Petro removes a gun from the wall of the hut and is going somewhere.

- Where are you, Petro, zybravsi? his wife asks.

- Well, how are you getting there?

- And why are you?

Most ordinary people assume that Ukraine gave up all of its nuclear weapons in the 1990s, immediately after the collapse of the USSR. We are being led to this from TV screens, referring to some agreements and official documents signed by the heads of many states, including the Budapest Memorandum. Perhaps, and I would have continued to believe this, if I had not carefully examined the pictures of the explosions in the Ukrainian Balakleya, which occurred during a fire in army warehouses in March 2017. What I saw convinced me that there was an explosion of a nuclear weapon that went off under an unidentified protocol.

The nuclei of some isotopes of radioactive elements (plutonium, californium, uranium and others) are capable of decay, while capturing a neutron. After that, two or three more neutrons are released. The destruction of the nucleus of one atom under ideal conditions can lead to the decay of two or three more, which, in turn, can initiate other atoms. Etc. An avalanche-like process of destruction of an increasing number of nuclei with the release of a gigantic amount of energy of breaking atomic bonds takes place. In an explosion, huge energies are released in an ultra-short period of time. This happens at one point. That is, a large amount of electrical energy is released in several of its forms at once. This is approximately how the material world was created from neutral ether at the beginning of time. To put it simply, a short circuit of the short-circuit spark was created from which the ether began to degenerate into a substance, which we now call the material world.

To initiate the onset of a chain reaction, it is necessary that the amount of radioactive substance exceeds the critical mass. Obviously, you need to take several parts of uranium or plutonium and combine into one whole. However, to cause an atomic bomb to explode, this is not enough, because the reaction will stop before enough energy is released, or the process will proceed slowly. In order to achieve success, it is necessary not only to exceed the critical mass of a substance, but to do it in an extremely short period of time. It is best to use multiple critical masses. This is achieved through the use of other explosives. Moreover, fast and slow explosives alternate.

This is what is called a routine nuclear explosion protocol. If it is violated, the technology of the production itself is violated, which means that there are no prerequisites for achieving success, since the spectrum of alternating explosive fillings of different speeds is a state secret. It is not difficult to create a nuclear bomb, its principle is known to many. The task is different - to keep the chain reaction until the release of a sufficient amount of energy, when the process of degeneration of matter becomes irreversible.

That is, if a nuclear weapon is incorrectly detonated, a partial nuclear reaction is possible, which will attenuate and will not perform the specified function. Simply put, the radioactive substance will simply scatter into dust like any other brick caught in the epicenter of a powerful explosion of conventional ammunition. In general, any radioactive element resembles a supersaturated solution in chemistry, when, when salt enters, its crystallization begins. Only, here, the opposite is true.

The sudden firing of Tom Countryman from the US State Department has its own background. To begin with, I will explain what kind of person he is.

The Undersecretary of State for Arms Control and International Security is responsible for US policy on nuclear nonproliferation, international and regional security, and arms control. This post has been held since October 2016 by Thomas Countryman. Three Assistant Secretaries of State were subordinate to him. The position is purely technical, and therefore, during the changes in the White House, these people were not particularly touched.

So this Countryrimer, Assistant Secretary of State for International Security and Nonproliferation Thomas Countryman, spoke at the permanent mission of Ukraine to the UN on the occasion of the 20th anniversary since Ukraine gave up its nuclear arsenal. Countryman noted the great merits of Ukraine in the non-proliferation of nuclear weapons.

“As President Obama and Secretary of State Kerry have said, the United States strongly supports Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity. Last week, Vice President Biden visited Kiev to demonstrate our solidarity with the Ukrainian people … He clearly indicated that Ukraine has a difficult path, but it will not go along it alone, the assistant secretary of state stressed. He stressed that the United States remains committed to the 1994 Budapest Memorandum, according to which the United States, Britain and Russia pledged to respect the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine within its existing borders. Ukraine, in turn, abandoned the world's third-largest nuclear arsenal.

