The study provides a brief and detailed analysis of how and why the US Department of Defense believes that the established order is rapidly collapsing, and American defense planners at the Pentagon are unable to keep up with fast-paced international events.

Obviously, this is what any self-respecting state should do, but the authors of the study emphasize that "from a more maximalist point of view, it is clear that they are pursuing these goals at the expense of the direct costs of the United States and the main Western and Asian allies."

This clearly means absolutely zero respect for the US government, analysts say, since the strengthening of one state automatically means a decrease in the power of other rival states - something that is not always true, since two states can gain influence and power without diminishing the authority and influence of other states.

More importantly, there is little to no substantial evidence in the document to suggest that the Chinese and Russians pose a meaningful threat to the security of the United States.

In the most obscure terms, the report's analysts explain that the main problem posed by China and Russia is that they are “seeking to redefine the current status quo,” using gray-zone methods that include “far from straightforward or open provocations and conflicts."

Both are accused of “darker, less obvious forms of state aggression,” and although they do not actually participate in the attacks, both are convicted. Then, the Pentagon report puts forward the idea that the US itself must "attack or sit at home" to ensure US dominance.

Providing insight into the propaganda often fueled by the American public, the study explains the actual reasons for US hostility towards "revolutionary forces" such as Iran and North Korea: they create fundamental obstacles to US imperial influence in these regions.
