The study of the modern geoglyph led to unexpected conclusions, which lined up in a fairly harmonious and logical system.

A year ago, a riddle from a small note on the Memocode website served as one of the main reasons that awakened Afanisy Kapli's diary to Life. Over the course of this year, as the geolining data set accumulated, the Lanzarote rebus acquired more and more details until a coherent and fairly complete system of markers and relationships was formed, which will be presented in this work. Yes, readers will forgive for the rather large volume of the post (despite the strict selection), but information about the Spear, the Notch and the Pole cannot be broken into several parts, it should be taken comprehensively, in one fell swoop.

Perhaps this is just the beginning. The Lanzarote rebus can hold many more surprises.

I. Spear

The English Wiki about Lanzarote is quite detailed.

Between 2000 and 2006, an unusual geoglyph appeared on the slope of a coastal hill in the southern part of the island. Local sites did not disregard this sign, but they did not convey any intelligible information about the origin and meaning of the Lanasarote arrow, as it was called. The figure was created using technology similar to which the Nazca geoglyphs were drawn - dark stones thrown from a lighter sandy surface. As the locals write, at present the geoglyph is gradually being erased due to natural erosion and tourists trampling there. But he did his job.

Lanzarote Island is named after the first European colonist of modern times Lanzerotto Malocello. Vicki states that Lanzerotto is the Italian form of the proper name Lancelot.

But, lanza in spanish means "a spear" (from Latin lancea - spear), and rote can be translated as "rotating", "mechanical" (Spanish verb rotar - to rotate). At the same time in German "lanze rote" sounds like "spear red", which suggests the spear of the centurion Longinus, which he thrust into the hypochondrium of Jesus Christ crucified on Calvary.

Image

Based on this "arrow of Lanzarote" still worth mentioning "spear of Lanzarote".

Lanzarote's spear is exactly 100 meters long and is directed north-west-west. In the first approximation, the Spear points to the Great Pyramid, but "smears" 13 km to the north. Then the line of the Great Circle (BC), built in the direction set by the Spear, crosses the Arabian Peninsula, the capital of Qatar, Doha, the capital of the Emirates of Abu Dhabi, northern Oman, crosses the southern part of Hindustan, Sumatra, several small islands of Indonesia, northern Australia, crosses the southern Pacific ocean, Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela and across the Atlantic returns to the Canary Islands. Apart from the two capitals of the Gulf and the pyramids of Guimar on the Canary island of Tenerife, there is not much to catch on. Specific markers are needed. And they are.

BC Spears crosses the Tropic of Cancer in the mountains of northern Oman at a distance of exactly 7000 kilometers from the geoglyph. In this case, "exactly" means exactly 7000, 000 km without errors and tolerances. At this point, there is a remarkable geological formation - the Sidak gorge, about which the next section, but for now there are several markers confirming that the Spear points to this particular object.

First of all, the Great Pyramid. The point of the line of the Spear on the abeam of the pyramids of Giza exactly divides the segment Lance - Tropic of Cancer in the proportion of the Golden Section.

7000 km / 1, 618034 = 4326, 24 km 7000 km = 4326, 24 km φ 2673, 76 km

Another marker. The Lance Line runs through the sea palace of the Emir of Qatar. The building has a very specific shape. Please note that the adjacent street is perpendicular to our line, and the building near the car park is precisely oriented towards Lanzarote:

Image
Image

The intricate drawing of the geoglyph also correlates with the geography of objects along the line of the Spear.

Doha with the Emir's palace is located in the inner corner of the "tip" of the Spear. Giza with pyramids - on the crossbar of the "trasportir". The recognizable Star of David is to the right of Jerusalem. The middle of the line and the second point of the Golden Section are also located at the key nodes of the picture. An irregular diamond indicates the Greenwich meridian.

It is possible that all the elements of the Spear carry certain meanings that have yet to be deciphered. In the meantime, consider the place where the geoglyph points.

Sidaq gorge, let's call it Nick.

The notch cuts the Murry Anticline, a sandstone ridge. Located among the vast ophiolite complex of Oman. From the east, a small massif of chalk rocks adjoins the Murry anticline. Along the western border between the anticline and the ophiolite massif, the wadi Bani Ghafir stretches, which originates in the Jebel Akhdar mountains and is lost among the sedimentary rocks of the vast coastal valley of Al Batina.

Image
Image

How did it happen that a mountain river abruptly changes direction at right angles and cuts through a mountain range 500 m high from the channel level?