Countryman said that Ukraine's actions over the past years are fully within the framework of the Non-Proliferation Treaty, the terms of which the country strictly adheres to.

It would seem that everything is as it should be, but suddenly the unexpected dismissal of the entire State Department and even the techies who have always been cherished. After all, there are not many people who understand the technical side of the issue. This is not a political bloc, you won't be able to use your tongue here.

The reason for this was Countryman's concealment of the fact of Ukraine's illegal possession of tactical nuclear weapons. It seems that the United States, even during the collapse of the USSR, concealed the fact of the presence of a nuclear weapon on the territory of Ukraine, hoping to create an Anti-Russia in it. I think that the Russian Federation knew about this and the information from it came to Trump. It was checked and everything was confirmed. It was decided to destroy the dangerous weapon. Who did it: the USA or the Russian Federation, I don’t know, but I’m sure that this was not without a satellite. The destruction proceeded by violating the standard protocol of a nuclear explosion.

I want to remind the reader of one more fact: before the very presidential elections in the United States in Ukraine, the topic of creating a nuclear bomb was actively discussed.

The controversy even went out on the Internet, but it was Kantrimer who refuted it, saying that Ukraine was not in a position to manufacture a nuclear weapon. She really is not able to make, but she could well apply, under today's conditions. Obviously, they knew about this both in Paris and in Berlin, because they understood the full danger of such a moment. This was precisely the trump card of the Ukrainian side in the negotiations.

Now remember the unexpected reaction of the Americans and their desire to help clear the mines of Balakleya. It is also good to recall the information that appeared on one of the websites of the US Army, that American troops are preparing to deploy troops on the territory of Ukraine. It was published under the headline "45th Infantry Brigade Combat Group Prepares for Deployment in Ukraine."

It is noteworthy that almost immediately after publication, the publication was removed from the site. The appearance of such information could be considered a trivial mistake or an editorial blunder, if not for a chain of rather strange coincidences that followed almost immediately after this publication.

- Russia, without explaining the reasons, stopped the passage of people and vehicles at the checkpoint "Senkovka" in the Chernihiv region.

- A video appeared on the Web that captured a train of dozens of Russian tanks that arrived at a station in the Rostov region, near the border with Ukraine.

- General Curtis Scaparrotti, the Supreme Commander of the Allied Armed Forces of NATO in Europe, spoke in favor of providing Ukraine with weapons. He made such a statement at a hearing before the Senate Armed Services Committee. “We must strengthen the Ukrainian armed forces as much as possible,” said Scaparrotti, to which Republican Senator John Ernst immediately stated: “I am glad to hear that you support the provision of lethal weapons to our friends in Ukraine. Recently, I have become increasingly concerned about Russia's use of tactical drones to locate artillery, as well as technology to block GPS navigation.”

- Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin said that the Russian army was concentrated on the Ukrainian borders and could launch an offensive at any time. “We are negotiating in case of all possible scenarios of Russian actions. Each aggressive step of the Russian Federation (recognition of terrorist documents, some papers on the recognition of borders, other provocations) is a Moscow scenario, not an accident, Klimkin is convinced. - We understand that very well. Including realistically, we assess all these so-called exercises in the Russian Federation "West-2017". " “We are working on all possible scenarios together with our partners in the West,” the minister stressed, adding that the allied countries will not fight on the side of Ukraine, but will provide it with the necessary military assistance.

There was also interesting information from Merkel's visit to Trump, where the American gave her the FIRST bill of 375 billion for protecting the United States, Germany from the USSR and Russia. I already wrote about this.

In general, the situation around Russia begins to escalate with an inconceivable speed and suddenly … a sharp rollback in all positions, and an explosion in Balakleya. What happened, the reader will ask? Here's what.

