneous decision or your subordinates tell you this, take a break, think it over well, make a new decision, publicly admit your mistake, listen to your subordinates, if necessary, mentally correct your decision and announce the new decision to the subordinates.

5. Be sure to publicly encourage with a kind word or reward the diligence and conscientiousness of the employee, his initiative in work and the desire to grow professional skills.

6. Necessarily punish dishonesty, laziness and non-observance of orders, increasing the degree of punishment if violations are repeated, but at the same time strive to be fair.

7. Strive to never do anything yourself for your subordinates, your task is to be able to make, and it is better to motivate your subordinates to do all the work necessary for you and your company.

10. Be sure to enter the reporting of your employees, if there is no objective opportunity to do this on a daily basis, then weekly reports are simply required. Moreover, reporting in electronic (written) form is preferable to oral, as it makes the subordinate more balanced and thoughtful about the transfer of information to his manager.

11. You should try to recheck the information you receive from your subordinates, if possible, from other sources.

12. Be sure to hold general meetings of the team, if not weekly, then monthly to summarize the results, and be sure to let each employee express himself in advance on current problems that prevent them from solving the tasks set by you.

Reduce, to the really occupied place in the team, arrogant, their arrogance will interfere with the formation of a team of like-minded people. Highlight and separately reward employees who have strategic understanding and be sure to think carefully about their advice. Employees who are hostile to you, try to win over to your side by trying to find out the reasons for their hostility, and, if possible, eliminate them. If this is not possible, dismiss such a person, and by dismissing him, forget about him right away.

14. Know or write down the dates of birthdays, anniversaries and other important dates of subordinates and be sure to publicly congratulate them, even while on a business trip, find time and call back or at least send SMS. Congratulating subordinates on the holiday, by sending SMS, be sure to indicate the name and patronymic of the employee, connect the congratulations, if possible, with something personal or significant for the subordinate, or do not congratulate at all, there is nothing worse than dryness and formal congratulations from the head.

15. Keep your distance from your subordinate, but try not to be arrogant or gloomy.

sixteen. Do not meddle, if you are not asked, into the personal life of subordinates, neither with conversations, nor with help. And never start friendly or even friendly relations with subordinates.

18. Do not always tell your subordinates what you know, but always be well aware of what you are telling them.