Image
Image

Geology Professor Chuck Bailey, College of William and Mary, Williamsburg, VA, USA, describes the origins of Sidak Gorge.

Image
Image

In regions with active tectonics, prone to earthquakes (for example, Iran, Taiwan, and parts of eastern Washington state), anticlinal ridges are formed in our time. In some cases, the preexisting streams there remain in the same place, cutting their way through the rising rocks.

All in all, the magnificent geological structures of Oman were formed approximately 75-50 million years ago. Oman is currently blessed with relatively modest seismic activity.

These old geologic structures themselves offer a clue, recall that ophiolites originated deep in the mantle and were squeezed over Cretaceous limestones. At some point in the geological past, only ophiolites were present on the surface of the Earth, while limestones were still deep within the earth. It is possible that the ancient wadi Bani Ghafir created its original channel in the ophiolite area, which later overlapped the limestones, and erosion revealed the layers located under the fault.

Image
Image

Like many streams, the profile of the wadi Bani Gafir is steep in the upper reaches and more gentle in the lower reaches, but a noticeable sill has formed across the anticlinal ridge in the gorge. Rapids usually form where streams cross more fracture-resistant rocks. During a flood, the Sidak Gorge should be an impressive sight, because the bottom of the gorge looks terrifying - heaps of limestone the size of a house.

Dispatches from Oman: Juxtaposition

Murry's anticline at GigaPan (great panorama by the author of the articles, clickable):

Image
Image

In short, an ancient stream flowed through the ophiolite massif. Then a rift occurred, through which less dense layers of sandstone began to rise, forming the Murry anticline. The stream was so stubborn that it did not want to change direction and for millions of years gnawed through the rising ridge of the channel in its original place.

Have you ever heard a tighter explanation? Millions of years pass, the earth's crust breaks, mountains rise, and a small stream continues to stubbornly keep its direction! However, geologists know better.

And it is also surprising how the stream overcomes more than a hundred-meter hump in the middle of the gorge:

Image
Image

Let's leave the cause and mechanism of the notch occurrence and start studying its properties from the point of view of geolining.

Properties

Several undeniable markers.

1. Tropic of Cancer

First of all, of course, the Tropic of Cancer. The middle of the Zarubka, according to google earth, ~ 500 m south of the Tropic of Cancer.

Image
Image

If anything, 500 m on a planetary scale is ~ 1 / 20,000 of a quarter of the Great Circle. It should also be borne in mind that the concepts of "tropic" and "polar circle" are rather blurred, due to the fact that the disk of the Sun has a quite tangible angular size in the sky, which means that the tropic and polar circles are not so much lines as stripes of a quite definite size on the surface of the planet. To this can be added the "bumpiness" of the Earth's surface, the imperfection of the geoid. Thus, given the accuracy in thousandths of a percent, the incomprehensible tolerance of Google earth and the precession of the Earth's axis, the location of the Notch exactly on the Tropic of Cancer can be considered quite convincing.

2. Lance of Lanzarote

As we have already seen, the Spear of Lanzarote more than specifically points to the Notch: firstly by direction, secondly by distance. Exactly 7000 km from the tip of the Spear to the bottom of the gorge.

Image
Image

We remember that the kilometer was not taken from the ceiling. Its size is reasonably based on the Golden Ratio and the geometric dimensions of the geoid. And the seven is not the last in a row of 10 digits in our digital counting system.

3. Islamabad

The main avenue, stretching 8, 5 km from the presidential palace through the entire new city (Jinnah Avenue), is directed exactly to Zarubka. The new capital of the young, completely artificial state of Pakistan was built from scratch in the 60s of the 20th century. The designers of Islamabad intuitively, and perhaps quite consciously, understood where to direct the axis of the main street of the new capital. Check the accuracy within the same hundreds of meters for almost two thousand kilometers.

Image
Image

Jinnah Avenue and the "sight" at the end of the avenue.

Image
Image

More markers, not as convincing as the first three, but also quite eloquent.

4. Mount Kerion

The distance from Zarubka to Mount Kerion, Algeria is ~ 5010 km, which is ~ 45 ° (1/8) from BC.

Image
Image

5. Antananarivo

More on this marker below, but relevant here too. From the bottom of the Zarubka to the Monument exactly 4800 km. Nice number, agree.

Image
Image

The following markers are the relationship of the Notch with the modern coordinate system and, in particular, with the zero Greenwich meridian *.