Immediately after September 11, 2001, Iran secretly went to Ukraine and acquired several copies of nuclear weapons as "temporary insurance", since the United States could strike at any moment, and Iran's own nuclear program was supposed to yield results only years later. These were the times of Kuchma's rule. Everyone probably remembers the then scandals with the Ukrainian Kolchugas and other weapons sold by Kuchma to Iran? Were you surprised by the quiet end of this scandal? Then listen further.

Remember the old episode of the Bush / Blair sex scandal that culminated in the attack on Saddam and the assassination of Dr. John Kelly. The latter claimed, claimed, that Iraq bought three South African nuclear bombs, which disappeared from the British military base in Oman in 1990.

Surprisingly, information about Ukraine flashed there too, and some experts directly named the origin of these bombs from the USSR nuclear warhead. I wrote earlier that during the destruction of nuclear weapons in the early 90s, Gorbachev and the clique did not destroy the ammunition, but sold them at a reasonable price to NATO. So, no South African-made nuclear bombs disappeared from the British base - Kuchma sold 3 (possibly more) nuclear weapons to Iran. This story did not receive publicity for understandable reasons - Russia was weak.

Was Iran's Use of Nuclear Weapons? Yes it was. This is an attempt to destroy a US aircraft carrier group when the explosion did not follow protocol. Then everything was approximately the same as in Balakleya. The thing is that any ammunition has the peculiarity of decomposing from time to time, and therefore requires constant care and replacement. A nuclear charge is no exception, where conventional explosives are the catalysts for an explosion. However, it is not enough to weigh them, you need to make them explode at a precisely set time, calculated in fractions of a second, without disrupting the technological chain. This is a very complex process associated with numerous reactions and changes in the poles of the controlled magnets. Iran has none of this, and never has. Despite the fact that Iran has owned nuclear weapons since about 2001-2005, it does not have the technology to detonate a nuclear weapon. And this is the main thing in this apocalyptic performance. Having a nuclear charge in your arsenal is not enough. It requires not only its maintenance, but also the technology of undermining. So if in the first case PLANTS are needed for maintenance, then in the case of technology everything rests on the notorious "nuclear briefcase".

Two words about the maintenance of a nuclear weapon. In Soviet times, in each military unit that possessed means of delivering nuclear weapons (missiles, aircraft, navy, long-range cannon artillery, etc.), there were small military units right on its territory behind a separate fence. In my time they were called "cunning" (cunning parts) or "keep quiet". So these units were engaged in the current maintenance of the ammunition and preparing it for installation on carriers (for example, they hung a bomb on an aircraft). I admit that these specialists from the old army of the USSR remained in Ukraine and some went to cooperate with the new authorities. However, these units were only engaged in the current maintenance of special equipment, they took the parameters and immediately reported if the ammunition did not give out combat characteristics. Then the ammunition was changed to a new one, and the old one went for modernization to factories in Russia. In Ukraine, only routine maintenance and routine maintenance was carried out. None of the units possessed the technology of the detonation itself.

In the United States, everything happens according to the same scenario, only there is no one to maintain the ammunition they received from Gorbachev - the people who emigrated from the USSR have become simply old. As for the warheads of the United States itself, there are similar problems that require a surge of new blood from specialists. Believe it or not, we all owe the preservation of the nuclear shield to the "drunkard" Boris Yeltsin. I already wrote that this character is a great move by Russian counterintelligence. Read the work "The Straw Hat of Tsar Boris".

Was there still the use of old tactical warheads of the USSR in the modern world? Yes it was! This is an explosion in Donetsk in 2016 of enormous force, caused by Tochka-U. Many media outlets wrote about this, and I also spoke on this topic. Then there was also a strong radioactive background.

