A person is born as a white sheet - what parents and society "write" on him will grow out of him. If a person is physically mature and can reproduce, it does not mean that he (a) is mentally adult and can be responsible. It is useless for such people to say - "you are a fool yourself" or "be smarter" - it's like spitting in their faces - well, they don't have sufficient skills to survive in society.

Why does the school raise such people?

Naturally, the rating scale is different for all managers. A score of 3 in one company can mean an 8 in another. But in any case, some% of people - will be unfit for work - lumpen. Taking care of them is a heavy ballast on the country's budget.

In the western courses on personnel management in business, it is explained that conflicts must be built in among the employees, otherwise they will demolish the bosses. But there are other ways to introduce conflict: competition. However, this is art! Correctly built competition in the team - raises the company to the skies from nothing.

And you can also make the conflict external - that is, the struggle for a place in the sun, with competitors, with a crisis, with a lack of resources, but you never know with what? In the 90s, many of today's famous companies grew up like that. People worked around the clock, spent the night on camp beds - building their future.

Many, however, were then thrown, but some were lucky - they got a share and became millionaires, TOP-managers.

In the Soviet Union, conflicts were also introduced - socialist competitions. The result was also amazing. My opinion is that if humanity sets out to eliminate some big problem - for example, lack of food, water, housing, cancer, find free energy - the problem will be completely eliminated in a maximum of 5-10 years. But who will allow this?

Embedding conflicts starts at school, through teachers

The school is simply obliged to prepare for life. For example, teaching how to get along with other people. Teaching is hard and challenging work.

Bypass the barriers of consciousness so that the material is remembered and reached the subconscious. Develop life skills, create the right habits, cultivate the right self-esteem, so that there is a craving for learning all your life. To be able to draw conclusions from mistakes and competently experience refusals. Yes, there are many more things I can list.

Children must be cared for and cherished, raised for decades as a fragile creature, so as not to break with a rude approach or a word. Socialization is a breakdown of human nature and is always painful even at school - knowledge, skills, conditions are needed. And where are they? And if you have to relearn and change your habits at the age of 25-40, this is a breakdown.

It is necessary to prepare for family life - men and women are different after all - it is necessary to teach how to communicate and get along with each other correctly. Teach you how to choose the right pair for yourself.

How to find a job, how to build a career, how to overcome setbacks, how to choose a profession, how to choose the right institution, but it is banal how to behave in society, neatness, cleanliness, decency, politeness, how to be friends, how to endure separation, loss, illness - unless this teach at school? No.

Unfortunately, and will not be in the next decades. Deliberate inaction is the basis for embedding conflicts.

If you and your children want to live until the age of 80–85, you should take care of this yourself and eliminate your "cockroaches" from your head. Just don’t tell you that you don’t have them - don’t be fooled. Everyone has them, someone has more, someone has less.

Nationalism always means war

Without understanding the principle of embedding conflicts, as the main tool in the theory of power, it is impossible to understand what is happening in the international arena. The USSR was destroyed through, God forgive me, "the rise of national consciousness."