6. Ecliptic

The Great Circle passing through the Notch point on the Tropic of Cancer and the point opposite to it on the Tropic of Capricorn, tangent to the tropics, is an ecliptic line and is divided into four equal parts at the intersection of the equator and the touch points of the tropics. Absolutely obvious.

However, it is worth taking a look at some possibly old maps of the world (clickable).

Image
Image
Image
Image

These maps show an indistinct prime meridian running west of the Canary Islands but east of the Capo Verde Islands. There are many more such maps with a similar ecliptic line, clearly passing through the Notch, you can google.

7. BC Lanzarote - Notch

Theorem. Any point on the tropic corresponds to the only point through which the BC can be drawn, dividing the Earth's Sphere into four equal sectors by meridians through the poles and intersection points of this BC and the tropics. It will not be possible to prove it mathematically, because the author is more a lyricist than a physicist.

Everything was obvious with the Ecliptic. And this Great Circle (Lanzarote-Notch) also divides the Earth into 4 equal sectors at the points of intersection of the meridians with the tropics through the poles. It sounds pretty confusing, but it's easy to understand by looking at the picture:

Image
Image

8. Zero meridian

The next very important marker. If we connect the straight line Notch and a point with coordinates 0 ° 0 ° (the intersection of the Greenwich meridian and the Equator), then the resulting segment will be exactly 1/6 of the Great Circle. That is, the BC through the Notch and 0 ° 0 ° is divided by the points of intersection with the tropics and the Equator into 6 equal parts with an accuracy of 5-11 km (0, 1-0, 2%).

BC length at this latitude = 40060.7 km;

40060, 7 km / 6 = 6676, 8 km = (Notch, 0 ° 0 °)

If we connect the Notch with the point 66 ° 33'44 "С 0 ° 0'0" В (intersection of the Greenwich meridian and the Arctic Circle), then we get a segment 6197.7 km long. This is the Golden Section (φ) from 1/4 BK with an accuracy of ~ 11 km (~ 0.2%).

6197.7 * 1.618034 = 10028.1 ~ 1/4 BC

Image
Image

Thus, we see that in the position of the Notch itself, the modern angle of inclination of the axis and, through the intersection of the prime meridian and the equator, the position of the poles are encoded.

But, surprisingly, the Notch is still connected with the future North Pole and, moreover, with all past and future poles according to the Memocode.

First, let's determine the exact position of the next joint venture.

III. Pole

Memocode placed the alleged SP + 1 in the north of Oregon at a point on the line of odd poles at a distance from SP1 equal to the distances SP1-SP3 and SP3-SP5.

Let's take a closer look at what is interesting around this point.

Near the town of Maryhill, on a slope above the Columbia River, there is an interesting object.

45 ° 41'39.71 "N 120 ° 48'21.68" W

Image
Image

The axis of the building is oriented towards the sunrise at the summer solstice. Officially, this replica of Stonehenge is a memorial to the First World War. The construction of a concrete monument was started in 1918 in memory of the soldiers from the Klikidat district who died in the then ongoing war. Construction was completed in 1929. The customer, Samuel Hill, a businessman and Quaker, enjoyed the completed memorial and died in 1931. Interestingly, the monument was located in the center of what was then Maryhill, which was later completely burned down. Now the monument stands on an open area of an empty slope with a wonderful view of Colombia. And modern Maryhill is a few houses on the very bank of the river.

Here are some markers that are impressive in their precision in pointing to this Stonehenge (PC) line.

1. Antananarivo

In the center of the capital of Madagascar there is a large pond (it was built by some Frenchman for his textile factory) - Lake Anosi. In the middle of the reservoir there is a monument, a memorial to those killed in WWII (Monuments Aux Morts). Locals call him "black angel". It is difficult to judge from the photographs, but it seems that the base of the monument (the walls of the oval island) is much older than the monument itself. However, this is speculation. The city itself is extremely interesting for its developed system of canals, distinctive architecture and is worthy of careful study.

Image
Image

(clickable)

The embankment laid to the island surprises with its complete isolation to anything in the city; it is also illogical that the embankment was not laid along the shortest path to the coast. The embankment is precisely directed towards the Stonehenge replica at Maryhill.

Image
Image

2. Baghdad

Baghdad also has a memorial to the victims - a monument to the Unknown Soldier. An amazing structure, also worthy of careful study.