What really happened in Balakleya? Most likely, a deliberate detonation was made in violation of the technology of the nuclear explosion protocol. As a result, the critical mass simply shattered into dust and covered the territory of this new Ukrainian Chernobyl. However, despite the absence of a bright electromagnetic flash and a powerful shock wave, a typical nuclear cloud appeared, from which a plasma rain fell. All this should happen under the condition that not enough energy is released for a chain reaction, when the degeneration of the radioactive substance was directed to the plasma drain of electricity. Where? Yes, of course, into the ground, as a lower potential.

Let me explain: we have an erroneous idea of the density of matter. In fact, the densest is the ether surrounding the planets, in which they float like balloons in water. So, in balls, the greatest pressure occurs along the shell, at the border with water, and the least in the middle of the bubble. The closer to the center of the Earth, the greater the discharge of the substance. As a proof, I will cite particles that penetrate our planet at high speeds, not deviating from their trajectory. Their movement in superdense ether does not notice the "solid" Earth and other planets at all. The Sun is another matter, but more on that another time. The structure of the Earth, offered to us by scientists today, has no real basis and is a common delusion that brings income and work to numerous "professionals".

I predict this summer in these places, where there was an explosion of numerous fireballs. Why? I explained this in other works, talking about the underground ocean and ether, enclosed in the center of the planet. That is why it is not squeezed by the ether, since the ether inside and the ether outside have balanced each other. The inner ether tries to merge with the outer one, starting its rebirth, but the discharged shell, squeezed by the outer ether, does not allow it to escape. Therefore, the earth breathes, as it were. Of course, the model, which is rather schematic, is in reality more complicated, since the densities in the ball are unevenly distributed, but in principle everything looks exactly like this.

I want to add. The US has big problems with Iran. Therefore, the information about the sale of ammunition to him by Ukraine was completely unexpected for Trump, since before joining the White House, he did not have access to state secrets. I am sure that all this hype around Russian hackers was not in vain, and the appearance on the website of the US army of a message about the invasion of American troops into Ukraine is a signal not for Moscow, but just for Ukraine that they might start bombing it. What happened in Balakleya.

The reader should understand that the United States has big claims to Europe and the tanks of the Americans in the Baltic are not particularly worried about the General Staff of the Russian Federation. It seems that the barrels of these machines are turned not to the east, but to the west. Judge for yourself, fighting these forces in Russia will not work, and the explanation about the arrival of these forces in the Baltic States, for the sake of calming the three sprat presidents, looks simply naive, and designed for a narrow-minded man in the street. Something tells me that Europe will be put in order by joint forces and the Americans of Russia, in the near future, allies. Because it is from Europe that the threat of international terrorism comes. As you wish, NATO is now a dark horse not only for the Kremlin, but also for the White House.

Just remember that it is from Europe that the screams about the threat from Russia emanate. And Americans have a very difficult legacy of the recent past. Is it trustworthy here if two great countries collide with their heads together?

Many, before reading this work, were against the Minsk-2 agreements. However, knowing what I have said, many will think about how the world came close to a nuclear disaster. And what role did these agreements play. The reader should remember that all events in the world are interconnected and any actions have their consequences. In my opinion, the real puppeteer of this whole story is emerging more and more. And this is not the USA. Here is a different animal face, which for the first time in the last almost 100 years received a forged boot. And people shouldn't care how it happened. One thing is clear: there are reliable gendarmes in Russia capable of protecting the state. Russian gendarmes have never been fools and events in the world are an example of this.

Do you want me to call this beast by my name? FOURTH REICH.

Probably, the reader wants to know from me the type of ammunition that was stored in Balakleya? I find it difficult to answer, but experts say that this is a tactical nuclear charge SS-21. In any case, the Americans received confirmation of a nuclear explosion in Ukraine by sending their "sappers" there. And this means that the problems of Europe and Ukraine are not only in the fact that from now on there will be only clocks in the houses of residents of Balakliya. Another thing is alarming: I myself saw a video of how part of Tochka-U missiles hastily leaves the territory of military warehouses. I hope that their movement is monitored and that the competent authorities understand what exactly escaped the warehouses.
