From the height of the past years, I have to state a sad fact: culture in Russian people does not grow. If tomorrow the teaching of the Russian language is canceled in schools, and at the same time history, physics, geography, etc., then the majority of the population will not even notice, and if they do, they will breathe a sigh of relief. Because it (education) to him (the population) needlessly.
The tragic collapse of Russian and Soviet culture occurred in 1991 with the collapse of the USSR. From what depths of Soviet society did all this poisonous foam of hatred of everybody for everybody rise ?! From what cracks, from what gateways did all these murderers, rapists and money-gamblers crawl out, all this trash ?! Matured at the bottom, under the cover of Soviet Power? After all, we were different, albeit with double standards! And KINDNESS prevailed in the society.
But, as if by magic, everything suddenly changed from white to black. Almost without the inertia inherent in human consciousness. Reality change? It may very well be.
One gets the feeling that the Creator has put a block in our heads and souls that prevents the accumulation of culture by generations and its transmission to posterity. Not all, of course, but the majority. And how else to explain that cultural values, allegedly created by humanity, exist separately from this very humanity. Paradox!
How can one explain that the overwhelming majority of Russian citizens can easily do without ballet and theater, Blok and Tsvetaeva, urinate in entrances, speak obscenely and beat bottles on river banks, not even suspecting that people can not live like pigs ?!
That is why the Shnurovs, not the Makarevichs, are the ideals of modern Russia!
Conclusions:
1. Achievements of human culture have nothing to do with humanity and were created by the Creator.
2. The average human individual categorically does not want to reach for knowledge, pure, light and eternal.

Russian and Russian culture. What is the difference?
Yes, it is Russian, not Russian. Despite some synonymy of these words, they are by no means identical. The main feature of Russian culture is that it forms a Russian citizen or a person of the world, but by no means a Russian person