This is how the Wikimapia describes it:

The Monument to the Unknown Soldier is said to be inspired by the glorification of the martyrs of the Iran-Iraq War. What many think of as a flying saucer frozen in flight is a traditional shield (DIRA). There is a museum under the monument. The artificial hill, 250 m in diameter, has a conical shape, surrounded by rays and covered with marble. Red granite reinforces the elliptical platforms leading to the dome. The flag is made of steel and completely covered with Murano glass. The dome with a diameter of 42 m is tilted at an angle of 12 degrees.

Image
Image

Saddam was a great entertainer. But the memorial looks even more amazing from above. It looks like some kind of fantastic device.

The light triangle, you guessed it, points exactly to the Maryhill Stonehenge.

Image
Image

Moreover, the distance between the monuments is 11,131.9 km, which is exactly 100 °, taking into account the length of a degree at a given latitude.

3. Elbrus

Image
Image

The distance from RS to the Elbrus Summit is 10002, 3 km. This is exactly 1/4 of the Great Circle, close to the meridian.

Elbrus - a marker of the future equator?

4. Zero meridian

Stonehenge's replica at Maryhill is also linked to the existing coordinate system.

A point with zero coordinates (the intersection of the Greenwich meridian and the Equator) divides half of the great circle passing through pC and anti pC (that is, the future meridian) in the proportion of the Golden Section with an accuracy of ~ 25 km (all the same ~ 0.2%).

рС - 0 ° 0 ° - anti рС = 20017.7 km / 1, 618034 = 12371.6 km

рС - 0 ° 0 ° = 12346, 1 km

Image
Image

And finally, we connect the Stonehenge replica system and the Notch system.

5. Notch and RS

The notch, as well as the 0 ° 0 ° point, divides the future meridian (segment pC - anti pC) in the proportion of the Golden Section with an accuracy of ~ 20 km.

Image
Image

рС - Zarubka - anti рС = 20003, 9 km / 1, 618034 = 12363, 1 km

рС - Zarubka = 12344, 4 km

6. Protopoles

Let us briefly recall the Memocode pole system. Past (and future) poles add up into two lines - a line of "even" poles and a line of "odd" poles. The current pole, zero, lies on an even line, the next on an odd line.

Image
Image

(click on the picture to go to the Memocode website)

These lines form two BCs, intersecting at two points, which can be designated as the western protopole (WSP) and the eastern protopole (WFP).

Two markers linking the protopoles to the system described above:

- The meridians passing through the protopoles are divided by them in the proportion of the Golden Section.

ZPP - SP0 = 12363, 0 km f 7640, 8 km = SP0 - runway

12363, 0 km + 7640, 8 km = 20003, 8 km - the length of the meridian

- The notch is equidistant from both protopoles.

ZPP - Zarubka = 10013, 8 km = Zarubka - runway

10013, 8 * 4 = 40055, 2 km - BC length

Image
Image

The angle between the two BC: (ZPP - SP0 - runway) and (ZPP - Notch - runway) is 64, 75 °.

Almost the same angle (64, 79 °) between the two BCs described above, (рС - 0 ° 0 ° - anti рС) and (рС - Zarubka - anti рС)

Image
Image

And the last marker, Baghdad again. Another monument of the Hussein era, Al Shahid, and again in memory of those killed in the war with Iran. Except for a small street next to the monument, this direction is not tied to anything in the city. Definitely Saddam knew something.

Image
Image

Lyrical digression

The positions of the past poles, calculated from the axial axes of historical objects, are rather arbitrary and have errors of tens or even hundreds of kilometers. Moreover, the change of poles could be accompanied by a shift of continental plates and even a change in the size of the planet, which means that the "sight" of the axial objects had to go astray. Thus, the "zigzag" of poles on the Memocode diagram most likely reflects not the real positions of the past poles, but a certain image, the principle of periodic movement of the poles. Based on these assumptions, it does not make much sense to consider the directions of axial objects created before the last Move, they no longer "work". Much more attention should be paid to modern facilities, not older than 200, maximum 300 years.

Conclusion

The geoglyph "Lance of Lanzarote" points to the "Notch" object. Notch - a node in which the current coordinate system and the coordinate system of the future position of the poles (according to Memocode) are encoded. The key to this code is the Golden Ratio. The encoding is confirmed by a variety of geomarkers with an accuracy of 0.2%, practically within the Google Earth error for the global scale. The origin of these markers is limited to the last two centuries (guaranteed after the last Move), including the prime Grievich meridian and excluding the Great Pyramid.

Even if the theory of periodic pole change according to Memocode is unfounded, the system described in the article, in the author's opinion, is simply beautiful. And beauty is never meaningless.

And, yes, there are no accidents.
