The Almaty artist Alexander Zhukov-Tao is well known among the spiritually seeking people of Kazakhstan. Twice he came to Taldykorgan with an exhibition of his paintings and, undoubtedly, left his mark on the soul of each of us.
An extraordinary person with deep intuition, generosity and surprisingly bright perception of the world, he became a Friend and Mentor for many of us. I often hear, especially recently, how many people complain that before life was better, there was order in the country and people were kinder. They are partly right, but I do not share their pessimism. We create our life ourselves, and if we see only the bad in our life, then it will be so. Quite certain forces, acting purposefully, brought chaos and the cult of violence into our lives, imposed on us a model of crowd-elite existence, divided into slaves and masters. Our life will not change one iota as long as we are satisfied with it.
That is why now it is so important for every person to rethink their existence, to stop “going with the flow”. Striving for the beautiful, spirituality, the containment of many truths - this is the saving thread leading to a better existence.
Our spirituality will not be narrowly sectarian, it will not be a prohibitive set of dogmas, it will not be out of touch with reality and "hovering in the clouds" because Will and Action applied to life will lead to results. Let our deeds speak for us. Nicholas Roerich once said: "Synthesis is commanded in everything."
My friend and mentor Alexander Zhukov confirms this truth every day - with his creativity, helping people. He created his own world and this world is divine. His paintings are like icons, like windows to the transcendental worlds: they bring blessing and joy to every heart open to beauty. One of his paintings is called “Grace”.
From the paintings of Tao, Buddha and Krishna, Jesus Christ and the Prophet Muhammad, Maitreya and the Mother of the World look at us. Many stars shine in the sky and each of them is the sun. For many thousands, and maybe millions of years of human existence on Earth, Teachers and prophets have always appeared. Each of them knew his truth and announced it to the world. Each has its own truth, but they are all one. Infinity cannot be expressed unambiguously. The endless multidimensional Cosmos is so grandiose in the infinity of its manifestations - just like the Essence of Man in the realization of his world inventions - that attempts to declare one religion as "the most correct" are simply ridiculous. Wisdom contains everything.
Alexander Zhukov has many friends. Christians and Muslims, Hare Krishnas and Bahá'ís come to him … And each receives his own revelation. The White Lama Viktor Vostokov also visited Tao. And Alexander gave him … a sword. Spirit Sword.
